10/08/2025: You arrive on an enchanting hill, you find yourself in front of a breathtaking landscape and you look at this rustic-style trattoria... but I smell good in the air... the infinite sea that joins with the sky... We place our orders... and after half an hour the first courses arrive. With the first forkful... you understand everything... you are already in heaven... but that pasta contains a flavor that makes you close your eyes and open your taste buds... the second course is no less... all with an atmosphere of times gone by.. and I can assure you that coming from Sicily with ancient flavors, here I found a lot of wisdom in knowing how to combine flavors that you never thought of tasting, and to be able to savor them together... truly well done... then served by a young man "Danilo" who served us with kindness and professionalism... behind all this you can feel the love they put into their work... a heartfelt thank you and thanks also to whoever recommended this place to me.... 14/08/2025: Last night, in the middle of our Calabrian vacation, we discovered this pub right below our accommodation... and what a discovery! Two amazing sandwiches, made with quality ingredients and truly exceptional flavor, accompanied by delicious beers. Friendly staff and perfect prices. If there were more than 5 stars, this one would get at least 10! The guys upstairs ✨️

04/08/2025: Cozy place. We had dinner outside with friends, very nice. Friendly and smiling staff. We chose a sandwich filled with burger, cheese, fries, and tomatoes. A trio of chicken legs and fries. Another sandwich and a trio of onion rings, chicken wings, and fries. Everything was very good.

29/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati per pranzo, eravamo di passaggio. L’oste ci ha accolti in maniera davvero gradevole, il cibo è ottimo, vario e tipico dell zona. Molti prodotti sono a km 0. Tipica osteria, ormai se ne vedono poche così. Da rifare sicuramente

22/06/2025: Piacevole esperienza,ci siamo trovati a Tarsia per visitare il paese di mio nonno,e per il pranzo ci siamo fermati in questa osteria .Subito ci ha accolti una signora molto gentile che ci ha fatto accomodare al tavolo.Il menù era fisso e devo dire che si è mangiato molto bene dall' antipasto al dolce .Il primo piatto maccheroni al sugo con salsiccia ( pasta tipica fatta a mano) a seguire carne ai ferri .Posto consigliatissimo per la cucina ( Prezzo veramente basso ) e la pulizia degli ambienti . Mi sento di ringraziare il titolare e la madre perché mi hanno fatto sentire di appartenere a quei luoghi .Saluti D.B.

04/05/2025: I ended up at Giò’s pub after walking around Scalia a bit trying to find something for dinner. In Italy, everything Seems to fall into two categories, street food or fine dining. As soon as you walk into Giò’s, you notice the casual atmosphere. Families and young people enjoying time together with burgers and food free of pretense. I had the jalapeño poppers and a burger that I almost couldn’t finish. The topper? Ice. I got a glass of ice for my Coke. Lol, as an Americano it’s the small things in Italy that matter. I really enjoyed the energy of the customers and the service kept up with a full house. Bravo!

05/05/2025: I went to this tavern for Easter lunch. The place is very rustic and not entirely comfortable but the food is quality. I must say that the various dishes I tasted, although simple, were of a good standard, tasty and well cooked. Some discordances on the desserts and on the service which had some errors. Overall I am satisfied. To try outside the holidays

30/05/2025: Partendo dalla location meravigliosa immersa in una struttura che riesuma una storia di decenni, all’interno della quale è pieno di foto e strumenti effettivi che rimandano a decenni fa. Il menù riflette la bellezza della struttura, bello, ma soprattutto buono. Il personale è attento e cordiale, ed anche la proprietaria vaga spesso per controllare che tutto vada bene in sala. Assolutamente Consigliato

12/05/2025: Gute und einfache Küche, man sollte sich nicht zu viel erwarten. Wir hatten eine gemischte Fischvorspeise, welche überraschend gut war, Spaghetti alla Corte d'Assise alla vecchia maniera waren göttlich und die hausgemachte Pasta mit Tomaten, Melanzani, Speck und Ricotta waren auch sehr gut.

17/06/2025: I was at dinner, a plate of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, truly exceptional. I would call it porcini with tagliatelle for the quantity of porcini mushrooms in the plate. High professionalism of the service.

07/07/2025: One of the best restaurants in the province of Catanzaro. Compliments to everyone, from the chef to the manager. Equipped with the n.1 rotisserie in cz, and the pizza, also one of the best I've ever tasted. Impeccable service and environment. Updated 06/07/2025 Ate half a meter of mixed fried food. How delicious. Unique seafood fusilli.
