From ice cream mochi to traditional ones you can always find excellent quality products. The guy at the service is always ready to advise to guarantee the customer the best possible experience. What can I say, a guarantee.

02/03/2025: I'm giving one star because you can't give less. I ordered with Glovo from this restaurant which is a few minutes from my house. A mess. I ordered a box of sushi for one person around 8.45pm. Time passed and they gave me no updates on the delivery. An hour passed and then I started to ask the restaurant by calling, no one answered and I continued until they answered almost annoyed, no one could tell me when my order would arrive. I'll summarize it for you: I ordered at 8.45pm, the order arrived at 11.45pm!!! after a thousand calls made by me to ask, that having dinner at midnight after hours of waiting is not normal. Never again.

22/02/2025: Terrible experience, avoid! We decided to try this restaurant for Valentine's Day, but it was an evening to forget. The place is small and nothing special, and the service turned out to be one of the worst I've ever seen. Endless waits and missing dishes After ordering, we waited an hour to receive the first courses. It's a shame that the special ones, available only once per person, had disappeared into thin air. After reporting the problem, we were told it was a kitchen error and that they would be there right away. Obviously, history repeated itself on the second order too: another hour of waiting. An embarrassing service My rice arrived without the chicken, which I had specifically asked for to accompany it. We wait, the rice gets cold, we ask again, and when the chicken finally arrives, the dish is now inedible. I ask the waitress if she can warm it up, but instead of answering, she turns and leaves mid-sentence. An absurd behavior, repeated several times during the evening. Total disorganization We received dishes that we hadn't ordered, while ours seemed to have disappeared. In the end, we got up to pay and, although there was no one at the register, we had to wait another 15 minutes because the POS was empty. Meanwhile, the cashier was on the phone with customers angry about late deliveries, a sign that confusion reigned everywhere. Value for money non-existent Paying €30 each for cold food and hours of waiting was absurd. Not even a hint of apology or a question about how dinner went, perhaps because they already knew the answer. We left hungry, angry and with the evening ruined. I hope at least I didn't feel bad about the food. I will never go back again.

11/03/2025: Our experience at Japs in Turin was unfortunately disappointing. The wait was interminable, well beyond reasonable, and made the meal less than pleasant. As for the food, the quality absolutely does not justify the price: average dishes, but without the touch you would expect from a restaurant of this level. The service was also less than attentive, contributing to an overall unsatisfactory experience. Considering the value for money, I can't say it's worth going back. It's a shame, because the expectations were very different.

08/03/2025: Best sushi I've been to so far. Excellent service, they are really quick to bring the dishes and everything is delicious. I admit that the menu is a little more limited than other sushi restaurants but the quality is evident and for the price I would say that there is nothing better.

28/02/2025: il cibo veramente buono, niente da dire, il locale molto pulito e tenuto bene, unica pecca la cameriera proprio scortese che a qualsiasi richiesta sembrava scocciata in piu emanava un odore di sudore peggio di uno spogliatoio di una palestra, il resto dello staff accogliente e gentile
