01/05/2026: We came on May 1st to enjoy the typical Teramo specialties, which are truly delicious. Even the fried appetizers are made with attention to flavor and quality. Soft and flavorful fried cheese, beautifully flavored meatballs, and a truly delicious Mazzarella sandwich. The staff is professional yet welcoming and attentive to the customer's needs.

19/04/2026: Easter Lunch: The mazzarella, the holiday's key dish, listed as "deconstructed" on the menu, was actually an offal stew with a predominance of liver and lung, but without endive or intestines (see attached specifications for a deconstructed dish); the rest was unremarkable; the waiters were extremely kind and professional; the tables were only two-thirds full.

20/05/2026: Bolla: where atmosphere meets service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bolla has that rare mix that makes you say "see you there" without thinking. A well-kept venue, just the right lighting, music at the perfect volume for conversation. The drinks are excellent, the food is impeccable, and the details are what make you understand that nothing is left to chance here. Then there's her, the girl in the dining room. And the level is raised even higher. She welcomes you with a genuine smile, the kind that sets the tone for your evening. She's smart, attentive, and knows when to stop by for advice and when to let you enjoy your table in peace. She remembers your tastes, has a quick joke, and manages the dining room with a natural ease that makes everything seem effortless. The combo is this: Bolla sets the scene, the drinks, and the food are top-notch. She puts her heart and soul into it and makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. The result? You leave with a full belly, an empty glass, and the desire to return tomorrow.

09/05/2026: We were greeted warmly and ordered appetizers and a main course with wine. The appetizer arrived after 25 minutes and was very good. After a full hour, the side dishes were placed on the table... ONLY the side dishes! After another 10 minutes, we asked the waiter when the main course would arrive... in 2 minutes... Well, the Filetto di Manzzo arrived, but it was still raw and riddled with sinew... probably the worst piece of meat I've ever had. I sent it back. On the plus side: The waiter apologized and didn't charge us for the meat or the wine.

04/05/2026: Elegant chalet with quality cuisine. We ate excellent raw seafood and tasty first courses. Wonderful sea view. Fair prices for the location and quality. A very positive experience, recommended for a romantic lunch or dinner. 💙

06/10/2025: The waiters were good, but in the end the bill wasn't accurate, and when I re-checked it at home, I was in for a nasty surprise. Unless, of course, 5 places, 1 bottle of water, and 1 can of orange soda come to 14 euros. Check your bill before paying and get a retail receipt. I would have left a tip, but I noticed the waiter at the register took care of that.

23/02/2026: We had dinner here because we were guests of the hotel, the time to eat was biblical, we went down at 7.45pm and had dinner at 9.30pm even though there were only 3 tables (including us), the price was too high for the service offered.

26/04/2026: We had an incredible pre-lunch aperitif, made special by Gino Di Nicola's performance. Gino isn't just a performer, he's a guarantee: with his voice and charisma, he managed to convey all the energy of Vasco Rossi's songs, transforming the morning into a true concert under the Teramo sun. 🎸🔥 Accompanying the music was a phenomenal porchetta, flavorful and incredibly fresh. Top-notch organization: despite the crowds, the Arghirò staff was fast, kind, and always smiling. An absolute must-see for anyone looking for quality events.
