04/09/2025: A little pricey but delicious, fresh sushi fairly close to the water in Puglia. We came as soon as they opened for lunch and the waiter had good suggestions, but our favorite was the dragon roll.

09/08/2025: With a few hours to spare before our flight, we found this highly rated restaurant near the port and took a chance despite the unexpectedly high prices. Delicious local Italian-Japanese fusion cuisine. The only downside was the awkward forks and cold plates. Impeccable service. I recommend it.

09/08/2025: A must-try experience to savor unique flavors and thoughtful, delicious pairings. Exceptional quality of ingredients and preparation: it's truly difficult to choose a dish we enjoyed the most, but the uramaki "sgagliozza" definitely deserves a special mention. Attentive and welcoming service!

14/08/2025: I'm not an expert on Asian cuisine, because our order was based on that. But I can say with absolute certainty that all the dishes were excellent. Service was seamless, and the dishes were served promptly. Perhaps we waited a little longer than expected at first, but then everything went smoothly. Prices are absolutely normal for a similar establishment, which, considering the quality, are to be respected. One caveat: we dined outside, and unfortunately, there were cigarette papers and cigarette butts left on the ground by people in the square. Reservations are recommended.

03/08/2025: We visited this place last week and were pleasantly surprised. We had crispy rice, gyoza, various types of pad Thai, and I personally had pad naam. Every dish was truly delicious and rich in flavor. Even the pad Thai, though very different from the original, was truly excellent in its blend of flavors. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and the place very welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

25/08/2025: An excellent restaurant in every way. The quality and freshness of the ingredients, both fish and meat (the wagyu is spectacular). The staff is well-trained, knowledgeable, and friendly. The location is excellent. I go there a couple of times a year when I can. It's clearly an expensive restaurant, but the prices are fully in line with what's offered: carefully selected, fresh, and high-quality ingredients, well-trained and friendly staff, and an excellent location—all this in the heart of Polignano a Mare.

18/08/2025: Very good service, the dishes were simply delicious, I also recommend their wine cellar which is of very good quality as well as the fish which is the specialty rather than the meat.

19/08/2025: Nice location right in the city center. A wide variety of food. However, at the end of the meal, you often get that monosodium-heavy feeling that makes you very thirsty. It's best to book on weekends. Prices are in line with other similar locations.

09/08/2025: Nice place, very good food, excellent cocktails, very helpful bartender, but the staff is not trained to work with people. One waitress (with glasses) made us feel really uncomfortable, very rushed and rude. Overall, not bad.
