03/03/2026: A stunning location, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere that makes lunch enjoyable. The waiters are extremely kind and helpful, always smiling. The portions are super generous, perfect if you're hungry! Unfortunately, the food quality isn't up to par: the dishes were bland, lacking the intense flavor you'd expect. The prices are average. At the end of the bill, they charged us for an extra bottle of water we hadn't ordered, but these mistakes happen.

24/02/2026: I was at this venue for a concert, so my opinion is limited to that experience, with only a (fantastic) platter as a reference. The staff's dedication to managing the room with its many small tables was commendable. The atmosphere was a bit cold and anonymous.
22/02/2026: For our wedding, we entrusted Spazio Pingue with the wedding reception and a buffet dinner with friends. Both events were expertly and versatilely organized. The utmost care was taken over every detail, from the room decor to the refined dishes to the courteous service of the staff, always attentive, helpful, professional, and smiling. 21/12/2025: As soon as we arrived, the room smelled fresh, was warm, and very clean (although we later noticed dust under the beds, behind the TV, and on the mirror), and the staff was kind.
I'd especially like to thank the youngest girl with very long dark hair because she was incredibly sweet, professional, and kind. She made me feel at home despite my and my son's fever and my own personal health at the time.
That evening, they prepared a €5 pasta dish for the child, which was piping hot and overflowing the plate, and seemed truly unpalatable.
I should add that the child also vomited afterwards.
Speaking of which, when I called the front desk a second time to find out whether we should wait in the room for the sheets to be changed, since they'd also mentioned the possibility of perhaps changing rooms, the person who answered was annoyed, as if he thought I was rushing or judging the wait times. I just wanted to make sure, given that we weren't in the best of health with the child agitated and in need of sleep.
I should point out that the person who answered my question told me the quickest way would be to change rooms (but we had unpacked luggage, etc., and we said we'd accept the quickest option anyway), then they said they'd arrive immediately and change our sheets. Who knows.
Breakfast the next morning was obscene.
Solid bread, hard croissants, and no way to reheat them, soggy kiwis and mandarins, very poor-quality yogurt, and everything else too. Limited selection, and of questionable quality. The wait for a coffee and a latte macchiato lasted just long enough for the lady to chat with the guests and slap another bill on the cash register, at her own pace. The reception desk was rundown. Initially, it seemed like a nice place, but then these things ruined everything.
This place sells itself as professional, but then what?
Too bad, and a huge thank you to the young lady.
15/12/2025: We booked a room about ten days before our stay, with a four-month-old baby and a medium-sized dog. We arrived, unpacked our bags, went out for dinner, and returned around midnight. Deafening music greeted us, due to an event being held at the hotel, which we hadn't been informed about. We went to our room (on the first floor), and in addition to the noise, the floor vibrated from the bass and volume of the music. The baby obviously couldn't sleep. At 12:30, we called the front desk to find out how long the music would last; they told us it would last another hour. Since we were complaining, they offered to move us to the second floor (at 12:30, with our bags already unpacked? Couldn't they have put us on the second floor right when we arrived?). The music continued until 2:00 AM. In the morning, we again reported the huge inconvenience, and the response was, "Well, when you booked, we didn't have a confirmed date for this event yet; you were just unlucky." Okay, we didn't know the date of the event when we booked, but when I arrive with a newborn (with the hotel practically empty), don't you think you could have at least given us a room further away from the deafening noise? Obviously, not even a single euro off. I'd say this inconvenience was handled poorly. We stopped for one night to break up a 15-hour journey, to rest, and we left even more tired than when we arrived. I think it was the worst night I've ever spent in a hotel.

P.S. I'd like to add to the review the absolute inaccuracy of responding with incorrect time corrections. We returned to the hotel at midnight, reported the inconvenience at 12:30 AM, and the music stopped precisely at 1:55 AM, which, incidentally, didn't stop the noise, given that there was also a lot of people leaving the hotel afterwards. A truly terrible way to respond. I'd say shameful. Adding insult to injury and mockery? This really shows the lack of seriousness in addressing the inconveniences. Another terrible embarrassment. To those who responded to my review, I'd like to point out that I have the videos with the date and time stamp, and I've attached screenshots.
