I also had the absolute pleasure of meeting Andrea Di Sante who immediately worked to make sure I was at ease, a wonderful, humane, true-hearted person. He was immediately concerned about my milk-free menu and the table near the services was all top notch. All this is worth a score of 100 cum laude
