25/06/2025: The service was slow but very friendly and helpful and we had some nice conversation with the waiter. There was also a cute cat. But the food was not good. The appetizers were the best part. But the pasta was overcooked and bland. You could feel the porcini were frozen (maybe in other places they are also frozen in this time of the year but it can’t be immediately sensed so they are either better kept or bettter seasoned). The arrostisci were okaish but I bought better ones in the supermarket the next day. And tiramisu was like gummy-like and had some frozen parts.

29/12/2025: A small place in the heart of Teramo, discovered by chance at the invitation of a dear friend of mine. Beautiful, tastefully decorated, the vaulted ceilings and walls highlight the ancient charm of Teramo's old stately buildings. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive in advising us on the extensive menu. The gourmet burgers were excellent, and the meat was impeccable. The butter was succulent and well-cooked. The only downside was that I felt a bit cold; the fan coils were turned off.

What was supposed to be a peaceful family dinner turned into a complete disaster, a primer on how not to run a restaurant business. ​Pizza: A Failed Experiment The highlight of the evening should have been the pizza, but what arrived at the table was indescribable. The dough was completely raw, a whitish, rubbery mess that seemed to have come from a chemistry lab rather than a wood-fired oven. Making matters worse was the smell: a nauseating, pungent fume that made it impossible to even raise a slice to your mouth. Eating should be a pleasure, not a test of courage against your sense of smell. ​The Paradox of the Disappearing Dough The inventory management borders on the ridiculous. At 9:30 PM, right in the middle of dinner time for any decent establishment, the staff casually informed my family that the pizza dough was out. It's unacceptable for a pizzeria to be without its essential ingredients before the evening even gets underway. ​Kitchen Closed and No Service The final blow came at 10:00 PM. Hoping to satisfy our hunger with a simple plate of fries, we were told that it was no longer possible to turn on the fryer because the kitchen was already closing. Absurd inflexibility and a total lack of respect for the paying customer. ​Conclusion Disorganized environment, potentially dangerous food, and zero efficiency. Stay away: a place with no food, no hygiene, and no professionalism isn't worth your time or your money.

I entrusted her with the baptism and first birthday party for my niece because I knew she would curate the dining room with taste and elegance, and the menu with professionalism, passion, and culinary creativity! My destination is Pineta Beach, a remarkable beach resort with a restaurant, where I happily return to meet the owners, Lara and Marcello, who are kind, courteous, and professional, and have long been among my best friends. I must also praise the efficiency of the entire staff. Now I'm sitting at the table and I plan to fully enjoy this day, especially because for the frugal but special meal, I'm relying on the excellent chef Adriana, whom I already know as the "grandmother of traditions." Today's specials are: "Seafood Ceppe" and "Fried Anchovies." And... enjoy your meal....

06/09/2025: We went to Barbanera for dinner today, September 6, 2025. An experience to forget, left to our own devices. The grilled fish was embarrassing. I've never seen anything like it. 17 euros for a tiny piece of fish and a skewer of shrimp. It was incredibly sad! The other diners also had broken squid, just four tiny pieces on their plates. A mind-blowing price for that miserable dinner. I honestly feel like I was being taken for a ride. NEVER AGAIN!!!

21/07/2025: A place with ample parking, even for trucks. I would have given the food three stars, but I'm only giving it two because it's cooked quickly, considering it's a work canteen. The staff are polite and friendly. The restrooms could use some updating, as they're a bit worn and you can't lock the door. I noticed the price is a bit high for a canteen, because for a small bottle of water, two burgers with fries, and a very small portion of peas, I paid €15, and I didn't get bread, a first course, or any appetizing fruit. The caramel and chocolate self-service cafes have recently restricted parking, and the prices have gone up a bit.
