17/01/2025: Panificio pulitissimo carino con prodotti di prima qualità dal salato al dolce! Buonissime le varie qualità di pane le focacce e le pizze i dolci al top!! Personale gentile ed efficiente

30/03/2025: Unfortunately not a positive experience... beautiful structure but too many things to improve... starting with a connection between the spa and the hotel... you can't do a wellness path, end and cross an avenue, boiling with freezing temperatures (4°) to get to your room... review the concept of time and relaxation... because if I want to relax I can't have the time established by the staff for each service... like 10 minutes for the salt cave... 12 minutes of hydromassage... it becomes a timed and non-timed path to relax...maybe while I'm relaxing they invite me to go out... nothing to say about dinner and raw materials but also the waiters who take away your plate without having finished... another tip is to review the safes in the spa and in the room... I can't put the code and call the staff because they don't open anymore... It's a shame because the potential is there

22/03/2025: Atmosfera accogliente e staff professionale ti accompagnano in un percorso fantastico. I piatti ,che risentono molto della tradizione locale, sono ben presentati e spiegati con attenzione. Bella la cucina a vista che ti permette di scambiare opinioni con lo staff. Angolo caminetto ad inizio e fine pasto. Molto ben organizzata la cantina in cui predominano vini locali e non solo. Un grazie allo chef Antonio Biafora ed a tutto il suo staff. Complimenti

13/06/2025: Ce restaurant nous a été conseillé, nous sommes arrivés à 9. Autant dire une belle table. En 1h, nous avons passé commande, reçu nos plats et mangé.... rapide... très, trop!!! nous avons pris des antipasti pour la table (aucune information nous a été donnée ni sur la quantité ni sur ce que l'antipasto contenait) et pojr cause il y a eu une multitude de petits plats... si le serveur nous avait expliqué nous en aurions pris moins et aurions partagé. Leur appât du gain a été plus fort dommage!! Les assiettes d'antipasti n'ont même pas été débarrassées que les secondi étaient déjà posés déjà à table. Nous avons pris des bouteille de vin. Il a juste été ouverts et déposé à table, nous avons fait notre service nous-mêmes!! Alors que pour toutes les autres tables, le vin a été servi dans le verre. Ils nous ont entendu parler français certainement... Le poisson était certes frais mais rien d'exceptionnel vu la situation du restaurant. Première et dernière fois pour nous

06/05/2025: Molto delusa….. antipasto smistato in vari piatti,, e sinceramente non ne capisco il motivo… il pesce crudo si allappava in bocca… La pasta senza un ornamento, né soprattutto un sapore.. mi aspettavo di meglio, anche perché le cantine dei vini non erano male.

07/04/2025: I didn't think there were places of this level on the Cosentina coast, I was positively impressed and I think I'll gladly return. The place is located immersed in the beautiful village of Fiumefreddo Bruzio, right near the typical medieval castle perched on top of a hill. The view here is truly stunning. This place, however, is not only enchanting from the point of view of the wonderful setting in which it is located, but also stands out for its elegant, delicate but tasty and well-balanced cuisine, a rainbow of flavours. The place is small, private, intimate, but very welcoming and well furnished. The food is really good, the dishes are wonderful to look at and even more so to taste. Overall, this place won me over.

07/04/2025: It is located among the hidden streets near the Castle of Fiumefreddo Bruzio and this restaurant is a real jewel that surprises at every corner. Perfection begins from the first step inside: the kindness, calmness and elegance of the staff, from the chef to the waiter, create a welcoming and refined atmosphere, where every detail is taken care of with attention. The dishes, truly delicious, are prepared with attention, each ingredient is carefully chosen and the combination of flavors is always balanced and surprising. Cleanliness, both inside and outside, reflects the commitment to taking care of every aspect of the restaurant, making guests feel at ease and pampered. There is a beautiful peaceful environment. This is a place that deserves to be known, far from banal and predictable choices. Everything has its right reason, and there is nothing that doesn't work. We will always happily return, most recently to celebrate my grandmother's birthday, and it was an experience that was truly worth living.

08/06/2025: The service is really excellent, top food and very nice rooms. I put 3 for the location because some places outside are under the sun but overall the restaurant is excellent.

12/05/2025: Exceptional pizza and ingredients. Service was not very attentive due to a somewhat noisy event in the next room. I'm sure that when I return, because the beautiful dishes in the restaurant are also worth tasting, the service will be impeccable. Overall good. I definitely recommend it
