10/05/2026: Saturday evening, dinner for five. The welcome and service were first-rate, with the staff always present and attentive. The restaurant was elegant, quiet, and pleasant. As for the food, the quality of the fish was unparalleled, but more than the freshness and quality, the extraordinary thing was the respect for the ingredients, the perfect cooking, and the combinations that fully reflect local tradition with noteworthy innovative touches. Will we be back? Yes, again and again.

10/08/2026: There's nothing to complain about the pizzas themselves, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several other respects.
The thing that left us most perplexed was that, for practically everything we ordered, from appetizers to pizzas, some ingredients were missing. It wasn't a single item that ran out, which can absolutely happen, but rather a recurring situation for almost every course we ordered.
Precisely for this reason, it would be nice, and above all appropriate, to inform customers from the beginning which ingredients or dishes are unavailable, before having them choose from the menu and having to point out the various missing items one by one when ordering.
One of the pizzas had truffles on the menu. The waitress informed us that it was out of stock, and we decided to order it anyway, especially since by that point we'd already noticed missing ingredients on several other orders. When it came time to pay the bill, however, the pizza was charged at the same price as with truffles, despite the fact that one of the main and presumably most expensive ingredients was missing.
Add to this the approximately 40-minute wait just to place your order. Considering the number of seats and the volume of work the restaurant handles each evening, perhaps an extra person dedicated to taking orders would really make a difference.
It's a shame, because the pizzas were good, but finding ingredients missing from virtually every dish ordered, without being informed in advance, along with such a long wait and no price adjustment, inevitably ruined the experience.

Impeccable and very friendly service.
As for the pizzas and desserts, I think it goes without saying that they are of excellent quality, with flavor combinations that pique your curiosity when you read them on the menu, make your eyes widen when they arrive at the table, and explode in your mouth when you eat them.
Shall we talk about the paper menus?
I don't have a photo, but they are out of this world.
The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was incredibly fast.
A complete experience.

11/08/2026: We met at this place for lunch. They got everything wrong, if not more. In fact, I'd like to correct myself, they served the still water correctly. We ordered two first courses: gnocchi with courgettes and shrimp and gnocchi allo scoglio (seafood gnocchi), and two fried dishes: one with shrimp, calamari, octopus, and battered vegetables, the other a chef's mix, which, upon asking, was explained to us as having a few anchovies and a mix of other fish, again with battered vegetables. This forced us to skip the side dishes. We reached almost two hours of waiting, and meanwhile, we saw more tables arrive after us. Every now and then, the waiter would tell us they'd be ready in five minutes, which was obviously not true and was making us impatient. After a long time, the first courses arrived, and instead of fish in the gnocchi, there was a piece of meat with sauce. We were obviously very hungry, so we ate and moved on. Meanwhile, no supervision was available; the children were playing everywhere, and one of them, who, if I'm not mistaken, is the owner's daughter, played and dropped a slipper on our table while we were eating. After another half hour, the fried food arrives. There's not even a hint of calamari, shrimp, octopus, or vegetables. Two identical plates, almost exclusively anchovies. Which, by the way, we're not crazy about. Obviously, it was unbearable, so we got up and left. For the record, at least they didn't include the fried food in the bill. Absolutely, avoid if you're in the area.
10/08/2026: The seaside location is excellent for warm evenings. Apart from that, the service is fast and very knowledgeable, and the food in general—fish, pizza, etc.—is very good quality.
I advise the restaurant to always pay attention to the selection of mussels, which are delicate. Everything else is excellent value for money.
I absolutely recommend it.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and truly superior food. Impeccably clean rooms. Excellent value for money, too.

24/07/2025: Ieri sera mi sono recata presso questo lido con amici per cenare. Purtroppo non mi son trovata bene per diversi motivi. La porzione di pesce spada da me ordinata era decisamente scarsa e al momento del pagamento hanno accorpato il conto di 2 tavoli. Io ho pagato e dopo, rendendomi conto che il conto era stratosferico visto ciò che abbiamo mangiato, ho fatto notare la cosa. La signora che doveva fare lo storno ha impiegato un po' a fare le giuste correzioni, anzi abbiamo dovuto ripetere svariate volte cosa avevamo invece ordinato.
Personalmente non ci tornerò più.

28/04/2025: Scoperto per caso siamo rimasti entusiasti. Location sul Lungomare di Marina di Davoli. Due locali, uno all'interno curato nei particolari e ben arredato, uno all'esterno in veranda prospiciente la spiaggia e il mare. Ampi spazi. Posto confortevole anche per gruppi. Menù ampio. Come prima volta ci prendiamo per antipasto uno gnocco fritto con crudo di Parma: speciale! Per primo ci prendiamo uno spaghetto allo Scoglio in crosta di pizza (con strato di pizza a "cartoccio" per far concentrare i profumi dei frutti di mare) e un pacchero alle alici con pistacchi tritati. Due piatti eccellenti. Vino bianco vivace calabrese. Caffè e Jefferson. Cortesia e gentilezza, direi oltre lo standard del luogo. Si va via con la voglia di tornare e assaporare altro del menù. Bravi tutti, complimenti!
16/04/2025: Cucina ottima, originale la presentazione dei piatti, pesce freschissimo, menù vario, dolci buonissimi, soprattutto da consigliare il tortino all'arancia.

09/11/2024: Quello che mi ha colpito di più è stata la libera interpretazione degli spaghetti alle vongole: non avevo mai mangiato spaghetti in brodo di vongole, nessuna delle quali attaccata alla sua conchiglia. Servizio approssimativo. Mediocrità con prezzi da eccellenza. Esiste di meglio, come cibo e come servizio.

10/09/2023: Buonissima braceria dove poter gustare carne di qualita'.
Vi consiglio l'antipasto casereccio: i salumi deliziosi, ovviamente di produzione propria, ne fanno la differenza!
Come carne? Avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta... io ho preso la tagliata ed era deliziosa.
Il tutto e' accompagnato da ottimo vino (c'e' anche su questo l'imbarazzo della scelta) e
servito in un ambiente informale ed accogliente, tipico calabrese.
Serata magnifica.
Torneremo presto a trovarvi.
03/09/2023: Ristorante accogliente con posti sia all'interno ahc all'esterno,adiacente alla macelleria dalla quale proviene tutta la carne servita.
All'esterno ampio parcheggio.
Menù vario e portate abbondanti.
La carne cucinata in maniera eccellente ma c'è la particolarità che il personale chiede ad ogni persona come vuole la cottura e questa è una cosa molto simpatica e interessante.
Prezzo nella media ma la qualità é alta.

26/01/2025: Bellissimo posto con un altissimo potenziale. Peccato che di altissimo ho trovato solo il prezzo per un menù scarso e privo di qualità ( tutto pesce congelato). Nonostante il bel affaccio sul mare il locale era vuoto. Francamente anch’io non ci ritornerei poiché con lo stesso totale opterei oltre alla bella vista a mangiare bene. La mia domanda è perché non investire un po’ di più sulla qualità culinaria?
27/08/2024: Locale bellissimo vista stupenda sul golfo di Caminia cibo ottimo di qualità e personale molto professionale gentile e disponibile. La proprietaria Loriana gestisce il locale con professionalità e simpatia sempre con il sorriso e al servizio dei clienti . Consigliatissimo assolutamente da provare.
