23/07/2025: The pizzas are average, but still recommended.

20/07/2025: UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE (BUT FOR THE WRONG REASONS) We arrived with good intentions… we left at midnight, after spending the evening watching other customers sip their coffee while we still stood there staring into space, waiting for our pizza as if we were participating in a survival experiment. The service? Surreal, to say the least: after an hour of sitting, no one had noticed that our order hadn't even reached the kitchen. When they finally paid attention to us, we waited another half hour, just to make the experience complete. And to top it off: the cover charge was €3 per person. For what? For the luxury of waiting, to observe the entire place, already having dessert, while we were the living furniture. The pizza was average, but the bill was out of line, and the service was forgettable. Recommended only for those who love suspense… and hate eating at normal hours. P.S. I'm giving one star because unfortunately, you can't give zero.

04/08/2025: My review is solely for the restaurant. Unfortunately, I could only give the food, with the exception of the desserts, 3 stars. In my opinion, this is the weak point of this restaurant. However, the service is very good, the atmosphere on the terrace is intimate, and the prices are correspondingly low. The desserts were very good, 5 stars :)

28/07/2025: Stayed in the first half of July. A delightful, peaceful place in a strategic location for exploring Calabria. The owners are attentive, friendly, and available for any need. Excellent value for money.

17/06/2025: The overall experience was not particularly positive. I found some employees to be unfriendly, and their rudeness negatively affected the welcome and the general atmosphere of the place. As for the quality of the food, the pizzas served had a slightly burnt bottom, a detail that partially compromised their taste and pleasantness. The organization of the internal spaces could also be improved: the environment is rather narrow, in particular the corridor that leads to the rooms intended for children, which appears narrow and not very functional, especially when there is a large number of customers. In short, this is a place with room for improvement both in the management of the service and in the care of the spaces and the quality of the dishes.

Stefano, his sister, his mother Rosy and all the staff make you feel at home right away and the food reflects exactly the people we have met, simply everything is divine, we will be back very soon, thanks for everything Lele and Schina ❤️

30/06/2025: Ieri sera abbiamo cenato lì con amici... Totale 6 persone e 1 bambino piccolo. La serata è andata benissimo abbiamo cenato all'interno per avere un po' di aria condizionata ma si può cenare anche all'esterno molto bello. Il posto ha un parcheggio molto grande difronte al locale. Noi abbiamo preso 5 pizze, 1 antipasto di pesce, 2 acqua naturale da 1 Lt, 1 birra 🍻 Ichnusa da 0,5 LT, 2 porzioni di 🍉 e 3 dolci con caffè e amaro offerto tutto molto molto buono. Abbiamo speso solo 90,00€ Mi sembra troppo poco ma mi piace perché è una media di 15,00€ a persona. Se proprio voglio trovare il pelo sulla pizza 🍕 rispetto a qualche anno fa' è un po' diversa (ha perso qualcosa), ma veramente per trovare qualcosa che non và è proprio dura. Il titolare molto cordiale e gentile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consiglio.

02/08/2025: While on vacation with my husband, we decided to dine at Roberto's. We had a wonderful time; we felt at home thanks to Roberto and his son's friendliness and helpfulness. The dishes were all excellent, with beautifully prepared ingredients. We highly recommend it.

27/07/2025: We had lunch at Trattoria da Roberto and had a wonderful time. Roberto, a Milanese with Calabrian roots, is the perfect blend of savoir-faire and friendliness. He welcomes you warmly, makes you feel immediately at home, and manages to create a light and pleasant atmosphere. (Congratulations!) The food is excellent, well-cooked and flavorful, each dish carefully prepared in both flavor and texture. (We had: hot/cold appetizer, baked sea bass, and seared tuna. Delicious.) The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, yet informal, a truly comfortable place to be. The service is attentive, punctual, and always friendly. A lunch that leaves a lasting impression. We'll definitely be back.

22/07/2025: We were in Italy for seven days. We hit different spots every day. On the day of our return flight, we wanted to find something quick, and this turned out to be a bull's-eye. The best pizza we've ever had in Italy. The price was also great.

05/08/2025: Every time we return to Biafora, we feel at home: the staff is kind and very helpful, the welcome is excellent, and the property has tremendous potential. But... But when you arrive, especially on weekends, it's very easy to find yourself in the middle of a reception—weddings, in particular. And so it's difficult to find parking, despite the huge number of available spaces. Which leads to the second sore point: loud music and noise that drowns out everything else, starting with the silence one would love to enjoy in Sila. And the third: the kitchen staff is busy catering for receptions, and the on-site bistro is closed until mid-September (Hyle, a Michelin-starred restaurant, remains, but requires well-advanced reservations and certainly can't accommodate the need for an impromptu meal). Those familiar with the property organize themselves differently, but it's certainly an inconvenience not to be underestimated. There are 14 rooms in total: spacious, tastefully furnished, with a few details to be checked (where to hang towels in the bathroom, for example) and some maintenance to be done. The towel/bathrobe/slippers service is excellent, and the spa and indoor pool are lovely, although an internal connection to the building would improve their usability. The property focuses on receptions: the location is ideal for this purpose. Enjoying breakfast is a taste of the quality and professionalism.

05/08/2025: Nestled in the Sila woods, Biafora welcomed and pampered us during our stay. The perfect location for exploring the Sila trails and attractions, the clean, elegant atmosphere is managed by an exquisite staff, always available to meet our needs and offer advice. Delicious breakfast. Excellent wellness center! Biafora...and it's Sila straight away!

17/08/2025: My favorite place when I visit Calabria! Not only is the food quality top-notch, but the products are locally sourced. The vegetables are from their garden, even the pickles, and the cuisine is authentic and truly delicious! For me, it's like eating at Grandma's! The service is excellent. If you want to eat Calabrian specialties, you've come to the right place! Excellent value for money!

01/08/2025: Se siete alla ricerca di un posto autentico dove sentirvi come a casa, questo ristorante casareccio è una tappa obbligata. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, con un arredamento semplice ma curato, che richiama le vecchie trattorie di una volta. Qui il tempo sembra rallentare, e si riscopre il piacere di gustare la vera cucina tradizionale. I piatti sono preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e di stagione, e si sente che dietro ogni ricetta c’è passione e rispetto per la tradizione. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, i sapori genuini e intensi. Da non perdere assolutamente la pasta fatta in casa tirata a mano come una volta e i secondi di carne, teneri e saporiti. Il servizio è cordiale e familiare: si viene trattati come ospiti, non come clienti. I tempi di attesa sono giusti e il personale è sempre pronto a consigliare con un sorriso. Un’esperienza che scalda il cuore e il palato. Torneremo sicuramente!

31/07/2025: Great place and delicious food, from the appetizers to the fresh, typical Calabrian pasta dishes to the excellent grilled meats. And to finish, they offered us two homemade liqueurs and a sampling of homemade desserts.
