01/11/2025: What a great discovery! Small but very well-kept place, the perfect atmosphere we were looking for last night. Good food, beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, everything not fancy/pretentious. Food: We started with a DELICIOUS tartare, homemade bread. It continued even better with an incredible cuttlefish with Jerusalem artichokes and gnocchi with caciocavallo fondue and anchovies. We decided to try another dish, the leek with potatoes and porcini mushrooms, which was good (but the others were out of this world). Good wines, the lady even told us about the vineyards of my small Greco di Tufo winery. Cost: €62 for two. We thought the bill was wrong 😅 we expected a higher price overall. Small minus: a bit of a wait for the dishes, but all in all, it's fine given the pleasantness of the place and the overall situation. Well done!

13/10/2025: We made a reservation, and when our flight was delayed, it wasn't a problem. We just had to let them know. We had a delicious meal and were advised on the wine. It all worked out perfectly. Pleasant atmosphere and a helpful team. And on a Saturday evening, you're in a quiet neighborhood, easily reached by car.

16/10/2025: We stayed at Agriturismo La Palombara, a wonderful place completely surrounded by greenery for those seeking relaxation and the perfect place! The location is excellent for reaching Cascia, Assisi, Norcia, and more. Emanuele and Sara are two excellent hosts, always ready to pamper you and fulfill our every request. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes prepared by the sweet Sara! What can I say? We had a wonderful time and will be back soon! ❤️

21/10/2025: A wonderful escape from the summer heat and crowded beaches. The landscape is enchanting: a beautiful and evocative corner of the Sila, less crowded than the mountainous areas of Cosenza. The establishment is beautiful and welcoming, the cuisine is remarkable, and the service is excellent. Suitable for families and guests seeking a healthy environment and authentic cuisine. The owners' friendliness and hospitality do the rest. It's rare to find people so knowledgeable, passionate, and so deeply connected to their local area. It would be wonderful to have lunch there in the fall, too, when certain mountain produce is at its finest...

12/02/2026: A welcoming and warm place. The friendly and polite staff made us feel very welcome. Various appetizers, including cod fritters, stewed cuttlefish, calamari bruschetta, tuna with sweet and sour onions, and much more... but above all, abundant and excellent quality. We didn't get to try the first courses because we opted for the fried calamari... which was also spectacular! We'll definitely be back!

25/01/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a stroke of luck. The staff was simple but very welcoming, not to mention the quality and quantity of the fresh, beautifully cooked seafood. Compliments to the owner, staff, and chef.

17/08/2025: Nothing to say about the structure, beautiful and welcoming, the same thing I would not say about the owner, who labeled us as lower-end customers because we booked through DLT, despite having compared the prices with those who had booked in the structure, and having received the same treatment as us.

08/08/2025: It's always a pleasure to return! The cuisine and service are flexible and always ready to meet our guests' needs. Kudos to the owner Domenico and the head waiter Roberto, a true professional! Rossella and Gina are also welcoming and kind.

30/09/2025: The owner and the entire staff provided impeccable hospitality and service. We ordered a mixed antipasto to share, a calamarata with snapper, a grilled fish, a tuna and onion platter, a half-fried fish platter (not to be missed), two sorbets, and a bottle of wine and water. The quality and freshness of the fish was excellent. The prices were fair. We also enjoyed a short musical performance, which made everything even more special. We felt right at home.

16/09/2025: San Nicola Arcella is a charming place. In September, you can enjoy the tranquility of its narrow streets, which unwittingly led us to Ristorante Oriente. Enjoy its carefully crafted and flavorful dishes and the warmth of homely comforts, chatting with Nicola and recounting his life stories. We enjoyed the cavatielli with tuna and a delicious fried fish dish. We'll be back to try other dishes from the extensive menu.

22/02/2026: A delightful discovery. If I really had to nitpick, I'd say I had to wait a bit to order, but other than that, everything was thoroughly enjoyed. The braised octopus and the "pigliatiallu" specialty were both delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and finally, Danilo, the owner, was the icing on the cake. Congratulations guys, and we'll definitely be back!

06/03/2026: I discovered this pizzeria a few years ago on the recommendation of friends, and it was truly a wonderful discovery. Don't expect to enter a super-luxury place; here you enter and breathe in the nostalgic '80s; it's like stepping back in time. 🤩 Every time I pass through Cirò, I stop by. I won't tell you that the pizza is excellent, made with quality ingredients and a well-leavened dough—that would be superfluous—but I will emphasize the fact that the pizza is easy to digest, and above all, after several hours, you don't get that ravenous thirst that comes with an overly salty dough. Highly recommended 😉
