Ristorante Pizzeria Lo Spigolo In Caposele

Traditional cuisine. An intrinsically traditional restaurant: from the menu to the location; it exudes the air of home cooking and Sunday lunch. The owner and staff are all very kind and attentive to customer requests, even when the restaurant is crowded. Communication was always excellent, and the timing of the dishes was generally acceptable. The menu offers typical local dishes, such as the famous chickpea skeins (among the best I've ever eaten) and some delicious appetizers that are absolutely worth trying (especially the mushroom and mozzarella timbale). The meat is also good, but the cod is much less so (the latter needs a rethink). The desserts and local wine are excellent. The price is in line with the area and the quality of the products. Recommended!

Excellent food, welcoming and clean environment.

An excellent balance between quality and price. The home-cooked cuisine showcases local products and specialties. Centrally located, it offers a great view of the Sanctuary of San Gerardo. A special mention for the pizza, which I recently tried and was thrilled with. I think it's one of the top 10 pizzerias in the province of Avellino!

Congratulations, we ate a skein of chickpeas and a skein of cod, both truly delicious and plentiful. Kudos to the chef and owner.

A short distance from the Church of San Gerardo, in Materdomini, we chose "Lo Spigolo" for dinner. The restaurant is simple and spartan, the service quick and efficient. I recommend starting with the house antipasto, consisting of several delicious dishes, especially the potato flans with dried peppers, mushrooms, and cod. The pizza is excellent, fragrant, with a light crust and flavorful ingredients. The desserts are delicious, both the struffoli and the millefeuille with black cherry and Chantilly cream. The quality/price ratio is excellent.
