20/07/2025: Spiegata. Praticata. Gustata. La sapienza del km0 è la principale qualità di questa osteria di Caselle in Pittari. Angelo non vi presenterà un menu a la carte ma offre un percorso di degustazione “a moduli”, nel quale ognuno potrà orientarsi a piacimento senza alcun rischio di perdersi. La parte del leone la fanno i piatti “poveri”, quelli più legati al territorio: paste (realizzate con grani coltivati dall’azienda agrituristica), verdure e ortaggi (idem), panificati. Poi insaccati e carni, il maiale viene sempre dall’azienda. Dire che anche una sola portata non fosse eccellente sarebbe denigratorio. Qualità, gusto, digeribilità. Sempre a livelli eccelsi. Ma il plus è la cultura nutrizionisti a di Angelo, per nulla avaro di spiegazioni e consigli. Si esce dal locale sazi e consapevoli del perché in questo territorio si può mangiare ad un livello eccezionale. Tradizione si, ma nella capacità di farla convivere con la scienza. I QR code che, a richiesta, vi vengono forniti, vi danno tutte le informazioni che potrete desiderare. Venire in questo posto remoto e scoprire tanta vitalità è rassicurante. Si può ancora sperare in un futuro migliore…

20/07/2025: An exciting discovery. We'd been hearing about Tancredi for years, but we'd never managed to book. The house tasting menu was excellent and incredibly generous. Exceptional service from Angelo (the owner), who is passionate about his work. Excellent value. The gluten-free menu was much appreciated.

15/05/2025: Parlo di quello su via S. Pasquale più in alto non nella piazza. Credo che sia tra i primi evasori fiscali di Napoli. Non fa lo scontrino mai, a nessuno, solo a richiesta esplicita e minacciosa. Per il resto pavimento indecente, sporco e rovinato, gentilezza complessiva quasi inesistente.

07/06/2025: Great little restaurant in the Chiaia neighborhood. It was so good, we went 2 nights in a row. The manager/owner and the service staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The menu has a good variety and massive portions. It is also the most fairly priced restaurant in the area by far. Everything was exceptional including the food, drinks and dessert. Ambiance and decor is super laid back and has a cool vibe. Can't recommend enough

10/06/2025: We were walking around Naples all day and we were a bit hungry, going down Piazza del Gesù we saw this place with the name Lubrano Pub we went in good food clean place and qualified and professional staff. Thanks we will see each other soon greetings from Milan.

20/05/2025: They don't take reservations, but this place is completely worth any wait. If the line is long, grab a drink from the store next door while you wait. To start we had prosciutto and melon, its sweetnes perfectly balancing the salty prosciutto. Also had the bufalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, which were some of the best bocconcini all trip. After appies, my wife went with the seabream in white lemon sauce, and I went with the spaghetti in an anchovie sauce with lemons. When in sorrento you must try the lemon pastas and this one is fantastic. For dessert, we had the richest and creamiest cannoli we have ever had. It was so good. We also had the lemon cake, which we would have every night if possible. This place seems best suited for 2 people. If your group is larger, you may have to wait until two tables beside each other become available at the same time so they can be put together.

19/05/2025: När jag var ute och undersökte staden första dagen så passerade jag detta ställe och kände igen namnet, av en händelse så öppnade man precis så det var inget problem att få en plats på uteserveringen. Snabb och korrekt service med glimten i ögat och härligt liv och rörelse i gränden där restaurangen ligger gjord lunchen till en fröjd. Jag åt en magisk gnocchi (som jag tyvärr glömt namnet på) innehållande bl.a. torkat sidfläsk, nötter och krutonger och en stor balja Aglianico till och bara njöt. Superupplevelse både gällande smak, pris och service, missa inte!

11/07/2025: We made the relatively steep 3 km walk from Fontana, which is about one hour, to reach to restaurant at the top of Monte Epomeo and its amazing panoramic views of the island. Sitting at a table on the front terrace, we had the Spaghetti Epomeo, omelette con coppa and insalata pomodori con cipolla, which were all excellent. The owner guided us to another extraordinary view through the back of the restaurant and was kind to share the story of his grandfather travelling up the mountain by donkey and carving out the rock face, where the family-owned restaurant sits today.

31/05/2025: We returned to Sartù after a few months, and the quality continues to satisfy and surprise. The environment is relaxing for colors and atmosphere, the service excellent (Maurizio followed us in our lunch with sympathy and discretion, in the right measure, with suggestions on wine/meal pairing and pleasant short exchanges of jokes), the tasty dishes, with quality of the raw material that reveals itself to the palate, and ideal quantity. A gem: in addition to the sartù - obviously - a sublime parmigiana in carrozza..!
