24/09/2025: Such an amazing experience in Sakeya! Once you’ve been in Japan, it’s very hard to find such tasty and fresh fish anywhere else, except there. But we’ve found a “small Japan” in Milan 💔 Atmosphere, staff, food - excellent! And you’ve made me love sake much more :)

20/08/2025: The restaurant is great for sushi and Japanese food lovers. There are a variety of dishes. I had fried rice and a variety of sushi dishes. Even the dessert was delicious, both yellow and red. I highly recommend the atmosphere and everything is fantastic. It is worth it, and the prices are excellent.

29/05/2025: I had eaten there before but this lunch today was terrible service without a constant change of fish and dishes often only black dishes, that is, the most expensive ones some that have been around for a long time have become inedible so much so that I sent them back including the steamed ravioli that are hard and cold just to say that, for the price they have, the quality should be excellent not to mention the staff, not very polite while I leave the table, I try to collect my things but he intervenes preventing me from leaving I point this out to him, he responds with arrogance and indifference I suggest to the gentlemen owners of Basara to choose the staff more carefully. 90 euros 8 small plates and a bottle of water!!!! THE FOOD IS A SERIOUS THING alas, it's just fluff

28/09/2025: Excellent à la carte Japanese restaurant: the sashimi and eel are a must-try. The place is very welcoming.

30/09/2025: 🍣The food is top-notch. The only thing is that 2 pieces (literally) of meat ravioli 🥟 for €6 is exaggerated. I think they could have added 2 more for that price. 🫰The service is top-notch. You can tell the restaurant owners are there to make sure everything is going well. The atmosphere is elegant, but it's too noisy even with noise-cancelling panels. We had a great time.

08/10/2025: Disappointing experience at Sushi Amy in Buccinasco. The staff seemed uninterested and rude from the start. A particularly telling incident: while serving a dish, the waiter looked at him with obvious disgust... and that says a lot. The quality of the food is terrible: dishes are poorly presented, far removed from Japanese tradition. Some orders arrived incomplete or even missing. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are much better alternatives.

The Parco Sempione (1888-94) behind it is an English park-like 38 hectares, with the Torre Branca lookout tower at its center.

The recipes and drinks are traditional and wonderful. The service is truly kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive. They're available and happy to provide in-depth explanations. We also had the opportunity to speak with the chef, and he was also truly kind. The atmosphere is quite elegant, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

08/09/2025: A slice of Japan in Milan! The care and delicacy in every little detail of the dinner took me straight back to Japan. Every dish we tried was delicious. Chef Satoshi Hazama meticulously selects every ingredient and makes every dish from scratch, like the pumpkin and Piedmontese Fassona croquettes, breaded not in the classic panko, but in sourdough bread. For unagi/una-ju lovers, here you'll find a delicate yet delicious version. Dinner literally flew by to the sounds of Joe Hisashi, accompanied by impeccable and warm service. 07/09/2025: In my opinion, Nishiki deserves 5 stars. Good food, with unusual yet very balanced combinations (like the tataki roll, with a delicious arugula cream that gives the dish a nice kick). The waiter who served us was kind, attentive, and friendly. They even gave us a pre-bill to check before paying, and I say "even" because practically no restaurant does this, and more often than not, you end up with an extra dish or glass of wine you never ordered. A truly wonderful dinner!
