08/10/2025: Restaurant with an all-you-can-eat formula at a great price, we went for lunch as a couple and unfortunately due to the waiting time we were disappointed with this experience, we entered at 1.00 pm and left at 3.00 pm, there was only one girl serving all the tables, the service definitely needs improving, for the rest everything was ok!

16/11/2025: In the wake of the success of this type of restaurant, here's a huge, glittering, opulent establishment where mirrors, gilding, jungles of fake foliage, and other extravagant decorative elements transport you to a slightly alienating atmosphere, given that it's located right next to the Porta Nuova railway tracks, which was once home to a railway workers' club. Oriental food—a fusion of China, Japan, and Korea (I think), with a focus on sushi—is served with an all-you-can-eat menu, meaning you can eat as much as you want for a fixed price, excluding drinks and dessert. A menu that appeals to young people but leaves grandparents perplexed: as a grandmother, I took my teenage grandchildren here, along with a couple of friends, and between dinner and numerous bottles of water at €4 each, desserts, and sweets, I ended up with a whopping bill. You order on a tablet, and the dishes promptly arrive in tiny portions, practically tastings, each served on a large white plate. The table is immediately cluttered with empty plates, which are taken away on gigantic supermarket-style carts, only much larger, that are wheeled around for this purpose. There must be dozens of dishwashers in the kitchen. Great organization and a packed place, these Orientals know their stuff, but for me, who mostly "observed" and ate very little, it's an experience I won't repeat.

23/08/2025: This is the third kombu we've visited, and it's definitely one of the best in terms of food production. The menu is the same throughout the chain. The service was also excellent. We ate outside, and since it was August, there was less traffic. Less eco-friendly due to the use of plastic tableware.

There are also some variations that depart from Japanese tradition, adding a touch of originality, such as the burrito. The quality of the fish is excellent and the preparation is meticulously crafted, making each dish tasty and balanced, always in line with the price. One of Kombu Sushi's strengths is its value for money: prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area, starting with a classic set for €10, without compromising on the freshness of the ingredients. You can choose from various menu options based on your tastes and hunger/size, making the experience customizable to your needs and preferences. Overall, Kombu Sushi is an excellent choice for those looking for quick, high-quality sushi without too many frills for their lunch break.

15/11/2025: Chinese food, not Japanese. Good quality, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the staff were incredibly rude and not at all friendly. No welcome. Their responses were also annoyed and aggressive. I ate a few things, and they probably wanted me to order more, because otherwise, they don't understand why they would treat me badly. I enjoyed everything. I was near the stairs, and they rudely shooed a girl away because I think she'd mistakenly thought it was the old sushi restaurant. She apologized, while the two waitresses rudely told her she should look at the signs. I've never seen restaurateurs treat customers like that... never again.

04/10/2025: The last time they saw me, we left with two dirty plates, which were pointed out and replaced without the slightest apology. The staff was very sad and unmotivated (except for the guy with the mustache, who was very kind). The place was very dirty, with cobwebs everywhere, and the bathrooms were unkempt and smelly. A very bad experience, to be avoided at all costs.

17/09/2025: An excellent restaurant in every way. A refined and welcoming atmosphere, and friendly and professional staff. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. An experience not to be missed!

30/11/2025: Good all-you-can-eat sushi in the Santa Rita area. Tried it on Friday for lunch, even though we arrived at 2 pm, we were able to comfortably do two rounds. The place is well-decorated and the staff is friendly. The only negative, but it happens with all Asian restaurants, is the smell on your clothes afterward.

22/04/2025: It's now the third time I've eaten here, the first takeaway, the second à la carte and today all you can eat. It's all delicious, as always, space teobokki. Only thing to watch out for: there aren't many Korean dishes on the all you can eat menu...but it's all really good🫶🏻

15/11/2025: Elegant restaurant with comfortable velvet chairs, also suitable for families. The sushi is very good, but the pieces are a bit too large. The staff is friendly and attentive. The desserts are a bit disappointing.

11/10/2025: The hotel is in a great location, very clean and welcoming, and the reception staff are very friendly.

01/10/2025: The hotel is a bit dated but well-finished and very clean. It's located on the outskirts of the city center, and appears quiet. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a decent breakfast for this class of hotel. Excellent on-site parking, although the passage is quite narrow.

02/08/2025: We went for dinner, there were two of us and two other tables of two, and we waited 50 minutes just to get a nigiri, the quality was terrible and they were tiny. And after a whole hour and a quarter, the other thing we had ordered (sashimi) arrived, so it took nothing to clean and cut it, which they don't know how to do because there were so many scales. Plus, 3 euros for water that tasted like disinfectant, a total of 50 euros with non-existent staff.

14/10/2025: I always order from this restaurant on Glovo, but something has changed. The management? The chef? The food for sure... awful! So much so, we had to throw it away.

10/10/2025: I went with a friend of mine for lunch, the next day and the day after we felt very ill, the raw fish and the rice didn't seem to be preserved well, despite this the staff was very polite and the restaurant seemed very quiet

13/08/2025: The food is good, the problem is that the evening menu is too limited. I've never seen such a limited all-you-can-eat menu in my life; you can only order shrimp skewers, sashimi, and many other dishes twice, while other restaurants offer unlimited options in the evening. In fact, to remove the limits, you have to pay an extra €10. "I could understand" the sashimi, but the shrimp skewers in all restaurants are unlimited, even at lunch. I recommend removing the limits because people, as soon as they come in, think they're going to pay less at other restaurants and eat more. I'm not celiac, but my friend is. Unfortunately, when we came in, we left right before ordering because there was gluten almost everywhere, so if you have a gluten intolerance, it's best not to come here. I will continue to order sushi at home because I really like it, but without going to the restaurant itself; The only flaw is that they are a bit late with orders, sometimes 30-40 minutes late.
