21/12/2025: This Chinese restaurant is very different from the standard one we're used to. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant. The menu is rather limited (but better). The ravioli are excellent, and the centenary egg with silken tofu (hard to find in Italy) is noteworthy. The wine selection is good. The prawns are good. The calamari with celery is not very popular, and in my opinion, it should be seasoned separately with oil and pepper. The cheesecake lacked character. The green tea tiramisu was perfect. All this certainly doesn't cost as much as a "traditional" Chinese restaurant.

06/12/2025: Excellent quality, different from just Chinese/Fusion, pleasant atmosphere, wide selection of wines, friendly staff. Prices in line with the area.

20/04/2026: We stayed at this agriturismo on Easter Monday. The food was good and the staff was very helpful. The only problem was the DJ, who always played the music too loud, even while we were eating, and we had him shouting into the microphone the entire time. Unfortunately, this individual ruined our experience, but I assume he's not part of the agriturismo staff.

30/04/2026: A quick evening to order take-out pizzas. Overall, the pizzas were to our liking. When ordering, they asked us if we preferred a thin crust or a thick crust. The place is family-run.

08/05/2026: The food was truly excellent and remarkably affordable. The kitchen definitely deserves praise. However, my first impression of the service was somewhat negative. I arrived at the restaurant promptly at 7 p.m., just as it opened. The waitress was eating, got up rather reluctantly, brought me the menu, and then continued eating next to me without any qualms. After that, I was completely ignored for about ten minutes – not even an offer of a drink was made during that time. In addition, a television was playing a loud Italian entertainment program in the otherwise empty restaurant, apparently mainly for the staff's benefit. Only after I complained did they turn the volume down. Overall, the service felt more listless than welcoming. It's a shame, because the food itself was truly excellent and deserved a much better overall experience.

23/02/2026: Beautiful location, both outside and inside, very clean and well-organized (including the bathroom). The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The view from the windows is spectacular. We had lunch on Sunday, six adults and six children. Various starters and main courses were all delicious and tasty. The entrecote with porcini mushrooms was particularly good, especially the medium-cooked steak, cooked to perfection. The service was very fast, and the prices are very competitive compared to my area in Puglia. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

26/11/2025: Chiosco Non Solo Bar, in Trecchina, is a delightful discovery and undoubtedly deserves five stars. It's the perfect place to start the day off right, thanks to its refined atmosphere and truly efficient organization. Self-service checkouts make ordering quick and intuitive, avoiding unnecessary waits even at peak times. The staff is fast, helpful, and incredibly friendly, qualities you immediately notice and contribute to a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The cappuccino I ordered was truly well-made, creamy, with a balanced foam and a full flavor not often found in local cafés. Even more surprising are the typical Lucanian pastries, fresh and made in-house: authentic, rich in flavor, and perfect for those seeking something traditional. The quality is evident in every bite, and you can immediately tell the care taken in selecting the ingredients and preparing them. It's a café I recommend without hesitation, not just for breakfast but also for a quick break during the day. Thanks to its speed, friendliness, and excellent products, it stands out as one of the best in the area. A simple yet impeccable place, it's truly a pleasure to return to.

08/11/2025: Found it by chance, but I don't think I'll return. We ordered two appetizers, but they didn't give us any appetizers, saying they didn't have anything. After I insisted, they gave us two chips. There was no table service that day, considering it was Sunday, November 2nd. Terrible experience.

08/12/2025: The space is divided into several small rooms. The color of the walls matches the color of the placemats, and the table setting is simple. The bread was good, arriving freshly warm and available in two varieties. There was also whole-grain bread in addition to the plain bread. We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, and two first courses were well-described on the menu, each one highlighting the ingredients. Olive oil was used wisely, carefully measured in the dishes, even in the second course of sausage with turnips. Local sausage is traditionally fatty and delicious, but that fat was not noticeable on the plate. The desserts are all freshly assembled on the plate. The bases were delicious, with chocolate biscuits, milk and vanilla cream, and chestnuts, and the sugar was well-measured. We also appreciated the delicious crumble, milk and vanilla cream, and crusco pepper flakes. The mastery in the kitchen is evident, as is Valerio's extensive knowledge of wines and products, and Antonella's attentive service and courtesy. A team of motivated and well-prepared young people, with a broad scope!

01/03/2026: Pizza was amazing i had wine half a botle for 1.50 pizza prices very good low prices and very very nice pizza so was the service if il ever pass by lago negro again il defenitly repeat ,lovely people and great 🍕

04/06/2026: A wonderful discovery. Right on the E847, ample parking, local cuisine, and a stunning view. Doriana, the cook, is a wonderful person.

02/06/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch break. We tried an appetizer and two first courses, truly excellent and full of authentic Lucanian flavors. I recommend the tagliatella with chickpeas and cruschi peppers, and two desserts: a strawberry tiramisu and a tart. We'll definitely be back for a full lunch. Doriana and her staff were truly friendly. Thank you.
