18/01/2026: Clean apartment, in a wonderful environment. The doors were insulated so the cold came in. Only lukewarm water in the bathroom. They didn't want to give me a bill, I only got it for the last day, I didn't get any for the meals, but I didn't want to argue anymore!

17/01/2026: My son, a swimmer, stayed at this hotel because he and his teammates were competing at the Lanciano pool. He told me that at breakfast time, he was preparing a sandwich to take with him to eat after the race. Unfortunately, before the warm-up, athletes have to eat lightly, so breakfast couldn't be a big one. They forbade him from taking the sandwich out and advised him to eat it then or leave it there. I'm speechless!!!! Terrible service.

14/03/2026: What we ate raised our expectations; all the dishes were good, including the beans. The atmosphere was truly welcoming! 🍝✨ The service was adequate, with a few small flaws, such as having airport flags to call and be seen by the operators. Otherwise, everything was fine. They should work on the courtesy, but we let it slide since the dishes were good. Let's discover this place again. 💖

01/03/2026: My wife called at 7:30 PM to order two takeout pizzas, so I could pick them up at 9:00 PM (I should point out that the person who answered had given the OK for 9:00 PM). I arrived at 9:00 PM and was told to wait 10 minutes by the man at the cash register (bald and glasses). Too bad it wasn't 10 minutes, but 47 (9:47 PM), but the two worst things were that he didn't charge a girl in front of me for the three takeout pizzas because she had to wait so long, and he did charge me instead. The second thing was that he ignored me even though I was waiting right there, and not to mention the chaos and frenzy of the staff arguing among themselves. When the girl was preparing the pizzas in the boxes, they tipped over, and the man picked them up and turned them over as if nothing had happened. When I got home, the pizzas were so raw they were inedible!

23/12/2025: Rustic, welcoming, and rustic. Dinner with delicious traditional appetizers and incredibly delicious arrosticini. Friendly, knowledgeable, and top-notch staff! Best arrosticini in the area!

15/11/2025: Simple, high-quality food. Everything is very well done. Great prices and excellent service :) Arrosticini on a whole new level.

29/01/2026: The waiting time for the dishes was exaggerated, the meat was not cooked as requested, the quality/price ratio was absurd

25/01/2026: I went there with some friends after the New Year's Eve concert. I had the arrosticini, both the classic ones and the liver ones...excellent! It's a shame the beer selection isn't that great. If I were to return to Pescara, I'd eat here again.

23/03/2026: We certainly don't question the quality of what we ate and drank, but I think that when the manager suggests something, if it differs significantly from the average price listed on the menu, the customer should be informed. We received a bill that was far above what we were prepared to pay (and we weren't even given a receipt detailing what we ordered). We definitely come away from this experience with the feeling of having been cheated in some way. I don't like it and I definitely won't be back.

15/02/2026: The waiters were rude and presumptuous. I ordered a Spanish wagyu steak (€16 per 100g), which they told me weighed 1kg-1.2kg. I didn't eat the steak at all, as I unfortunately ate too much of the appetizers and was full, so I took it home. A woman at the cashier made us wait five minutes to pay, clearly struggling, stalling and making excuses. When the owner arrived to charge us, he marked it down as 1.4kg. Moral of the story? When I got home and weighed the meat, it weighed 600kg. Perhaps because I'm a guy, they thought they were pulling my leg and made me pay that extra 30-40 euros.

11/02/2026: One of the best places to have breakfast in Giulianova, the breakfast pastries are always perfect.
