25/02/2026: Absolutely phenomenal. Definitely a fun and contemporary twist on Japanese food in Milano; which is a compliment. I have been to Japan multiple times, and this restaurant would not be amiss in any major city there. Excellent service and recommendations from Sho-san/Alessio-san, who made our experience very warm, and educational - we got to try a fantastic selection of sake, learning the history and process behind it. Even if you are not a sake fan - I highly suggest being adventurous and listening to the experts! The food is fantastic - highly recommend...frankly everything. Don't skip dessert!

23/02/2026: One of Milan's best Japanese restaurants, where you can enjoy drinks and high-quality food in a wonderful, atmospheric space. What sets this place apart is not only the delicious drinks and food, but also the sincere service shown by all the staff. Their attentiveness, explanations, and timing of serving the food, as well as the excitement emanating from the busy kitchen, make it clear that this is no ordinary restaurant. The fried oysters garnished with Wagyu beef melted in your mouth and were addictively delicious. The silver cod garnished with lotus root chips had a refined miso flavor with an exquisite balance of flavors, enhanced by the green laver powder. Finally, the fatty tuna tekiyaki bowl was incredibly fresh and sparkling. I can imagine that everything was prepared with great care. The corn gelato was exquisite; I wanted to eat 10 more. Sake sommelier Paolo's suggestions and explanations, including the background of how the sake was made and the stories behind its brewing, made it an experience that went beyond simply tasting sake. I don't think there are many places where you can enjoy drinking sake to this extent. If you're in Milan, this is a place you should definitely visit.

20/01/2026: I tripped upon this restaurant and was glad that I did! This is the best Chinese I have eaten in Europe! Walking into the restaurant, the welcome, aromas and atmosphere, reassured me it was a good decision. I was dining alone so only had the chance to try two dishes both of which were good but the Eggplant and beans was my favourite! Sorry no photos I was too hungry.

24/02/2026: What can I say? I've been going there since it opened 🤗, that is, 20 years. I go there almost every weekend with my family. A high-quality Italian-Chinese restaurant that I recommend to anyone who reads this 😌. The atmosphere is quiet, run by brothers Marco and Kelly, two people I've known for over 20 years and are truly wonderful people whom I personally adore. On weekends, it's frequented by families and retirees, making it a quiet and welcoming place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

07/11/2025: I've been frequenting this lovely little place both in person and online since it was renovated after closing. The food is excellent and the staff is professional. I ordered delivery from home once again, courtesy of the excellent Riccardo, who presented me with a final price I wasn't expecting. It was a few euros more, but I had the exact amount with me. He immediately agreed to contact the restaurant for clarification. One of the managers explained to me that the online offer of €29.90 included five courses, and since I ordered four, I was charged the full price for the four courses. It's true that when I placed my order over the phone, I remembered on the spot that the €29.90 offer was for four courses instead of five, but it's also true that I've always ordered according to the offer. It's true that it's not possible to remember all the regulars, but a GENERAL focus on customer service would have prompted the manager to point out that by ordering five dishes (I had selected four), you can enjoy a better price, even if it's only a few euros more than the extra course. Since I'm here, I'll make a suggestion. Even if the restaurant is nearing closing time, where I've personally brought friends, a partner, and relatives, or when I've visited in blissful solitude, rather than turning off the air conditioning in the summer or opening the large doors in the winter while there are still customers finishing their dinner, perhaps it's better to wait to avoid congestion or excessive temperature changes in the post-lunch phase. 10/01/2026: I went to dinner there with my girlfriend. Unfortunately, my expectations were very high, and they were definitely not met. The worst thing about the service was the wait, especially the wait time: after the first course arrived fairly quickly (a tartare and two raw fish rolls), we waited an hour for the second course. It consisted of four nigiri and two gunkan. The waiter's excuse was that they had staff at home sick, which was causing problems in the kitchen. Despite this, dishes were delivered to other tables, even to people who arrived much later than us. Another note about the service: we asked for two glasses of Franciacorta. The waitress poured the first glass for my girlfriend, then moved on to mine, and since the bottle was empty, I ended up with half of what was poured for her. Obviously, it was never refilled with a new bottle (but I was charged in full). As for the food, there's not much to say... I expected something better, given the high prices. I found the quality to be similar to a regular all-you-can-eat, to be honest. The lobster roll was completely covered in sauce that masked all the flavors (the lobster was as if it weren't there), and the belly rolls stuffed with shrimp and sea bass tasted only of jalapeño (and two pieces smaller than a €28 nighiri... crazy, in my opinion). Total bill was €180 for two for four nighiri, two rolls, a tartare, two gunkan, two glasses, two rolls, and two bottles of water. We would have gladly ordered more, since we were still hungry. However, we didn't want to wait another hour to finish our dinner. The €20 discount as an apology for the wait was appreciated. I have no problem spending money on food, but I don't like spending that much when the overall experience isn't worth it, as in this case. Too bad, we won't be back.
