11/10/2025: Incredibly nice place up in the mountains. The restaurant was really good if you like seafood. Great service too. The room we stayed in was very cold though and the AC was broken so the temperature couldn't be raised.

08/11/2025: Pizza is a matter of taste, and I have to say I really enjoy this one. Not only that, but it's also the classic Calabrian pizza, thin and cooked to perfection, and the ingredients are also top-quality. My thermometer lately has been determined by how many times I get up in the middle of the night to drink (or go to the bathroom if I'm feeling sick). Tonight everything was fine, so the pizza was good. I went on a pizza tour last night, a table of over 20 people. They had a great time, with tons of pizzas, a wide selection, and no wait at all. The staff is almost all female, and women, as we know, have an edge. The place is very well soundproofed, and despite being on the street, it's very comfortable inside. I'll definitely be back because I'm curious to try the food.

15/04/2026: The wellness program is very well organized. The value for money is excellent. The changing room is equipped with lockers with a code of your choice. Robe, slippers, and the necessary plastic caps for accessing the pools are provided. The program was relaxing, we'll be back soon.

The room was immaculately clean, and breakfast was served beautifully and with top-quality products. 14/06/2025: I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars not because of any real shortcomings, but simply because I haven't had the chance to try the attached restaurant yet. However, my experience at the delicatessen and butcher shop was more than sufficient to give me a very positive impression of the overall quality of the business. The meat is always fresh, carefully selected, and of excellent quality, as are the cured meats, which offer an interesting and carefully curated variety. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The prices are absolutely affordable, considering the quality offered, and the environment is clean, tidy, and well-managed in every respect. While I wait to evaluate the restaurant, I can still highly recommend this establishment, which already stands out for its efficiency, attention to detail, and quality.

15/02/2026: A somewhat small place in a less well-maintained area. The counter is spotless and offers a wide selection of puff pastry, classic pastries, and cakes. The puff pastry is very crispy and light, and there are many varieties of croissants, all worth trying.

02/05/2026: I realize I've been going to Bob's for almost 10 years now and I've never reviewed it. Well, what can I say: for me, Bob is THE pizza. Bob isn't your typical, conventional pizzeria. Bob is an experience. It should be experienced as a journey: a different way of understanding pizza, where dough, ingredients, technique, and creativity come together without ever becoming an exercise in itself. The place is well-kept, modern, and distinctive, with a precise identity. The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and attentive; the dining room managers manage the experience with professionalism, but without being rigid, making you feel welcomed and cared for. Pizza is the heart of everything: excellent dough, carefully crafted toppings, never boring combinations, and a rare ability to surprise while remaining balanced. Each offering has a story to tell, without ever losing sight of flavor. The desserts are also noteworthy: not just a finale, but a coherent continuation of the experience, with well-thought-out, carefully crafted desserts that leave a lasting impression. The selection of beers and wines is also noteworthy: excellent quality, well-stocked, and designed to perfectly complement the food. Bob is one of those places where you don't just go for pizza, but to experience a culinary concept applied to pizza. After so many years, it remains an absolute must-try for me. Highly recommended.

01/05/2026: They ruined our evening. Bob has become an assembly line. The staff is focused solely on profit and not the well-being of the customers. A table of eight people was almost all on time. Two friends were a quarter of an hour late because they have a small child who wouldn't fall asleep. The waiter came to tell us we could only choose a certain type of pizza (the round and sweet one), thus depriving us of a complete experience. The staff systematically ignored our requests for explanations. They continued to pretend nothing was happening. Their only goal was to make sure we finished on time because it was the next shift. Reservations are also not the easiest, as it's difficult to book; you have to confirm by email and have a credit card for tables larger than six people. Among other things, the ingredients don't always match what's written on the label. For example, my pizza had smoked speck instead of lard. There are many excellent pizzerias in the area that care about their customers and offer much more satisfying experiences. They lost 8 customers tonight.
