I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Catanzaro

11/02/2024: Il ristorante sorge nel centro storico di Catanzaro e come dirimpettaio ha il bel teatro Politeama. In una uggiosa domenica abbiamo deciso di pranzare nel citato ristorante l'Opera, che conoscevo anni fa prima del Covid, e ho scoperto che il nuovo gestore, con altri, è una vecchia conoscenza della ristorazione cittadina quindi la cosa mi ha rallegrato e a ragione. Infatti, seppure la cucina è un po' ricercata rispetto a quella tradizionale del suo precedente ristorante, la qualità è alta, come la gentilezza e la competenza. Abbiamo consumato un pranzo completo a testa escluso il dolce perché le porzioni sono oneste, tutto ottimo in ambiente bello e caldo con sottofondo musicale appena percettibile e gradevole. Complimenti al cuoco e al giovane maitre/socio, prezzi onesti per la qualità ricevuta, non più alti di quelli di tanti ristoranti più fumo che arrosto. Arrivederci tra qualche domenica.

04/02/2024: Ottima esperienza , qualità del cibo alta (cucinano solo con pesce fresco pescato il giorno stesso), abbinamenti ricercati e ben riusciti , servizio eccellente, estremamente simpatico ma anche gentile e attento ai particolari, lo consiglio per chi vuole mangiare dei buoni piatti di pesce ad un ottimo prezzo , torneremo sicuramente

11/02/2024: Rosticceria ottima, fritto asciutto e calda , polpette di melanzane ottime con melanzana all’Interno e non solo di pane come in molti altri posti, pizza tradizionale ottima. Servizio ottimo.

28/01/2024: It's the first time I ate pizza and I didn't like it at all...they tell me the sandwiches are good...maybe I'll go back...family atmosphere...very small place and not easy to reach

03/04/2024: Very homely atmosphere, you can hardly recognize the place from the street... Service not exactly like a starred restaurant and here the semi-negative notes end: I have never eaten such good pasta. Really: the main ingredient is prepared, cooked, dosed and seasoned perfectly! Raviolo with cheese, pepper and red onions from Tropea (the latter cut into strips and placed outside the ravioli) the TOP. Prices more than adequate and extremely courteous staff: a truly pleasant dinner.

02/04/2024: The pizza is really good, the ingredients are really high quality, the staff are very kind and helpful, only with a large structure of this level I would have expected a certain speed in the service but the pizzas are baked in pairs and there is a risk of not eating together at the same table, it's a shame to return anyway

09/03/2024: Chiamiamo alle ore 16 per prenotare un tavolo per quattro persone, viene risposto che ci sarebbe stato posto tra le 21:15 e le 21:30, confermiamo la prenotazione. Alle 21:20 arriviamo e non c’è posto, ci viene detto di aspettare mezz’ora. Passata mezz’ora abbondante (alle 22:00) non è ancora libero il nostro tavolo prenotato per le 21:15/21:30 al che chiediamo spiegazioni e ci viene detto che non è possibile liberare un tavolo e che eventualmente avremmo potuto lasciare il numero per essere richiamati, quando e se si fosse liberato un tavolo (sempre quel tavolo prenotato alle 21:15/21:30). Capisco che è possibile avere ritardi e imprevisti ma 1) dovete mettere in chiaro che chiamando non si sta prenotando alcun tavolo, e 2) non potete dire di aspettare mezz’ora per poi non avere idea di quando possa liberarsi un tavolo. Non ritorneremo più sicuramente, la trasparenza e la chiarezza vengono prima della volontà di cercare di fare un tavolo in più (che realmente non è disponibile) a discapito della serata del cliente.

12/10/2023: Dinner with my partner We went under the directions of some friends A very valid experience both in terms of food, service and extreme competence of the dining room staff The menu is written in an extremely exhaustive manner with a description of the dishes that leaves no doubt Elegant environment with great attention to detail In addition to the starter and first course, I enjoyed a sword served with extremely tasty pecorino Extremely good value for money I will definitely return with all my friends and children.

02/04/2024: Perfect Easter Monday lunch, not something to be taken for granted considering the large number of customers. Ad hoc organized menu, tasty and homemade dishes, fast and impeccable service. Congratulations to the entire staff. The location is also beautiful, a stone's throw from the historic center of Badolato Superiore and with a breathtaking view.

14/03/2024: We stumbled upon this place by chance. Excellent quality, excellent service. Very fresh product, and a lot of inventiveness in the dishes. Highly recommended! Fairly low price

11/09/2023: Great panini place. Like “subway” but x100 better, with paninis to go or eat in. Lots of ingredients, you can create your own panini using local produce. Owner is super helpful. It’s a lunch must!

24/01/2024: We went to this typical restaurant in Conflenti with a group of more than 40 people and we ate reasonably well, the only thing that was wrong was the pasta which was salty. Otherwise good service, kind, helpful and very courteous. I recommend you go and eat there.
