12/07/2025: Bellissimo posto. Curato con piante e fiori che rendono tutto più suggestivo. I prezzi, per il pranzo o la cena, sono competitivi. Il menù ha una vasta scelta di antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni, frutta e dolci. Anche per quanto riguarda i vini non c'è che l'imbarazzo della scelta. A richiesta si possono mangiare anche primi diversi dal pesce e lo stesso vale per i secondi. Il titolare è molto cortese ed anche i giovani camerieri sono attenti e garbati. Unico neo, se non si chiede o si paga con la carta, rilasciano una "ricevuta" senza alcun valore fiscale. Consigliato.

27/07/2025: On my way to southern Calabria, I decided to stop at this pizzeria, located practically at the exit of Frascineto. Delicious pizzas with abundant, quality ingredients. So big and tasty, I couldn't finish them. We took them away to eat the next day, and even though they were cold, they were delicious. Friendly staff and very low prices (I wouldn't have even eaten a pizza with beer in Milan). At the end of the meal, we were also offered coffee and amaro. The only advice I can give is to stock up on draft beer!!! Highly recommended.

02/05/2025: Increíble hallazgo. Merece la pena pasear entre las bonitas y tranquilas calles lejos de las concurridas y caras zonas turísticas justo cerca del puente. Esto es en una calle tranquila encantadora, excelente menú y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Ve a tomar café y los mejores cruasanes de chocolate que hemos comido, o almorzar fantásticos rollitos rellenos y ensaladas frescas y sabrosas. Personal amable y servicial, menú traducido al inglés para evitar cualquier malentendido, pero esta es la verdadera comida italiana, no alterada para los gustos de los turistas. Me alegro mucho de haberlo encontrado por accidente. No puedo recomendar esto lo suficiente.

14/07/2025: Bella serata a menu fisso allietata dal piano bar. Personale molto cortese e accogliente; mangiare molto buono (antipasti, un primo tipico calabrese, frittura mista e dolce gustoso)

02/04/2025: Let me start by saying that the food is excellent, but it used to be even better. Lately, the dishes have been a bit too flavorful; if they could improve this small aspect, it would really be top notch. Overall, full marks.

02/07/2025: I have been coming to this pizzeria for years, always in the summer, and the quality goes down year after year. Appetizer "Combo frittatine", subtitle "carbonara alla 'nduja", I ask what it is and the waiter answers "Neapolitan pasta frittatine": I get two rice arancini with a little 'nduja on top. Good, nothing to complain about, but why indicate them on the menu in a misleading way, and then give a description far from what you receive on the plate? Two "Calabra" pizzas: the ingredients, fiordilatte and 'nduja in particular, are good but the dough is flavorless and the pizza is burnt on the bottom and raw on top. One appetizer, two "Calabra" pizzas, two medium beers: total bill €40, perhaps a little expensive considering that we are in Parghelia and it is not the height of tourist season. I think it is the last time and I am sorry because it was an excellent pizzeria.

21/07/2025: I've both been to the beach and had pizza for dinner. I often come here with friends and have a great time. The pizza is cooked perfectly and the management is fantastic. The pizza arrived within five minutes, and it was a Saturday night anyway. ❤️❤️

22/06/2025: Clean and well-equipped beach, very kind staff and also an excellent restaurant where at lunch with friends we took each course to share and taste everything. Congratulations! It was all delicious! We will gladly return. PS. The prices were also more than fair and honest

16/08/2025: The pizza was decent, full of oil, but good flavor. The service was lazy, and the decision to charge 10 cents for oregano was truly distasteful.

15/08/2025: I was just at the restaurant. The starters were sour and anything but good, and I noticed that even the table next to mine was upset. The fried food was very salty. Probably, since it's August 15th, they couldn't handle the amount of work... the bill was quite high, even €1.20 for the coffee.

17/07/2025: Ottima cucina. Piatti preparati veramente bene. I ragazzi ti aiutano con il menù (ricco) per ricercare il piatto che fa per te. Conto giusto per la qualità che offrono. Torneremo sicuramente.

04/06/2025: Un ristorante che ci avevano anche raccomandato. Nonostante c’erano tre tavoli occupati abbiamo dovuto aspettare ben due ore e mezza dall’ordine prima di mangiare il primo e non hanno avuto la decenza di scusarsi per l’accaduto

18/07/2025: Capitati in questo posto di passaggio, "attratti" dal nome e dalla grande mole di clientela, abbiamo pensato tra noi e noi..." Se è frequentato da gente del posto si mangerà sicuramente bene...".Ebbene, dopo questa esperienza, ho imparato che non bisogna mai fidarsi delle apparenze. Appena entrati, abbiamo notato che c'erano due compleanni in corso, quindi ci siamo fatti il segno della croce pensando che ci avremmo messo un'ora minimo per mangiare, come poi è più o meno avvenuto...vabbè, c'è tanta gente ci può stare. Ordiniamo, veniamo serviti dopo una mezz'ora buona, io e mia moglie prendiamo un filetto e una bistecca specificando di volerla "al sangue"....a me portano questa cosa qua che ho mangiato solo per fame. Fatto presente al cameriere ci risponde "Vabbè...ma quindi lei la voleva cruda???"Sipario....spero sia stata semplicemente una dimenticanza di un griller distratto altrimenti sarebbe stato da rispondergli "Ma è del mestiere questo??"

01/07/2025: Nothing special, I ate a mediocre fried food, the oil was already used many times so not clean. Courtesy normal as the service. Expensive for what I ate.

28/06/2025: It's not the best, passable, but a bit pricey 2 seconds with side dish and a bottle of wine for 15 euros, total 78 euros. You can find better!

19/07/2025: We had a very pleasant experience at Il Porticato. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We ordered a tasting board with a variety of local delicacies, along with a beer, Coke Zero, and water. The total came to €43 — very reasonable for the quality and presentation. The atmosphere was charming, with beautifully arranged interiors and a cozy outdoor area that added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed and tasteful moment in a lovely setting.
