20/03/2025: We stayed one night in this splendid B&B, a spacious and comfortable room, clean and fragrant. With a breathtaking view and terrace, accompanied by an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. They have a restaurant inside the structure, if you want to eat something typical of the place. It is family run, really kind and lovely people, the breakfast is all prepared by them with typical local desserts, in fact they let us taste a cake made with exclusively Cirò wine. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We'll see you soon.

Very helpful and polite staff, excellent location near the university. Nice memorabilia, exhibits complement the interior decor.

22/04/2025: Non è bello farsi più di 60 km con la famiglia (120 andata e ritorno) dopo che hai prenotato da quasi una settimana e trovare il cancello chiuso... telefonare e sentirsi dire "se ha prenotato con THE FORK noi le prenotazioni di THE FORK non le guardiamo". Complimenti, solo per questo comportamento dovrebbero cancellare il vostro ristorante da tutti i siti di prenotazione online. Complimenti ancora.

22/04/2025: Alla prenotazione avevamo esplicitamente detto che non avremmo voluto il menù fisso di Pasqua e ci avevano assicurato che avrebbero avuto delle alternative, peccato che all’arrivo ci hanno presentato quello anziché il menù alla carta. Abbiamo dovuto chiederlo ma non c’erano grosse alternative. Abbiamo ordinato i ravioli alla burrata, zucchine e salmone ma non c’era l’ombra del salmone nel mio piatto e neppure in quello di mio figlio. Il caffé è stato servito nei bicchieri di plastica. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere la macedonia, solo dopo esserci accorti che la stavano servendo in altri tavoli, nessuno ci ha informato della possibilità di ordinarla. Abbiamo ordinato due piatti di frittura di calamari e gamberi e ce ne hanno fatti pagare quattro. Purtroppo ce ne siamo accorti solo una volta andati via. 170€ per 4 primi, un antipasto, due secondi, una macedonia e due caffè. Servizio pessimo, scarsa serietà. Assolutamente sconsigliato!

20/04/2025: Good service, kindness and attention are not lacking, welcoming place, excellent food the risotto with shrimp, green apple and raspberry but also the rest is not less, good wines the desserts leave a bit so-so. Average price.

01/10/2024: It's not good. I went in to get a granita and what they gave me was €3 and ONE scoop of ice cream not even equivalent to half a plastic cup. I hate it when in Amantea if they don't see you as a local, they make fun of you like that.

15/05/2025: On our way back from Michelino Beach, we stopped for two Spritzes, which were served alongside a complimentary appetizer platter (cold meats, cheese, pizza, and snacks). How generous! The welcome was lovely and the setting charming.

Too bad about the road, which in the evening if you are not used to it can be complicated to travel, because if it were in the village I would probably have returned the next day. 21/05/2025: Sono calabrese di nascita ed ho sempre conosciuto questo ristorante, ho voluto portare con me due amici di Firenze e mio marito anche lui toscano, in questo locale ho ritrovato la mia adolescenza,ma soprattutto i miei sapori... E lo staff al completo stupendo, avevamo prenotato fuori,ma c'era tanto vento,hanno risolto subito la situazione, abbiamo mangiato guardando il castello,ed il mare sotto di noi, a volte sembrava di essere in crociera.... Il cibo ottimissimo... Tutto veramente buono, ma tutto tutto.... Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti, noi abbiamo preso menù alla carta,ma c'era anche uno stupendo buffet sempre pieno, sempre riassortito.... Complimenti davvero per tutto.... Pulizia ,cibo, cortesia, cordialità....

20/05/2025: Beautiful place to eat excellent fish. In a suggestive outdoor location on the sea, even inside there is a beautiful room with windows overlooking the Aragonese Castle. We had lunch without any reservation on a Sunday and they positioned us on the sea literally in front of the castle... In short, a suggestive summer lunch... To try. Excellent fresh fish. The service is very fast despite the multitude of people... We will return to taste other specialties.

11/05/2025: Locale ubicato appena fuori di Tiriolo ma molto conosciuto perché si mangia bene. Da tempo oltre a piatti tradizionali e la pizza servono anche pesce di ottima qualità. Consiglio di prenotare specialmente la sera. Personale gentile e preparato. Franco Monza
