A must-visit every time I'm in Contursi Terme, a surefire place to eat well. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended.

04/01/2026: Nice place, but nothing special. Prices are average. Staff is cold and unwelcoming. The menu says a baguette with up to three flavors costs 6 euros. We ended up with 7 euros on the bill. We asked for an explanation and were told that porchetta costs more... not listed on the menu, but due to the rudeness and manner of the response... politeness and respect for the customer should be the foundation...

15/12/2025: A really nice place, perfect for spending an evening playing with friends. Also great for an aperitif. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. The selection of board games is perhaps a bit limited, but overall it's a great place.

11/05/2026: When choosing a restaurant, I always try to highlight its positive aspects and rarely leave negative reviews, but this time the experience was disappointing in several respects. The welcome was rather cold: no greeting at the entrance, nor any particular attention to the customer. When ordering, we asked for bottled mineral water, but were told that only tap water was available. After specifying that we didn't want it, we were nevertheless served a bottle of sparkling water on tap, which was then replaced with still water upon our request. The first courses were well prepared, although the portions seemed rather small. We then ordered two main courses, one tuna and one swordfish. The waiter said the swordfish was sold out, so the order was changed to two tuna main courses, but only one arrived. After pointing this out, we were told that the order was for only one dish, and we had to wait a little longer for the second course. The most unpleasant part came with the bill: several prices were higher than those displayed on the online menu when ordering: first courses were 12 euros each (10 on the online menu), second courses 15 euros (12 on the online menu), and wine 7 (6 on the menu). So, 2x2 + 3x2 + 1 = 11 euros more!!!!!! When we pointed this out at the cashier, they told us the menu hadn't been updated yet. I understand that organizational issues can arise, but the customer should be informed before ordering, not at checkout. It's a shame, because the bread was good and the dishes weren't bad, but overall the experience was negative, and I don't think we'll be back.

20/05/2026: Unfortunately, since there are no prices on the items, only a kiosk where you can scan the barcode, it's impossible to shop carefully and attentively, with the inconvenience of spending a lot of time checking the prices one by one. These are very expensive products, so it doesn't seem worth it to me.

17/03/2026: The lady talks on the phone while customers wait at the counter. The gentleman is very professional, but she's a little less so.

11/03/2026: I went to the bar on Sunday for a simple coffee and coke and a bottle of water for 13 euros.

22/01/2026: Double review: for the first time, we used the platform table for an aperitivo in January. The appetizers served in old canning jars, decidedly unclean and neglected, definitely need to be reconsidered. The price was unreasonable. The second time, I used the restroom and bought a packet of chips and a small discount brand bitters to take away. €8, prices completely out of control. Lately, everyone has lost their bearings, often committing half-hearted robberies. I'm generally shocked by the quality of the aperitivo food; it's often reheated pizzas from the day before, terrible sandwiches that are definitely not very recent. All tied to the decidedly high cost.

27/01/2026: Disappointing! By far the worst food we ate in Naples and Ischia. The waiter was very inattentive. After about 10 minutes, we asked if we could order... (This is not what you expect in Italy.) General friendliness was definitely not his strong suit. The food was unfortunately drenched in oil, both the appetizer and especially the pasta. (See picture.) The zucchini blossom and eggplant appetizer were oily but still tasty. I was very surprised when the DOP pizza only had buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, but no tomato sauce?! (Perhaps I misread it?? That's unusual.) For the price, it unfortunately wasn't what we had hoped for.

19/04/2026: I had lunch here and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was polite and well-trained. The seafood was fresh and excellent. The quality/price ratio was good, and above all, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. A pleasant place to relax and eat well. I will definitely be back.

26/09/2025: The food is decent, but they're cheating. Check your bill and ask about the prices. They wanted €39 for the service. --- I've lived in Rome for 3 years. I visit Naples at least 3 times a year. Your bar was fundamentally different, and you didn't even say, "Sorry, it was our mistake." You just laughed in my face.

25/09/2025: I had the best lunch in Naples, Italy. The food was amazing!!! And they don't kill you with the prices! Very, very reasonable. The waiter, Samuele, outstanding! Don't doubt to go there!

01/02/2026: Hi, I ordered a croissant with white chocolate and bueno cream. This is what arrived! And other Ischian white chocolate croissants are practically empty.

27/01/2026: Delicious and light doughnuts, fried to order. The Ischian croissants and bonbons are also delicious. Those who are lactose intolerant, like me, can choose the plain doughnuts or the bonbons with Rigoni's dairy-free spread.
