23/07/2025: A restaurant in the center of Tropea, with an outdoor seating area inside the square. Extensive menu, fresh, well-prepared seafood. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable, but I recommend booking through The Fork to get a welcome discount.

22/07/2025: The dishes were very good. The place was spectacular. It's located between very small and narrow streets. It might take a while to get there, but it's worth it. The service was generally good, everyone was very friendly. I only had one waiter who was a bit special, and we didn't get along. I recommend it.

05/08/2025: The ramen was salty and lacked the naruto. The fried mixed fish was bitter. The small fish were bitter. The bocconcini salad was very tasty, but the salad was bitter. Nothing spectacular.

04/08/2025: La location è intima e elegante, bello il colpo d'occhio della fornitissima cantina dei vini che copre parte delle pareti. Mis en place fine. Nulla da dire sull'offerta enogastronomica, infatti, abbiamo trovato ottima materia prima ben cucinata, equilibrio nei sapori e impiattamenti accurati. Molto interessanti i ravioloni e ben cucinato il polpo. Sui vini apprezzata la territorialità. Quindi cosa non è andato bene? Il servizio. Non abbiamo trovato scortesia, ci mancherebbe, ma un po' di freddezza sì e troppa velocità (ok che siamo settentrionali ma cenare in poco più di 30 minuti anche no :). Proprio per questo, alcuni tempi sono stati palesemente sbagliati e in particolare quello dell'entries di benvenuto, servita ancor prima di scegliere le portate. Infine, un piccolo suggerimento: ossia quello di rendere più leggibile la carta dei vini mediante il qr code. Abbiano notato un po' di confusione.

25/07/2025: Oh...my...god... Forget London. Forget New York. This is the place you need to be. Truly. Please go if you have the occasion, time and money because it is worth every penny. The service: attentive, calm, there when you need it and gone when you don't. The food: creative, explosive, yet thoughtful and truly considerate. We all left satisfied (with a small hunger for a gelato, which, we believe, is calculated) The atmosphere: new, innovative, daring. A real gamble in this region but one that paid off (in my opinion). To the owners: don't compromise. Don't go easy. Dare, crate and keep being you. Good job, this fantastic restaurant.

21/07/2025: An excellent and carefully crafted reinterpretation of Calabrian cuisine. Excellent service, beautiful location: refined yet warm and familiar. In an area where the food is excellent in most restaurants but the attention to preparation and service is, unfortunately, often lacking, it is a great joy for me to discover a restaurant where the quality of the ingredients is combined with artistry, originality, care, elegance in preparation, and kindness and courtesy towards the customers.

12/08/2025: We went to this restaurant on August 10th for pizza in Catanzaro. We had a grilled Tomino appetizer and two traditional pizzas, the Silana and the Calabrese. The pizza was delicious, the appetizer excellent, and above all, the welcome was very warm. We highly recommend it to anyone near Catanzaro Lido. Plus, we were outside, so it was really cool. 19/06/2025: I stopped a few days ago in this wonderful and well-stocked shop... a business that represents 100% Calabrian flavors! The welcome... the care and kindness prevail over everything... but Pasquale's products are no exception. Pasquale, an excellent manager together with his wife and son, made me feel like one of the family... with tastings and a super fast Special Calabrian sandwich. After stocking up on excellent delicacies to take to Tuscany... we made an appointment for the next occasion! Congratulations! Well done! 👏👏👏🤗

15/04/2025: Wow! Only the best sandwich shop we’ve ever been to. Pasquale is a wonderful man. He will make your sandwiches, “made to order,” Hard to believe, buts it’s true: never had such a pleasurable ordering and buying a sandwich.

14/07/2025: Come dice il titolo bisogna stare attenti ai turisti è vero che passano una volta ma possano fare il passa parola. Cominciamo posto bellissimo dentro fuori siamo in strada sedie scomode,abbiamo ordinato due risotti con gamberi e stracciatella si buono ma non si sentiva tanto il gambero . Ordino un vino rose'calabrese arriva la cameriera (per me non sa fare il suo lavoro)arriva con un altra tipo di vino sempre dello stessa ditta ma quello più caro dicendo l'altro non ce, premetto il menu era stato rifatto da pochi giorni . Ordino il secondo tonno co pistacchio con arancia e miele è mi arriva il tonno con pistacchio e cipolla ,arancia e miele neanche l'ombra, chiedo spiegazione è sempre la signora dice che avevano sbagliato ha scrivere il menù ripeto rifatto da poco, mj sono sentito preso in giro perché insisteva ha dire che era quello li il piatto in più era nella norma . Poi quando si ordina il tonno il cameriere dice sempre come vuole la cottura la signora non mj ha detto niente. Penso che bisogna essere molto professionali per stare al pubblico io sono stato in altri 3 ristoranti ha Pizzo e sono stato veramente tanto bene. Per ultimo andate dal ristorante la Lampara per imparare ha cuocere il tonno e la gentilezza.
