02/04/2024: Locale così "original" in stile giappo tipico al bancone dentro (ma con qualche tavolino fuori più all' italiana). Cura dei particolari molto buona. Menu tipico giapponese con selezione di vari ramen e altre bontà calde, e gestione molto cortese. Molto buona la qualità

11/08/2024: Everything excellent!! We ate the pizza with homemade tomato (and you could really feel the difference). But as an appetizer, we tasted the super delicious black ravioli with cod, a must try!! And the excellent Piedmontese sausage sushi. Even the herbal bitters made by the chef were so good that we bought a bottle for home. Thanks Fuzion

07/12/2024: Purtroppo e con tanto rammarico devo dire che è stato deludente dopo tanti anni al top. I ravioli di carne sempre buoni ma sicuro non fatti al momento perché due minuti dopo averli ordinati son arrivati bollenti. Ho preso come sempre un cono al salmone arrivato immediatamente ma secco. Io adoravo il buongustaio ma forse ora è un po' lasciato andare. Mi dispiace tanto tanto

30/11/2024: Nice location, kind in serving the food but.. the food doesn't stand out. The salmon tasted like tuna and the rice tasted like salmon... in short, the flavors couldn't be distinguished. The menu is very expensive for dinner: 23.99, excluding drinks and 2.50 cover charge, always separately. I wouldn't recommend it, good but not quality!

20/11/2024: I leave one star because zero cannot be given. Nice atmosphere, terrible service and poor quality food. In addition to being very invasive, menus with little choice and old fashioned without giving us what we need to write. When we asked for some dishes, so as not to tell us that they weren't there, they gave us others. Absolutely not recommended place.

31/07/2024: Questa sera sono andato da Kombu per mangiare il sushi insieme alla mia famiglia. All’arrivo ci mettono nei tavoli di fuori, tutti non apparecchiati, perché è il cliente che si deve apparecchiare il tavolo, avrei voluto vederlo già apparecchiato ma nel risto anzi non vi erano camerieri tranne il titolare. Questa cosa la migliorerei subito se fossi in voi. Finito di apparecchiare arriva l’ora di ordinare, ovviamente senza un cameriere, ma bisogna andare dentro. Io ho chiesto dei nigiri, ma al momento in cui arrivarono ne trovai solo 1, chiesi spiegazioni e lui mi disse che non ho precisato il numero, potevi almeno dirmi che bisognava precisare il numero, no? Almeno era tutto buono e di qualità, ma migliorerei il servizio.

23/11/2024: I have ordered takeaway several times via the Glovo app and have always been satisfied. the dishes have always been very good. the prices aren't bad either and you can get several dishes for around 20/25 euros. furthermore, even as a vegetarian I have always managed to find several excellent dishes. highly recommended restaurant.

05/12/2024: Charming place, friendly staff and fast service. Too bad about the AYCE lunch menu during the week €15.90, too small with little choice and there was a limitation on the number of many dishes, this disappointed me as I have somewhat difficult tastes and don't eat a lot of things. “All you can eat” as long as the place doesn't limit you, a bit inconsistent in terms of what it is.

26/11/2024: I found a rare kindness in the dining room staff, the restaurant is spacious and very clean, portions are among the most generous I have ever tried so you have to be careful when ordering the dishes, thank you for making this unpretentious midweek dinner a super pleasant evening ! 🤩

21/09/2024: Devo confessare che ci sono capitato per caso, da vecchia ciabatta quale sono ho sempre glissato sul sushi. ho mangiato special urmamaki al granchio , ed erano anni che non mangiavo con le ashi, ma mi sono difeso bene. devo dire che era buono, un po speziato e con scaglie di tempura che si percepivano gradevolmente, accompagnato da un vaschetta di riso. anche mia moglie ha mangtao uramaki, con una minestra al tofu sulla quale non scrivo perchè sono prevenuto, con acqua e due calici di bianco abbiamo speso 35 euro.. tra le esperienze non recenti devo dire che di questa ne ho un buon ricordo. personale gentile
