11/07/2025: My wife and I went on Friday, July 11th, and were served by a rude and racist waitress who seated us at the bar in the restaurant, which was 70 percent full. She also refused to let us bring a pizza. It's a shame that an employee like that would ruin the place.

11/07/2025: Everything was excellent: from the stunning location to the quality food! A truly unique place, meticulously maintained and incredibly welcoming.

19/09/2025: The appetizer of their own cured meats, cheeses, and chili pepper jam was mind-blowing! The two of us first gorged on a picana and then a rib-eye steak, both from Spanish beef... lust! I truly enjoyed this evening! If you come to Gioiosa, you absolutely must come. Thanks, Cosimo 🙏🏻

11/10/2025: Everything would have been fine except that after returning to the hotel, we discovered that the Frito di calamari dish, which cost 16 euros on the menu, cost 30 euros. I don't recommend it because I don't agree with cheating people.

04/08/2025: The meat, it must be said, was truly excellent. But everything else left a bitter taste in my mouth—in every sense. IF YOU GO, ASK IN ADVANCE IF THE INGREDIENTS ARE PRESENT. My girlfriend ordered a sandwich that, according to the menu, should have included beef carpaccio, arugula, stracciatella, and mayonnaise. She specifically asked for only the mayonnaise to be removed, but instead found herself served a sandwich with only carpaccio and arugula, which was also very bitter. No trace of the stracciatella, which should have balanced the dish. We pointed out the mistake, and after a few minutes, the dish was returned exactly as it was, accompanied by a rather disarming explanation: "The stracciatella is out." No one bothered to communicate this beforehand, nor to offer an alternative—a simple mozzarella, for example, would have saved the dish and the service as well.

02/10/2025: Good food, and the staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant isn't bad; the 3 is due to its location on a main road, which naturally has its advantages and disadvantages. The restaurant's hallmark is its use of local produce and fresh fish caught in the sea off the town in the evening and served the same day. Depending on the luck of the fish, this can sometimes limit the selection, but not the freshness.

18/09/2025: A very welcoming place with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The quality of the food is excellent: fresh ingredients and carefully prepared dishes, from the seafood appetizers to the desserts. The cheesecake, made with ricotta, chocolate chips, and pistachio cream, is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

10/09/2025: A small but charming pub-style venue, the food is excellent, as are the beers. The service is quick and very friendly. Its strong point is its proximity to the castle theater, where many shows are held during the summer.

18/08/2025: Beautiful location... you can practically dine right by the sea. The peppered mussels were excellent and plentiful, and the grilled tuna was delicious; it melted in your mouth. It's not cheap, but the price is fair for the quality. Highly recommended.
