25/08/2024: Tavolo da cinque persone. Non c'è menù, tutto a voce: ma il cliente non ha diritto a visionare i prezzi? Va beh, viva la trasparenza. Antipasti misti così così, nulla di eclatante. A seguire, chi ha optato per un primo e chi per un secondo di carne, devo dire entrambi ben preparati. Dolce (anch'esso buono) e caffè. Una bottiglia di vino rosato da 10-15 euro e due di acqua. Arriviamo in cassa, il cameriere fa un conto "a mente", digitando silenziosamente su una calcolatrice. Conclusione, conto pari (guarda caso!), ossia 200 euro tondi tondi, 40 euro a persona. Non ho capito nulla di quanto siano costate le singole portate e di come si arriverebbe a questa cifra decisamente elevata per un antipasto, una portata principale, dolce e caffè.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. You can't not go there. We will return as soon as possible, thank you for taking us on an emotional and exceptional gastronomic journey
10/06/2024: An unexpected restaurant in a town decidedly off the beaten track, so you wouldn't expect it. Very well prepared cuisine, excellent quality local raw materials and well-organised wine selection. The two young owners are committed and deserve success and to be known.

09/08/2024: Waited about 1 hour and a half to get a pizza. In the end the bill is different from the prices indicated on the menu with increases of 1 euro per piece. Having complained to the cashier about the difference in price compared to the menu, he justifies the fact that the prices on the menu are not up to date... The three of us added a slice of raw ham and a mozzarella each on the bruschetta and we were charged an amount total of 12 euros more... There really are no words...

Our visit to the farm was a memorable experience, which began in a particularly welcoming way. We arrived completely wet due to a sudden storm, but the staff was extremely attentive and offered us dry cloths to make us feel at ease straight away.
The food was simply extraordinary. All the products were fresh and genuine, a true celebration of local flavours. You could clearly perceive the owners' passion in enhancing each ingredient, transforming it into dishes that reflect the culinary tradition of Basilicata.
One of the most fascinating parts of our visit was being able to access the kitchens. The owners, friendly and nice, welcomed us warmly and told us the history of their restaurant, sharing with us anecdotes and secrets of their culinary art.
The farmhouse is surrounded by nature, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere that makes the whole experience even more special. Located in Melfi, in Basilicata, it is the ideal place for those looking for an authentic gastronomic experience in an enchanting setting.
We can't wait to return and highly recommend this agriturismo to anyone who wants to enjoy real cuisine in a welcoming and familiar environment.
