Mr. Mimmo is the owner of an old trattoria in Fuorigrotta... you need to arrive at 12:30, to sit down immediately... and enjoy typical dishes of the Neapolitan tradition, really well made... the Genovese is excellent... the mezzanelli arrabbiati are exquisite... the cabbage with rice, the bean salad... in short . you eat well, the service is quick and you spend more than honestly... 06/06/2025: Mi más sincero agradecimiento a los chefs y al personal por hacer que nuestras dos visitas a este restaurante sean tan memorables. Fue una hermosa experiencia cenar en este restaurante. La comida es de excelente calidad Micheline, cada plato es un arte con sabores que simplemente no puede replicar en otros lugares. La mejor comida que he probado en la costa de Amalfi hasta ahora. Por favor, no caigas en la trampa de esos restaurantes dignos de Instagram con comida mediocre, la disparidad de calidad es enorme. Nuestro plato favorito es el pescado guisado en caldo. Mejor plato de pescado que he probado en toda mi vida. Las pizzas son enormes y de sabor increíble también, horneadas en esos hornos tradicionales. El carpaccio de bacalao es absolutamente impresionante. La calidad del servicio vale cada centavo. Tony, Illara y el otro caballero deben ser modelos a seguir para todos los demás camareros, profesionales, conocedores, con toque de personalidad. Su actitud llevó la experiencia a otro nivel y sus recomendaciones de platos están en su punto. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo la próxima vez que visitemos Positano! ¡Probablemente cenaremos aquí cada cena la próxima vez que la visitemos!

08/06/2025: Ai Galli nos recomendaron como la mejor pizzería, y todo está justo aquí. En primer lugar, la calidad de la comida es excepcional, la ubicación es hermosa y, por último, pero no menos importante, el servicio es excepcionalmente amable. Eso sólo puede significar las mejores notas. Muchas gracias por la gran comida y el súper servicio.

07/06/2025: Pizzeria dallo stile rustico e verace con servizio volenteroso e cortese (forse un po lento ma era sabato). Fritti e pizza veramente buoni, ottima cottura e qualità degli ingredienti (molti della zona). Forse non guasterebbe un pochino di sale in più, soprattutto nei fritti. Cmq pizzeria consigliata e se si va in estate si può beneficiare anche della fresca brezza agerolese...consigliato!

31/05/2025: We returned to Sartù after a few months, and the quality continues to satisfy and surprise. The environment is relaxing for colors and atmosphere, the service excellent (Maurizio followed us in our lunch with sympathy and discretion, in the right measure, with suggestions on wine/meal pairing and pleasant short exchanges of jokes), the tasty dishes, with quality of the raw material that reveals itself to the palate, and ideal quantity. A gem: in addition to the sartù - obviously - a sublime parmigiana in carrozza..!
