28/09/2025: The best granita I've ever had in all of southern Italy!! Homemade granita made by the owner, with a real fruit flavor. If you're passing through Reggio Calabria, don't hesitate to order one. I recommend the strawberry one—with cream it's even better. The service is friendly, the waiter is very pleasant, and the location is hard to beat, right next to the cathedral.

01/10/2025: In mid-September, my family and I went on vacation near Santa Caterina and had a wonderful time at the Lido. We were there almost every day, especially for lunch. We tried almost the entire menu, including the tasty appetizers, the delicious first courses, including the gnocchi made by the fantastic, unparalleled chef, the exquisite second courses, the highly digestible pizzas, the delicious side dishes, the ice creams, the desserts, the phenomenal Calabrian liqueurs, etc. Our family spent a joyful and peaceful time as guests of the Leto family and their serious and dedicated staff. They all work hard to make your stay in their company a pleasant one, always with a smile, with tranquility, calm, and serenity, with the backdrop of their sea, that of Santa Caterina, which sweetens and makes the presence in the Lido dei Fiori di Ciliegio invigorating. Well done, well done everyone, Ad Maiora 👏👏👏

13/08/2025: Delicious food and amazing service❤️ My mom and I came for our last dinner in Italy at the end of our vacation and chose the best restaurant! I felt incredibly well cared by the staff, despite our language differences, we got along great. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant if you want something delicious and in a wonderful atmosphere!

05/10/2025: I recommend it 100%. It's a charming restaurant with no menu, but the owner is incredibly kind, asking questions, and suggesting various local delicacies. We ate her hot and cold appetizers, which were perfectly adequate for a meal. We ordered coffee and desserts. Everything was delicious: calamari, octopus, shrimp, salmon, and more. Even those who don't like seafood enjoyed the flavors. We didn't expect such a wonderful restaurant outside of the season. The price was adequate for the meal, even very good. The restaurant is open during limited hours, and there are no exceptions.

05/09/2025: It's a shame I'm reporting some dishes that were a bit poorly executed, ruined by some easily avoidable excesses. In the trio of tartares, all the fish was excellent and would have been a hit even without the sauces. But I understand it's a matter of personal taste. The spaghetti alla mollica, on the other hand, was objectively drowned in oil. A real shame; these are simple mistakes to correct, but they make a huge difference to the final product. I hope things go better next time. Courteous staff, nice atmosphere.

06/09/2025: Excellent pizza, the mussels as an entree are superb. The staff and owners are very friendly. It was a pleasant surprise, we'll definitely be back.

31/08/2025: The pizza was really, really good. I haven't had pizza like this in years, and it's incredibly hard to find anything this good these days! Congratulations! The staff is friendly, the girl even gave me a gift of candy when I left! The atmosphere is rustic, truly Neapolitan, a rare place to return to. And, what's more, the bathroom is spacious and clean! The price is fair, everything is fine, but the pizza is top notch!!!

07/10/2025: A restaurant for German tourists, you won't find any Italians here and no wonder despite Coperto, the tables are dirty, they don't change the tablecloths, it's not worth waiting for uninterested staff, I recommend other places in the area

07/10/2025: We went because of the good reviews and the large number of guests. Unfortunately: - the staff wasn't interested in welcoming customers, and we had trouble getting menus. - we couldn't place an order despite the long wait and the staff's attempts to accost us. - the tables were very dirty, and the large number of pigeons around made it uninviting. Ultimately, we gave up on this restaurant and went to another one to eat in peace and quiet—and, of course, to place our order. Looking through the menu, I noticed that the selection of dishes was very limited and they were expensive.

02/08/2025: If you're looking for a simple, delicious pizza, this is the place. Excellent value and quality. The light dough and fresh toppings make every pizza an unforgettable experience. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff complete an unparalleled culinary and tourist experience. Highly recommended!

08/09/2025: A unique experience! Rediscover the authentic and traditional dishes of Rossano's cuisine, almost lost today. La Tana del Gusto keeps alive both the memory and the taste of those dishes everyone loves (peppers and potatoes, eggplant "schipecia", eggplant meatballs, Rossano arancini, "luminician e pip" - peppers and eggplant) and much more, for the ultimate satisfaction, not only in taste but also in the heart and memories. Dining on the characteristic veranda overlooking Piazza Steri and the Clock Tower is a truly delightful experience. The kindness and friendliness make your stay even more enjoyable. 10/08/2025: A little place discovered thanks to a friend of mine from Rossano. Delicious food. Spaghetti with garlic, oil, and sweet chili pepper; Eggplant, pancetta, and pipe and potato supplì. The best is the lovely terrace with a panoramic view. I absolutely recommend it. I recommend booking.

08/10/2025: Our family of 10 spent a memorable stay at Hotel Calabrisella in Capo Vaticano the week of September 22 to October 01. The resort is clean, the service is incredible, the rooms are kept spotless. The pool kept in excellent condition. Breakfast offers something for everyone in abundance. Being a second generation Calabrian living in Canada, Calabrisella Night brought back fond memories of my mom’s home cooked meals. That night they go above and beyond to replicate the true authenticity of the Calabrian cuisine and more importantly Calabrian hospitality which is second to none. The staff was always there for us any time of the day. A special thanks for Carlo and Rosa for taking time to make you feel special and wanted. No doubt a place we would return to without a doubt.

02/10/2025: Rooms are very small. A bit outdated. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Beautiful pool, but unfortunately you have to walk 500 meters to get there. There are no facilities at the pool. The hotel is well located and there are parking spaces.
