27/07/2025: Muy baja atención al cliente por parte del personal. Después de que nos escoltaron a nuestra mesa no tuvimos un menú en las manos, hemos esperado durante 10 minutos y después de eso le pidió al camarero que nos trajera el menú. Sólo tengo un libro para nosotros dos. Quería comprar vino en un vaso, pero IT no fue posible - solo por botella por el precio de 23 euros. Modelo de negocio muy extraño. Mientras que las bebidas alcohólicas aportan a un restaurante la mayor parte del margen, aquí prácticamente prohíben comprar vino - nadie a nuestro alrededor en todo el restaurante compró vino. ¿Qué diablos? Si abres una botella y llenas una copa IT con ese vino y lo vendes digamos por 5 - 6 EUR por copa puedes ganar más que vendiendo botellas (que de todas formas nadie compra). Ridículo que se negaran a vendernos vino por copa. La elección de pizzas es genial. Hemos elegido el "Italiana" del menú, especialmente para probar uno con gorgonzola. La pizza llegó, sin rastro NO de gorgonzola. Pregunté al wa ITer por qué era así. Tomó el plato y llegó un par de minutos más tarde con la misma pizza donde se arrojaron trozos de gorgonzola encima. Bueno, esto está lejos de la "italiana" prevista donde el gorgonzola se está preparando con la pizza en sí. Nos han arruinado la cena, sin excusas. Nunca más Retrogusto.

27/07/2025: Después de haber amado este lugar durante muchos años, nos quedamos tan decepcionados en nuestra última visita. Y IT será también nuestra última visita allí. Vamos allí por sus pizzas, típicamente tan excelente, pero esta vez, IT fue lo peor. Una corteza y unas coberturas totalmente quemadas, que ni el cocinero NOR el servidor parecían lo suficientemente conocedores como para darse cuenta de que no merecían servirse. El servidor dejó IT y nunca volvió para comprobarlo. Como estábamos pagando le dijimos a la persona del mostrador que la pizza estaba muy quemada. Su respuesta fue que a veces IT sucede. NO disculparse, nada. Bueno, IT nunca nos ha pasado en Typiko, y la mayoría de las otras pizzerías que frecuentamos en nuestras vacaciones anuales extendidas aquí. Sé que Typiko conseguirá más de nuestro negocio, ya que no volveremos a Retro Gusto. IT parece que Retro Gusto no se preocupa por la calidad de sus productos y no valoran a sus clientes.

23/06/2025: I was at dinner and I noticed that the (aged) loins lacked traceability, that is, born raised, PRICE, BREED, AGING TIME. EVEN THE CELL WAS NOT AGED.

22/06/2025: Kind and very welcoming staff, close to Villa Sa Giovanni station, exquisite dishes, recommended to everyone.

16/08/2025: Tables should be reserved in advance. We happened to be there on a karaoke night. The service was very, very slow, and sometimes other people who arrived after us already had their meals before we got our small appetizer. We didn't wait for the wine afterward. It took too long. A shame. Also, there were children running around and riding bikes in the building. If that doesn't bother you, the noise won't bother you either, but it wasn't for me.

16/08/2025: We ate in this restaurant on August 15th during a stay in the hotel next door, we ate a real diavola, with spectacular nduja, but even more spectacular are the meats they serve, you have to try them if you are in the area

22/06/2025: It's not the first time I go to Ciccio, but this last one I wasn't satisfied. Maybe because I saw little staff or because there were more people than expected or I don't know. No waiting for the table because it was booked. The chips with the skin were good quality but with a mountain of salt on top, impossible to eat without removing the excess salt. Now let's talk about the pizzas.. The other times they were light with a nice high and soft edge! This time the tomato sauce was very sweet and at times raw. The edge was very stringy and heavy, in short not like a Neapolitan pizza! I hope it was just a bad day, because the other times it wasn't so bad.

04/06/2025: Well organized hotel restaurant with excellent cuisine and pizzeria all accompanied by kindness and professionalism

01/05/2025: The hotel has a strategic position just a few minutes from the motorway exit and is also a pizza restaurant (which we did not try as we arrived after dinner). The structure has private parking, a children's play area and is surrounded by greenery. The room assigned to us was very spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts even though we had booked it an hour before our arrival. The staff was very kind and very welcoming, they satisfied all our requests, they even made us find a warm room for small children. Breakfast is not a buffet but is served at the table, with homemade cakes (delicious) and packaged products. We would perhaps have preferred a more varied breakfast including savory items (also given the price of the room) but we should have reported it earlier.

13/06/2025: Accolti gentilmente e serviti su un romantico tavolo vista mare. Deliziosi gli antipasti caldi e il sauté di cozze. Anche vino e primi davvero eccellenti. Abbiamo concluso con il semifreddo zabaione, cioccolato e amaretti… da leccarsi i baffi. Anche il ristorante interno risulta molto curato ed elegante. Complimenti per la gestione. Consigliatissimo

08/05/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante due volte nel giro di pochi mesi, la prima a dicembre invitato per un evento in cui si è mangiato pesce: esperienza assolutamente positiva, sia per il cibo che per location e servizio. Alcuni mesi dopo sono tornato, poiché invitato ad un convegno terminato con un ottimo pranzo a buffet.

02/08/2025: Anche se non specificato su web, in questa pizzeria si può richiedere la pizza SENZA GLUTINE. Molto buona, sono celiaca e la scorsa settimana l'ho presa senza aver nessun tipo di disturbo nelle ore successive, quindi promossa al 100%. Il personale gentilissimo mi ha rassicurata sulla mancanza di contaminazione infatti stasera la prenderò di nuovo.
