Going to Graziella reminded me, like in Proust's madeleine episode, of grandma's cooking, the times of true flavors, where the ingredients are top-quality and you don't get what you "want," but what the season offers. I don't know where to start, but I'll start with Mrs. Graziella, a worthy hostess and grandmother from another era, who transports you with her stories, but above all with her dishes, to a beautiful reality called Home... from the zippole (fantastic) to the homemade fileia... to try and try again.... A truly wonderful experience! From the first moment, we felt right at home, thanks to the genuine and authentic cuisine, the kind of "old-fashioned" cuisine that is increasingly difficult to find these days. Every dish was delicious, carefully prepared, and with true traditional flavors.
What made everything even more special was the friendliness and kindness of the lady who even came over for a chat, making us feel welcomed as family guests. A gesture we truly appreciated was when, knowing how much we enjoyed the zeppole appetizer, she prepared more for us to take home.
The prices were truly affordable for the quality of the food and the wonderful experience we had. We'll definitely be back!
