30/08/2025: It's a shame that if you don't give at least one star, the review won't be published; it deserves zero. Remembering a fairly good gelato in the area, we thought we were in for a treat. Surprise! The quality has dropped, or rather, has plummeted. The coffee is very pale and tasteless, the walnut is very watery white, and the flavor is undefined. The pistachio is very creamy and greasy. Furthermore, anyone who wanted cream was left wanting more. In short... let's change jobs!

You can immediately sense that hospitality isn't just a gimmick here, but a genuine passion. The food was excellent – top-notch in terms of taste, fresh, and prepared with great care. The service was attentive, professional, and pleasantly personal. A truly harmonious experience. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
03/10/2025: We had Pizza Sapori della Sila and Pizza Frutti di mare. Both were generously topped and very, very tasty. The house white wine was also good. Service was quick. We'd be happy to go back.

The cuisine is a true statement of identity: an extraordinary reinterpretation of traditional dishes, crafted with skill, balance, and respect for tradition, without ever being forced.
A delicate touch is clearly evident in the combinations, naturally showcasing each ingredient. The products used are genuine and of truly superior quality, and this makes all the difference in every course.
The setting is also worthy: a beautiful and refined location, a clean restaurant, meticulously maintained, and even the bathrooms are impeccable. Everything reflects the owner's love and care in his hospitality: there's a sense of order, attention, and respect for guests that is by no means a given these days.
The details also deserve special mention: the orange marmalade, simply exquisite, is one of those flavors that lingers in your memory and speaks of artisanal care and excellent ingredients.

30/12/2025: I gave full stars for the food, service, and ambiance, but overall I have to give it three stars, and I'll explain why. Here, you can certainly enjoy perhaps the best morzello in the city. The kindness of the staff is a strong point, and the ambiance is also distinctive—an authentic 1980s-style morzelleria. It's hard to beat. However, I do have one point, which I hope is constructive. At the entrance, a sign clearly states that dogs are not allowed, which is a good thing considering it's a place where food and drinks are served. However, dogs are welcome to enter, accompanied by their owners, and can sit at the table with them. I saw one in particular enter the kitchen several times with its owner. Besides hygiene, the quiet is also compromised, as the dogs bark inside the restaurant. Not everyone enjoys eating with animals, and such a popular place where food is served should pay more attention to small hygiene practices.
27/12/2025: I went on a super busy day and they were fast, efficient and kind and in any case if they had been imperfect in something they would have been excused by the day but they managed to handle everything perfectly.

19/11/2025: Beautiful bar, delicious granitas. One of the tastiest and most well-known ice cream parlors in the tourist town of Napier. It was renovated in 1923 and retains its original features. It's very pleasant to sit outside, in a small square and in a spot where parking is easy.

19/12/2025: A place that really surprised me. Located in a secluded spot with a cool area, a bit far away but worth it. The location is very large, perfect for several parties, and it has a great view. The service was a bit slow, but I understand that given the crowd. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was truly excellent, with good homemade ingredients. The price was really fair.

Among the best I've ever had
11/09/2025: Our visit to Granitiamo was very disappointing and confusing from the start. The prices and rules were unclear: the menus at the tables indicated lower prices, while only inside did we discover the actual cost of the granitas (€3.50 for the medium one and €5.00 for the large one). Furthermore, we were verbally informed that the €3.50 granita allowed a maximum of two flavors, while the €5.00 one allowed three.
We ended up spending €13 for two granitas and one brioche col tuppo, a total far higher than expected. Furthermore, we couldn't pay by card, and we weren't given a receipt.
The service was rude and rushed. Conversely, we noticed a marked disparity in the treatment given to another table, likely regulars, who received special attention and significantly better service, including a souvenir photo taken by the owner. An experience we will not repeat and that we do not recommend.
