Simple but welcoming restaurant My husband and I are on vacation in Acquafredda Maratea and we ate at this restaurant one evening. Very good food, fresh fish, definitely recommended.

A quiet restaurant with a lovely outdoor area where summer evenings are a delight. The menu offers a good selection of both fish and meat dishes. The tagliolini alla Peppe, with seafood, shrimp, and baby octopus in a red and yellow cherry tomato sauce, is highly recommended: it's impossible to resist mopping up the bread, especially the delicious Cilento bread! The new citron-flavored scialatelli with seafood are also delicious, as are the simple tortelli with ricotta and a fresh tomato sauce. Unfortunately, pizza is not available this summer (2026). Among the desserts, the Annurca apple baba from the "I Marigliano" pastry shop stands out; avoid the sorbets: they're mass-produced. Generous portions and affordable prices, for all budgets. 13/07/2025: “I just had lunch at this restaurant and was absolutely blown away! The seafood was delicious, with dishes prepared with attention to detail and of excellent quality. But what really impressed me was how impeccably clean the entire place was, from the bathroom to the dining room, where even the fake flowers were dust-free! The service was fantastic, thanks to Francesco, the waiter, and the chef and owner, who were both very kind. The quality/price ratio was excellent. The only downside is that it's in Potenza and I live in Martina Franca, so it's a bit far from my home. But if I were closer, it would have become my regular place! 😊 But I'll be back soon because it's definitely worth the trip.”

10/07/2026: I wanted to recommend this place to everyone, especially those who work on construction sites. It's a place where you can eat good home cooking, quality products, and very tasty food. The food is fresh and the service and friendliness are top notch. There aren't any places like it in the area... Every time I'm in this area, I always stop by. It's worth it!
30/06/2026: This is a typical, old-fashioned trattoria. The dining room needs some remodeling and a refresh. The service is friendly and helpful. The food is limited, but good. Reservations are available.
