14/10/2025: If you like a foul restaurant smell (a mix of chlorine and old dog sweat), loud music on the radio, loud singing from the kitchen staff, overly salted and undercooked pasta, filthy toilets, a sticky floor, a male owner who urinates in the women's restroom while standing; then this is the place for you. Enjoy it. It's a miracle we didn't get sick. We ate a little of our first courses (very large portions, mind you). But it was too salty, the pasta was really undercooked, and the taste was bland. Next time, we should trust our instincts and be less confident that "it would all be alright." The rancid smell upon entering should have been enough of a warning. What a joke; this restaurant. So it's no wonder there were hardly any guests.

18/09/2025: I just returned from Napoli where I came across this adorable café. It has seating both indoors and outdoors, with a lovely mural providing a great atmosphere. The pastries are delicious, the Napolitano coffee is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is just lovely. The gentleman who runs the business is super friendly and kind, and so are the employees working there. Thank you for the fantastic experience! - "The Iraqi" 😊

29/09/2025: A very unique place, with medieval settings recreated inside, modern masonry decorated to look like it was from the era, and shields, helmets, and a clock on the walls, apparently made by the owners' father. They'll probably set up outdoor tables in the summer. We ate inside, also because it's located in the highest part of Piedimonte Matese, practically on the mountain. The view is truly breathtaking. Unfortunately, we can't say the same about the food we ate. The fried food was still raw and the fritters were overcooked. The pizza wasn't very nice, with sour tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, as if it were fondue. The dough wouldn't be bad if the other ingredients were of a higher quality. We haven't tried the restaurant, so we can't comment on the dishes and food, but based on what we ate, I don't think I'll return. It's a real shame because it's truly a unique place.

09/07/2025: The pizza was excellent (I had a white diavola with chips and try it). The place was nice, the staff were very helpful, kind and even friendly. The idea of ​​the three-liter beer dispenser was nice. Maybe a little, but not too high, the quality/price ratio.

The owners probably thought they were in Monte Carlo, charging us a €2 cover charge per person to sit for 20 minutes at a plastic table with no table service, not even a single appetizer, and with the fans turned off despite the heat.

02/06/2025: Experience of terrible service at breakfast, We ordered three cappuccinos and three croissants that we didn't even have time to taste, when we were given the bill asking for money immediately, answering that we didn't have cash, we needed to pay by card and so we were forced to get up immediately and go straight to the cashier to pay. While we were paying for the table, our table was already being cleaned and not having even finished with the hope of going back to sit down, we had already found the table clean and cleared. 02/08/2025: (Frattamaggiore location) Very kind staff, but everything was absurd. Croissants were €4, but especially disgusting. Photos of dry pancakes were €5. Above all, I want to point out that they call it Nutella, but it's definitely mixed with some Ciokonut. A terrible experience, unfortunately.

16/11/2025: We're in one of the city's most upscale areas, and the restaurant perfectly reflects that. It's beautifully decorated in an elegant, rustic style, and very pleasant. As for the food, the menu doesn't include too many dishes, which I think is a good thing, and naturally, you go there for the meat. The tartare is excellent, the meat is truly high-quality and treated with respect. The main course was disappointing: a cube roll with an extremely tough consistency that was almost uncut. The fillet with brown stock, however, was better. Among the off-menu options, we were offered a porcini mushroom-based first course. I was expecting a burst of flavor from the fresh mushroom, but it was extremely disappointing. The price was steep, but considering the area, that's reasonable.

15/11/2025: The tartare stands out as the most successful dish of the meal: balanced, fresh, with an intensity of flavors that convinces from the first bite. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, however, is less punchy. The aromatic profile of the porcini mushrooms is subtle and insufficient to justify a price tag of €35, while the seasoning, while adequate, fails to impress. The Cube Roll doesn't meet expectations: its texture is unusually tough despite being cooked rare, detracting from a cut that should be tender and juicy. The fillet with brown stock is excellent, tender, delicate, and well-balanced. The service remains attentive and professional, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices-wise, the bill is above average for the overall experience: for two, with about 2–300 g of meat each, a shared first course and tartare, and just one bottle of water, we came to €127, a price that seems high for the final quality offered.

18/10/2025: Highlight of our day! We hired a boat for day and found this place. These guys come pick you up and take you to the resturant, feel like vips! Amazing food and sublime scenery.
