11/08/2026: A modest place, both aesthetically and in terms of menu. Decent food, but a plate with 30 grams of seafood pasta costs €22. Ridiculous portions, restaurant prices, but it can't be called that. Little more than a... I can't find the right term to describe it. A prosciutto and melon cost €16... Two slices of prosciutto and three of molo, and it's not even good. They also charge for the paper placemat. Paper napkin... In short, no!

15/08/2026: Overpriced, touristic and below Napoli standards.This is coming from someone who has lived in Italy and has been in Naples over 20 times. This has by far been the most average pizza I have ever had in Naples!!! The staff was rude, we waited for the food for a very long time, and were brought the wrong orders first which we of course informed the staff about. Additionally, paying for a Capricciosa 19 euros is insanity in Naples or pretty much anywhere. This is for tourists who do not care about good food or Napoli culture. Do not waste your time here! You will find cheaper and better pizza anywhere in Napoli, as well as a better atmosphere and nicer staff.

18/08/2026: Excellent experience. I recommend the seafood appetizer with marinated shrimp, etc., which is delicious. Among the first courses that were most impressive was the Genovese and tuna dish, or the octopus with potatoes. Absolutely among the best.

17/08/2026: I had dinner last night at this restaurant in Acciaroli... unfortunately, I have to give it a bad review. A young woman greeted me without even a smile, almost as if she were doing me a favor. My water was actually brought very late, and a table that arrived later was served first... Then I asked for a glass of "Bacio del Cielo" red wine and was brought "bianco" (white). At that point, I asked for red, and the guy opened the bottle and, realizing it wasn't good, let all his colleagues smell it, laughing and moving the bottle around like a puppet, even though I was there watching everything. After opening another bottle, the glass of red finally arrived, piping hot, by the way... I wanted to leave with my partner because the situation hadn't looked promising from the start. So I decided to point out to the guy that that wasn't the right way to work: 1) you don't play with the bottle with your colleagues, especially in front of the customer; 2) water should be the first thing that arrives at the table while waiting for dinner. 3) If a customer asks for a glass of "kiss from heaven" and asks for white or red, maybe he'll ask: "How would you like it, white or red?" But when I pointed this out to him, the guy replied, "They usually order white..." And I said, "I ordered cavatello with sauce, can I ask for white?" And anyway, another mistake, you don't contradict the customer, especially when you make a mistake! I feel sorry for the owner who has to rely on superficial young people. I'm writing this review hoping the owner will make him understand that Il Cairo should be run with seriousness and maturity, also because a couple who come for dinner, besides eating well, is enjoying an experience and a moment of carefree relaxation. We wanted to order something else, but we lost our appetite after only eating the first course.

07/08/2026: A great find in Castellabate! We were welcomed right away without a reservation and dined in a delightful garden with a glimpse of Santa Maria. The seafood cuisine was a top-notch: exquisite stuffed anchovies, incredibly fresh mussels with pepper, well-balanced trofie with mussels and pecorino cheese, and an impeccable grilled fish. The only shame was my son's gnocco alla sorrentina, the only dish we weren't convinced by. The service was quick and attentive, and the price was more than fair. An absolutely positive experience that we highly recommend.

27/08/2026: I ate at the restaurant and they gave me four menus, one of which had different prices. They're so greedy! They give Arabs one menu and foreigners a cheaper one. And on top of that, they use the "rejected card" trick to steal from me.

26/08/2026: A restaurant that doesn't take its diners' dietary needs seriously should be shut down. And, above all, the customer should be mocked. The owner's response, "The kitchen was very busy," but what does that mean? So, if someone had celiac disease and the "kitchen was very busy," would they have been served a dish containing gluten? What kind of reasoning is that? You really deserve to close.

28/04/2026: I stayed in this splendid place for the weekend of April 25th. Wonderful. My family and I stayed there, along with other friends, savoring the taste of authenticity in the cuisine of simply exquisite goodness... excellent from dinner to breakfast to lunch... super abundant. The rooms were impeccably clean, the sheets and towels were very white and fragrant. A wonderful thank you goes as always to Mrs. Giovanna who, as always, welcomes us with her elegance and makes us feel like VIPs.

18/05/2026: I don't recommend this villa. The food is truly unimpressive, and overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. The property also appears poorly maintained, and the pool was green, which is unacceptable for a venue that hosts ceremonies. It's a shame, because the wait staff was kind and helpful. I don't think we'll be back.

12/08/2026: Returned after more than a year, neglected place, terrible service, a 100g hamburger per plate, overcooked and of poor quality accompanied by a baked potato cut into 4 parts, I wonder how it is possible to serve food like this, plus a flavorless cut... social media pumps too much, go back to quality

09/08/2026: We just left this place, which we found by chance on social media, and it was a pleasant surprise! A very cute place that reminds us of our grandparents' past. The service was very good, thanks in part to Giuseppe, who carefully explained what he served to us. The highest rating goes to the truly excellent meat. The only drawback not to be underestimated: the parking (we drove around for about 20 minutes to find a spot). It was a fair price. We'll definitely be back for lunch to try the first courses too! See you soon.

21/05/2026: I was surprised: - the food is good - the service is well-mannered and professional - the pub is large enough and clean, and you can even watch a football match on TV - they have draft beers and craft beers I was quite satisfied, and in my opinion, the value for money deserves 5 stars
