02/10/2025: Special Pub: 15 Years of Success — An Unforgettable Evening! The 15th anniversary celebration of Special Pub in Battipaglia was a truly fun event. The atmosphere was electrifying and the organization impeccable. We came to celebrate, but of course we also ate: the food was, once again, top-notch! Amazing sandwiches and specialties, a true guarantee of quality. The owners are fantastic people, and you can see how much they put into this place. Their friendliness and dedication are the true secret to Special's biennial success. A well-deserved achievement. Special Pub is an institution: the food is excellent and the atmosphere is even better!

29/09/2025: I'm giving 5 stars only because there aren't 100!!! What can I say, a stratospheric evening, finally an event where we had fun in a genuine way and felt at home, singing at the top of our lungs while laughing and enjoying the company of everyone present!!! The quality of the products is beyond discussion, starting from the originality of the platter to the goodness of the sandwiches!!! And as the icing on the cake (which was also delicious!!!) the fireworks, explosive and colorful like the owners!!! Special, what can I say, YOU ARE SIMPLY SPECIAL ❤️

05/10/2025: Very basic place. Staff not up to par, almost waiters by chance. Pizza is decent, fry-up service nothing special. Beer, only draft, is fine; lager only, is fine, but served in a small glass, no mug, not a good one. A positive note is the large, free parking lot. Receipts are not issued, and almost no one.

28/09/2025: A table of four, we ordered a €15 appetizer from their menu. They brought us cured meats, fried foods, and melon; the quantity was generous for a single appetizer, but paltry for two (I remember we'd specifically asked for just one appetizer because we wanted to try the pizza). We decided not to order any further, and were surprised by the bill: not only were we charged €15 for two appetizers, but we were also charged separately for dishes that were supposed to be included in the appetizer menu, and some were priced higher than on the menu! Result? We expected to pay €24, but instead it was €51! I complained, but the waitress said the owner hadn't updated the menu yet (I read here in other reviews that this has been going on for years!) and that she had added things to the order on her own initiative. How dare she? It's not a pizzeria, it's a trap!

02/09/2025: The beach resort is well-maintained, with well-maintained loungers and umbrellas. But the restrooms are a different story. They're poorly maintained, with non-functioning toilets, missing toilet paper, and extremely poorly maintained, if at all. One of the toilets, where the flush doesn't work, was left open all day and in a disgraceful state. The sinks were child-sized, and the soap dispensers were empty except for one. Given the state of the restrooms, I think they need renovations, as the facility is losing too much.

15/11/2025: The best panuozzo I've ever eaten. Very fast service and very friendly staff. Very extensive menu with pizzas, panuozzos, and sandwiches. We'll definitely be back more often. I need to slowly try the entire menu.

19/06/2025: I came back late from work, I went into this pizzeria for a quick dinner and ... I came out late in the evening, very tasty pizzas with abundant fillings and quality ingredients, honest prices and friendly and easy-going staff, with whom you can chat between one pizza and another.... only flaw, often with pleasure, I come back late from work!!!

11/11/2025: We had a business dinner at this unpretentious restaurant. None of the dishes wowed us. Out of three, due to the quietness of the place, we were alone in the dining room. The owner is very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

What immediately struck me was the pomegranate juice—a refined and unexpected choice, demonstrating the attention to quality and variety. The pastries are excellent: fragrant, carefully crafted, and irresistible, so much so that I couldn't stop at just one pastry, but wanted two. Every bite confirmed the freshness and quality of the products. The service was impeccable, with friendly, smiling staff that contributed to the even more pleasant atmosphere. 08/10/2025: The ambiance is dreamy. Right by the sea, beneath ancient walls and arches. The food is fresh, varied, and delicious. The value for money is more than reasonable for this quality. The service is excellent, with friendly staff and the owner (mother and son). All in all: a visit is definitely worth it!

02/08/2025: Absolutely fabulous hidden gem in the heart of Sorrento, near the Basilica. Staff lovely. Always remembered our order from previous visits! Loved this cafe/lounge bar so much that we visited every day of our 10 day stay, sometimes more than once a day. Best coffee in Sorrento!! See you next year!

01/08/2025: A beautiful spot in Sorrento with a wonderful design and feel to it. We have visited here a few times now during our stay and each time we cannot fault it. The staff are attentive and friendly and the drinks menu is fantastic. It just feels fun. If you are visiting Sorrento, I recommend a stop here for a nice cocktail or a refreshing aperitif.

23/09/2025: Here, you get significantly more than you expect. The exterior of the Emilia restaurant doesn't give away the selection and quality of the food. High-quality ingredients are refined with spices and finesse to create a culinary delight. I ate my best chop ever, tender as butter 😋. A real insider tip. The owner participates in cooking competitions and boasts four meters of trophies and awards.

07/09/2025: We had a great time. The place is beautiful, the sea is stunning, the property could use some renovation, but its location retains its charm. The entertainment was fantastic, we had a great time. My only complaint was the food; the food was good, but the side dishes were really poor for my taste. A buffet would have been nice, and I don't think they would have failed. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially considering the price.

28/11/2025: We found "Il Brigante" while researching dinner options during a weekend in Piedimonte Matese. From the atmosphere to the food, everything was perfect. The place is truly welcoming and unique, reminiscent of a medieval tavern, and the food is equally as good. We had a meat dish (skewers and steak with fries and grilled scamorza cheese), which was truly delicious. Vegetarians also have plenty of options, despite the menu featuring many meat dishes: various combinations with scamorza cheese, bruschetta, and side dishes! They also offer pizza, which we'll definitely try next time. In addition to the dinner, the staff are all incredibly nice, and an added bonus is the beautiful view when you arrive at the restaurant! Highly recommended, we'll be back!

13/07/2025: Siamo stati ospiti questo weekend in questo splendido casale. Curato nei minimi dettagli. Una pace. Piscina non aperta ad ingressi esterni ma riservata agli ospiti del B&B. Purtroppo non è un funzione il ristorante che è in gestione di chi fa eventi (Jacopo bravissimo ). abbiamo avuto la fortuna che ieri sera c'era un evento e ci ha organizzato un tavolo per la cena. Cucina eccezionale! Ritorneremo!!!!
