11/09/2024: Enchanting place... Dario special and in love with his farm of which he is proud and enchants guests with his stories.. We stayed for 1 week.... We toured half of Basilicata and upon returning from excursions we always relaxed in the beautiful swimming pool listening to the fantastic sounds of nature. I recommend trying this place and appreciating the uncontaminated nature that surrounds it.. Thanks Dario for keeping such a wonderful place alive.. Fabrizio and Daniela

15/03/2025: We have been customers for years. Yesterday a gentleman (always the usual one who slammed a sandwich on the counter to a person of my group of friends almost as if he was doing him a favor) with his rude tone after I politely asked to use the bathroom and I would have also specified that I would have a drink, responded to me in a very rude manner telling me that I couldn't use it because they had washed it. Quasi with a tone of annoyance and spite. The bar was not closing and there were few other people consuming at the counter. I would like to specify that we have been customers of Gran Caffe for years and above all when I have used the bathroom I have never done so without consuming it!!!! When working with the public a little kindness and respect doesn't hurt anyone, otherwise there are many other jobs you can do that don't involve contact with the public if you aren't capable. I'm sorry to have to write this review but IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE SEEN THIS RUDENESS FROM THE SAME MAN

07/04/2025: I come to this place every evening to consume and I really appreciate the quality of the products, which is always good. However, unfortunately I have to report that the staff are not always very welcoming. There is never a smile or a relaxed atmosphere and, indeed, I have often noticed unfriendly attitudes, which create a feeling of discomfort. I hope they can work on this aspect too, because a warmer and more smiling environment would certainly make the experience more pleasant for all customers.
