22/02/2025: We are historic customers, from the first days of your opening in Bitonto and we never expected to have to write this review. On Valentine's Day we would have expected the correctness and quality of service that has always distinguished you. Order placed at 2pm. Estimated time of arrival 8.30pm. Real arrival time 10.30pm. 96 unanswered calls. No whatsapp response. Cold and poor food. What a shame, apologizing would have been enough.

22/02/2025: Siamo stati da Matsu ieri sera con la mia famiglia ed un caro amico. La location bella, rilassante e curatissima nei dettagli. Il personale cortese, disponibile e molto gentile con i nostri bambini i quali hanno gustato un primo ed un secondo buonissimo e di qualità elevata. Ci siamo affidati al personale affidandoci ad una esperienza culinaria fatta di una serie di degustazione pazzesche accompagnate con dell'ottimo vino bianco suggeritoci sempre dal personale. Abbiamo infine gustato dei dolci ottimi. Tutto perfettamente presentato, tutto buonissimo tutto bellissimo. È stata una cena che vorremmo ripetere quanto prima! Abbiamo pagato ben volentieri la corretta cifra conforme a tutto quello che ci è stato offerto. Matsu è una esperienza, un viaggio culinario, una ricerca di cibi che non hai già rivisto prima. Lo consiglio vivamente. I nostri più sentiti complimenti allo staff e al titolare! Daniele.

05/03/2025: I usually have lunch with my family in this place only because here I have the certainty of eating all fresh and good food, where each dish has a very specific and distinct taste, not like in many other Japanese restaurants where all the dishes seem the same. The place is clean and welcoming, I would even say reserved in the area where there are tables separated by wooden grates. All you can eat very varied... you can order comfortably via tablet and the dishes are served by the staff who I find kind and professional. I don't have a dish to recommend because everything is really excellent. At the end of lunch we are offered coffee or bitters and the inevitable fortune cookie. I will continue to frequent Hanami Sushi because I'm sure to eat really well here.

03/03/2025: Very positive experience, lunch with friends where we admired that the environment is very refined with background music, excellent food, we really appreciated the tasting journey under the advice of Alessandra the room manager, who was truly very attentive and available to customers to improve waiting times. Super highly recommended!

14/02/2025: Tempi di attesa lunghissimi (per 4 porzioni 1 ora e 30 min) personale in panico e molte persone (con cui ci siamo confrontati durante l'attesa) ci hanno detto che comunque aspettavano da molto. Noi eravamo il tavolo 23 e ce ne era un altro con lo stesso numero nostro. Eravamo 3 e una persona era allergica al sushi e abbiamo avvisato chi di competenza e non c'era nessun problema, ci eravamo appena seduti e volevano far sedere la persona allergica a un tavolo a parte (da sola e agli angoli opposti della sala). Ovviamente non si è seduta lí. Dato che noi siamo a 40km di distanza ed erano le 22:30 chiediamo per ben 5 volte alla cameriera di far terminare l'ordine e di andare via il più presto possibile (ovviamente abbiamo solo peggiorato e rallentato i tempi). Il cibo non era male, era discreto ma per il servizio darei uno 0 spaccato.

20/07/2024: It's a shame that something that worked well has worsened. The restaurant and the service were always great. Now, however, during summer season it has been decided to move the restaurant to the beach, which is a great downgrade. We had called at lunchtime to reserve a table for evening the same day, but when we arrived at the beach restaurant the reservation was not found, so we stood there for 15 minutes until we were finally assigned a table. When we were seated, it took another 20 minutes until we were finally given a menu and asked if we wanted something to drink. Then we ordered 2 plates of sushi, one person got their plate and the other 2 had to wait another 20 minutes and ask where the second plate was. When the plate finally arrived, there were also the wrong sushi on the plate. The sushi rice was also still warm. No one asked about the drinks, the whole staff just walked back and forth confused the whole time. You can't call that service. Unfortunately, the whole thing seems improvised and just awful.

15/03/2025: Excellent all you can eat, prefers fried food, fast service, generous dishes, fresh sashimi. Lots of seats, possibility to book. Good value for money

14/03/2025: Old restaurant. Pay attention to the fresh product
