23/09/2025: I've been frequenting this yogurt shop for years, but unfortunately, I have to say that tonight's experience was very disappointing. It was really hot inside, and while sitting near the window, I simply moved the curtain slightly to get some air. The owner, instead of understanding the situation, spoke to me rudely and impolitely, telling me not to touch it because it "broke." I honestly find it absurd that a customer should feel reprimanded for such a trivial gesture, especially when they report a real discomfort like the heat. No attention or kind words, just rudeness. I'm very sorry to write this as a loyal customer, but with this attitude, the place loses much of its value. I will never return. P.S.: A smile is cheap... and the customers who bring you money would appreciate it much more.

26/04/2026: Business stay at La Vecchia Fattoria, Pignola, Monday to Friday. Terrible. Rude welcome, as if they were doing you a favor. Room NEVER cleaned in 4 days. The door has the same key as the others: zero security, anyone can come in even when you're sleeping. For dinner, they don't ask you what you want; they decide. If you don't like it, you don't eat. Payment in advance for 4 days. Left early due to bad weather and they didn't refund anything. They increase the price of the stay at will, even after you've already negotiated. I strongly advise against it.
