A wonderful dinner. We had booked with The Fork. The staff was fantastic even after closing time. They even offered us a Kodakara Yuzu, a famous Japanese sake-based liqueur (yuzushu). Exquisite food.

It's fair to say that I hadn't been to this restaurant for a while, in fact, for an anniversary, I decided to return for dinner, having fond memories after years. Unfortunately, overall, the return was not there, especially given the expectations, with very interesting dishes contrasted by others of average quality. The final rating could have been a fourth star, but as I pointed out, choosing the time is correct, but the constraints of table availability, both on time and in terms of style, take away the poetry and also the appetite, without enjoying the tranquility. In fact, at a certain point, it was clear the waiters wanted and decided to vacate the tables. The spaces aren't large, but the feeling is of a well-kept and clean environment, as it should be. The menu is sufficiently extensive, which still paints a positive picture.

Fantastic à la carte sushi restaurant of excellent quality. After enjoying a refreshing and flavorful papaya drink, we ordered a mixed sushi platter and an uramaki: everything was truly delicious. The service made the experience even more special: the waitress was very kind and friendly, making us feel truly pampered.

Excellent restaurant. Excellent food, refined cuisine, and meticulous attention to detail. Attentive and courteous staff. Matteo is a wonderful host. Beatrice is my favorite in the dining room. Highly recommended if you want excellent sushi. My favorite dishes: the uramaki and lobster and shrimp ravioli.

The food is good, but more about image than substance. The price is a bit high. Pleasant service, good atmosphere.
