28/11/2024: A place to eat excellent sushi in Turin

28/11/2024: Place at the foot of the hill with minimal furnishings and rooms spread over 2 floors, one street level and one level -1 with a steep staircase to get there. The dishes, although made with quality raw materials, did not meet expectations. Imaginative combinations, but too extreme, for example the noodles with green tea confused the tastes. Some dishes arrived not at the temperature suitable for service, but tending to be cold, such as the ravioli. Present table service, friendly manners. At the beginning of the evening, the underground room was invaded by a strong frying smell coming from the kitchens. Some aspects need improvement.

07/06/2024: Kintsugi tea&cakes is for me a place to retreat to for peace of mind, accompanied by light music in the background. As soon as you enter it seems like you have catapulted yourself into a kind of tea room with Japanese inspiration even being in Turin. Colorful cakes and sweets, with new and surprising flavours. They also make orders, for example the famous "Japanese cheesecake" is a steal....a cloud! delicious (for a birthday or an event) It has a wide range of teas from all over the world. In short...when I go to this little place I would never know what to choose, since I like (almost) everything (for personal tastes.) Recommended to try for a breakfast/snack.

04/06/2024: Very intimate place, with few seats. The desserts are freshly made until they run out and are all typical Asian products. Overall it is a rustic place, but for lovers of Asian cultures it is the right place. Friendly and helpful staff: I went with my girlfriend and we brought our dogs with us and they gave us a bowl with water.

06/12/2024: Definitely one of the TOP in Turin, à la carte menu only (as it should be) fresh and delicious food. An explosion of flavours. High quality and well frequented venue. I'll be back.

06/12/2024: Very well-kept and elegant location. Good food and cuisine, in my opinion, of a fusion nature. I'm not giving 5 stars just because it was the first time, so I reserve the right to update the final rating on the next round. The prices, with a quick look at the menu, are not very cheap, but in line with the standard ones for Japanese restaurants in Italy and not "all U can eat". The experience was positive.

01/12/2024: It is still my favorite Japanese restaurant, even with the menu change it remains the best. Well prepared dishes, excellent food quality. Well done Osen, well done everyone💪 I always recommend.

23/11/2024: Personally I found the food not so good but the price is above average. The waiters are good but a little slow and they even forgot a dish (yes ok this can happen) The atmosphere is nice even if the tables are close together.

01/12/2024: First time with them… I'll start by saying that the service is excellent! Compared to others I went to, they work on quality and not quantity, welcome and service 10/10 Excellent food both fried and everything else, we left with a stomach that wasn't a "brick", well-groomed and tidy dishes. Overall I recommend it and we will happily return.

09/12/2024: Bellissimo locale. Bello davvero. L'ambiente molto ricercato come la sua cucina. La sala.centrale è maestosa, la le altre sono ottimamente tenute. Personale cortese e preparato. Il cibo ottimo, sia quello locale che quello asiatico.

08/12/2024: A force de vouloir ratisser large pour capter une large clientèle, le résultat est décevant. La carte est pléthorique et incompréhensible . Nous passons des sushis , au pokebol, de la cuisine Asiatique , à la cuisine Piémontaise , de l’exotisme, au classicisme régional, un concept de restauration étrange. Nous étions entre amis , après une longue hésitation face à cette offre gastronomique mondialisée, nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la table avec une salade mixte , une barque de sushis et sashimi, des assiettes ossobucos, et du tartare au couteau , ( difficile de choisir un vin dans ce fatras gastronomique) ) . Le tout fût moyen en goût. Nous n’avons pas adhéré à ce concept de restaurant. Positif : Le personnel et le service est très correct , et attentionné les plats servis rapidement et la déco remarquable, Le prix de l’addition raisonnable, mais nous ne reviendrons pas .
