20/02/2024: Thanks to a great friend Totò and his son-in-law Carmelo Manfrici, people of great human values ​​that are rarer than ever today, allowed me to come to this spectacle of nature and history to realize the wish of my father-in-law who was forced to escape from here to Switzerland and Como due to the war where he lived until two years ago. A place truly rich in the history of Classical Greece so praised by Homer and Plato that the Ministry of Tourism and Culture should take responsibility for electing it as a World Heritage Site, having found a Greek Orthodox Priest in place in twinning with the town that remained fascinated by the classics of the past. The same local people with a welcome, hospitality and kindness, like those of the Bar Nucera and this restaurant... truly extraordinary. A dive into the past of ancient flavors with typical local, genuine and exquisite products that in the North would compete to taste and pay dearly for so-called organic products.
