24/03/2025: All very good and the service from the employees was also impeccable. The only reason why I give 4 stars and not 5 is for the fact that on an account of 12 people it becomes a problem to pay for just one card transaction (despite it being well written in the place). I hope that the evaluation is taken in a constructive way and not as a criticism with the intent to belittle.

26/03/2025: Very rustic and spartan environment, maybe a little too much... The dishes were decent, the cured meats a little hard, the ravioli with sauce were good, the arrosticini (12 for two people) and the sautéed vegetables. The chitarrina teramana was instead a little too bland, and tasted of little. Conticino maybe not too cheap, for what we ate..

29/10/2024: Excellent quality pastries at still fair prices. I found the creams to have the same flavor as homemade desserts. The croissants taste like they used to. Service also quite fast.

Very expensive, a miserable appetizer, a few arrosticini and roast, 4 desserts, a wine on tap and water 210 euros for 6. Very slow and wrong service. RAW arrosticini, even though we had specified well done because I'm pregnant. They didn't even have the courage to offer us a damn bit of bitter or coffee... for goodness sake, never again

27/04/2025: No care for customers We had been going to this restaurant for years, turning a blind eye to the exasperating slowness of the service, the decidedly higher-than-average prices and the obvious discontent between the kitchen and the cashier because, after all, you eat well. This time, however, the measure is full. We stayed at Easter and, despite the reservation made days before, our name was not on the list. Luckily there was a table. We ordered two first courses (speck and asparagus ravioli) and two second courses (goat cheese and eggs and roast lamb). The first ones are good, the problem comes with the second ones. Let's overlook the paltry portion of lamb at €16 per plate. The kid, at the second forkful, reveals an evident black and curly hair. I called the waitress with black curls and, when I pointed out my hair, she replied annoyed, "What should I do?". And do I have to tell you? He takes the plate to the kitchen and, from the serving hatch, the "chef's" voice rises: "Let's have something else, whatever..." Not a gesture of apology, no helpfulness, just arrogance. The waitress, with raven hair as well as the cook, tells me that it is goat hair. So full in Abruzzo of kids with black curls. When we arrived at the checkout, the apologies came from the lady only at my husband's request. It's a shame to see that at Sabatino's there is no care for customers, no desire to pamper those who have been eating there for years. There can be an error, certainly not bad hygiene, nor rudeness and arrogance. Now it is clear why, some time ago, the owner, speaking of her "chef" son, blurted out: "I wish he would go away!".

21/04/2025: My great disappointment, after 40 minutes of sitting and after calling the waiter several times we managed to order (it must be said that the menu was displayed at the entrance to the room so photos of the menu to be able to order), after the order another 30 minutes to have an appetizer of cold cuts, to be able to have a bottle of water we lost count of how many times it was asked for.... the dishes finally arrived and, lo and behold, the cutlery was not at the table after countless complaints. we managed to get the cutlery.... for the dessert other problems just for having asked how the dessert was we found ourselves with a dessert we hadn't ordered... what can I say... a disappointment on all fronts.... I'm very sorry I remembered it as a good restaurant now it's a restaurant to avoid.... at the end of the bill included also things never asked for... never never again

22/02/2025: Una cena a Villa Fania da non tornare più. Quando la titolare non c'è,le dipendenti ballano purtroppo. Io allergica alle proteine del latte e altri alimenti. Mi hanno servito piatti con affettati e burro. Una vergogna. Avevo chiesto delle verdure grigliate per l'antipasto e mi è stato servito un piatto di insalata mista che compri a Eurospin. La pasta invece era dura e piena di funghi che avevano il sapore di uova. Il secondo: due mini pezzi di maiale con zucchine forse grigliate e tagliate a pezzetti. Io lavoro nella ristorazione ed è una vergogna vedere e ricevere un servizio del genere. Mai più.

04/01/2025: I celebrated my birthday here and it was organized down to the smallest details. She asked me the color, mine is blue, and I found the flowers, balloons, lights,... All blue. The impeccable staff and the superlative food. Finally, the owner is truly a fantastic person. I highly recommend this location!

11/03/2025: Beautiful evening spent with friends met on the occasion of "a hospital experience..." Not a large but welcoming place, good food, superlative pizza and courteous and helpful staff. What can I say, it deserves a 10 and praise... 👌

09/03/2025: We had dinner by chance in this bar/restaurant located on the Silvi seafront... and we ordered a fish menu at the fixed price of 16 euros, which includes a first and second course, drinks separately. We ordered gnocchi with seafood and it would have been a good dish if it hadn't been for the dirty mussels with lots of earth...and a taste...insipid. The frying was excellent. . Informal environment, it seemed more like a drinking bar than a restaurant... We will be back for the 10 euro aperitif and dinner!
