19/01/2026: One of the best Japanese-style restaurants in the city, in my opinion. A la carte or all-you-can-eat service is always friendly and fast (depending, of course, on how busy the place is). It's helpful to order on your smartphone via the WebApp (QR Code) after connecting to the restaurant's free Wi-Fi. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, both sushi (sashimi, futomaki, uramaki, nigiri, etc.) and dishes with a less oriental flavor (tonkatsu, yakisake, tartare, tempura, etc.). Tables are well-spaced, and there's also an outdoor terrace. Friendly staff.

18/02/2026: I order sushi from them at least once a week. Never once has it been bad! Every time I've ordered, I've never been disappointed. Amazingly good, fast delivery, everything is impeccable. I honestly can't find a single flaw.

The food is prepared quickly and cleanly.
The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the guy who takes your orders; he welcomes you with a big smile and great attention.
I've been coming here frequently for a year now, and I highly recommend this place for a good meal, especially considering the €10 deal for a regular poke and a drink, a very fair price.

01/01/2026: My go-to place for Japanese restaurants. The place isn't huge, but it's beautifully presented. Dimly lit but not overly so, the tables are well-spaced, with a corner seating area. There's also an outdoor area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As for the food, the freshness of the fish is superb. There are dishes you won't find elsewhere that burst with flavor.
Excellent value for what you get with the all-you-can-eat menu!
If you're looking for a Japanese restaurant experience, I highly recommend it.

04/11/2025: The restaurant on Via Principi d'Acaja in Turin is part of a well-known Japanese restaurant chain. The place is very small, with only three tables and a counter seating about ten, but the quality of the dishes is undeniable and worth a visit. It's not an all-you-can-eat establishment, but the menus offered offer good value. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a try.

The best poke I've ever eaten.
The staff was courteous and professional. We were welcomed and served with kindness, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend coming and trying everything they prepare. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent and fast service, better atmosphere, but it's still an all-you-can-eat sushi place.
High price for the quality (€30).
The food wasn't fresh; some dishes had "strange" flavors, while others (presumably frozen) were okay.

08/10/2025: We were fooled by the positive reviews. The place is very cute and quaint, but unfortunately, that's where the good things end. We ordered two takeout bento boxes: one with fried shrimp, the other with fried chicken, and a portion of takoyaki. The food was awful; the fried food was so greasy it made us feel sick all night. All this for a total of €45, without drinks. Definitely avoid.

28/12/2025: A truly disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, I have to say that I had a truly terrible meal at Sushi Hokkaido. The quality of the fish was poor and, even worse, completely devoid of flavor. Many dishes were unbalanced, with excessive portions of rice overwhelming everything else, making the sushi heavy and unpleasant.
In several dishes, the sauces were so abundant that they completely covered the flavor of the ingredients, giving the impression that they were used to mask the poor quality of the product.
Overall, an experience that did not meet expectations and one I would not recommend.

22/09/2025: The food is very good! It's nothing like the typical all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants. The dishes are quite expensive, but by ordering the mixed boat and the love menu, you can enjoy a variety of high-quality sushi, with fairly large portions and a reasonable price. The cold non-alcoholic drinks are also good (I had the pomegranate tea). The atmosphere is very quiet and respectful (we were there for lunch), but a bit cold and unwelcoming for my taste. The waitress was very formal and professional, and the bathroom was well-appointed and clean (you have to climb stairs because it's in the basement). The only downside: the tables are incredibly uncomfortable; you can't put anything on the edge because it immediately falls off due to the lateral curvature. This unusual design also leaves little room for plates.

We waited a full hour for the food to arrive. Also, I find the prices way too high for perfectly average sushi. Honestly, for what they offer, it's not worth it; unfortunately, I wouldn't go back.
