03/05/2025: Locale in centro con non tanti coperti. In questo giorni menù fisso a 35 euro carne a 38 euro il pesce di menu a base di carciofi (il carciofo Mazzaferrata di Cupello è una dop locale). Buono ed abbondante

23/06/2025: Very tasty food. Location (in the garden) fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. The best arrosticini I have ever tasted. Everything was perfect.
When booking it was already said: no pizza or fish tonight. Menu is therefore limited in choice, but the quality is great.

Tacconi al sugo di ventricina, agnello alla brace, e dolci tipici di una bontà unica al mondo. Il tutto preparato dalle mani espertissime della chef Francesca che riesce a combinare in perfetta armonia, l’amore e la passione che ci mette nel lavoro con gli ottimi prodotti che la nostra amata terra abruzzese offre!!

25/07/2025: The trattoria offers refined yet homely service. The fish is fresh and well-cooked. Maria and her daughter Marta welcomed us warmly. The seafood chitarrina and the mussel sauté are highly recommended. The outdoor seating is very quaint. The service is prompt. Excellent value.

Good food, simple but I was struck by the serenity of the place, despite it being crowded, numerous families with children, elderly people, couples, ... I appreciated the domestic party spirit that I found among the many local customers
Nice place, 70s style local, simple and clean, recommended

10/07/2025: Starting from the premise that the food is very fresh and high-quality!
The appetizers and some of the first courses were generously portioned. Being a fan of spaghetti with clams, I can say they were generous, and I even mopped up the sauce with bread.
The pizzas were delicious, especially the white ones, including the Tella, which was made especially for us with whole grains. It was light, delicious, and absolutely wow!

27/06/2025: We recently went to SottoSale and unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The grilled fish was not to our liking and what was most disappointing was that the sides were pre-packaged: the salad came from a plastic bag and the potatoes from a frozen bag.
After the main course was brought, the service was practically non-existent and we were left without any attention for the rest of the evening.

Antipasti sfiziosi, primi molto gustosi e abbondanti, fantasie di secondi scelti e ben cucinati. Servizio attento. Davvero a 2 passi dal mare. Prezzi nella media.

19/06/2025: Excellent Pizzeria, very professional. Many varieties of pizzas and panzerotti and many other very inviting foods. I asked for a Fried Calzone with mozzarella and tomato and in a few minutes it was served to me, a plentiful filling, excellent mozzarella and tomato with a very tasty and tender fried dough. Well done. I recommend you try this excellent pizzeria. Thank you

01/06/2025: I definitely won't be going back!! I politely held back from making a mess just out of respect for the person who was having lunch with me... the price of the meatballs went from €8 on the list to €12 on the receipt, then the first course was scampi ravioli that you couldn't even see with binoculars!! A classic restaurant that two tourists take advantage of as soon as they see it!! I don't recommend it..

12/05/2025: Beautiful reality with tradition, clean environment, you can breathe the atmosphere of the tavern where the Lanciano products stand out from the appetizer to the cured meats, the sagnette with chickpeas and sweet pepper, and penne alla 101, the cheese and ova pallotte and the olives revisited in the tavern's recipe. Then the pleasant chat with the manager about local products and tradition.
