07/09/2025: The product is high-quality, but €19 for a revisited "Margherita" seems excessive. A pan-shaped cloud or a crispy "Roman" focaccia is served. The "Neapolitan" pizza is no longer served.

09/03/2026: I've never had a worse meal. An endless wait from the door to the end of the meal. A good two hours to get something to eat, and I don't know how to describe it, what adjective to use to describe it all. From the appetizer to the main course, including a first course (fileja with swordfish sauce) with no seasoning and with the sauce remaining the intention of the person in charge of cooking: cold dishes of truly poor quality. Courtesy is not lacking, but you enter the restaurant not only for the manners... I read the other reviews and wonder if they've changed the chef in the meantime, because today's chef, I believe, is his first experience in the kitchen. What I couldn't have known yesterday is that today I had gastrointestinal problems, resulting in diarrhea. Many thanks to the owner.

02/02/2026: December 31, 2025, passing through Tropea. Last dinner of the year, unpretentious, and before midnight. The owner tells us she also brought her dogs to the restaurant so they wouldn't be scared by the fireworks, and we had ours. During dinner, two explosions were very annoying for us, let alone the dogs. I wanted to go out and protest. At the third, we realized it was the owner's fault, and we ran away. Just one piece of advice, Mr. Owner: commit and invest money and time in quality and speed of service, not in scaring customers away.

18/11/2025: Well-made pizza, inviting fried foods, and unmissable mpakkiuse potatoes. The lack of draft beer is compensated for by the variety of bottled beers and selection of local wines. Very friendly and attentive service. Recommended!

08/11/2025: Pizza is a matter of taste, and I have to say I really enjoy this one. Not only that, but it's also the classic Calabrian pizza, thin and cooked to perfection, and the ingredients are also top-quality. My thermometer lately has been determined by how many times I get up in the middle of the night to drink (or go to the bathroom if I'm feeling sick). Tonight everything was fine, so the pizza was good. I went on a pizza tour last night, a table of over 20 people. They had a great time, with tons of pizzas, a wide selection, and no wait at all. The staff is almost all female, and women, as we know, have an edge. The place is very well soundproofed, and despite being on the street, it's very comfortable inside. I'll definitely be back because I'm curious to try the food.

21/02/2026: A typical pizzeria/restaurant. The two times I went there, I always ordered a pizza that I could customize myself, and it cost €7.50. It was super delicious and very reasonably priced. Fresh ingredients and very, very friendly owners and pizzaiolo. The coffee and grappa were also delicious. Highly recommended.

12/11/2025: Nice and calm hotel. Rooms are clean, air conditioned, with comfy bed, balcony, mini fridge, closet and mirror. Breakfast is tasty and has a variety of options. Great coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is big and clean, but it’s a few minutes walk from the hotel.

14/10/2025: What a fantastic hotel – you feel warmly welcomed from the very first minute! The reception and greeting were very pleasant, and all the staff are extremely friendly and personable. A special highlight for me was the "Cena Calabrese," which takes place every Friday during the summer months – a typical Calabrian evening with music, dancing, and local food. The cake, personally presented by the hotel manager, was incredibly delicious! The nearby beaches with their crystal-clear waters are also a dream destination. I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay at the Calabrisella. Saying goodbye wasn't easy – I will definitely be back.

The products, from the appetizers to the pizzas, are all top-quality and carefully prepared. We will gladly return, both for the good food and for the professionalism and kindness shown.

Four of us went for dinner, and even though it was dark, the view was beautiful because the moonlight illuminated the sea and you could see Sicily lit up. We walked down the stairs to the sea. Truly stunning! And it will definitely be the best for ceremonies.

26/12/2025: A very beautiful and charming place. I had a Christmas Eve aperitif here: really good pizza and an excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses. The only downside is that the music is a bit too loud, making it difficult to talk. Overall, however, a very positive experience; I recommend it.
