To really experience the place and the dishes on offer, the best choice remains, as always, to rely on one of the tasting menus, accompanied by different sake for each course. 19/04/2025: Taeko Ramen is a true gem for ramen lovers! The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff create a truly pleasant experience. The broth is rich, flavorful and carefully prepared, perfectly balanced with great noodles and ingredients. I loved finding a traditional dish like TANTAN MEN, but there's no shortage of delicious vegetarian options. The portions are generous and the prices are more than honest, shame about the parking but given the area there isn't much you can do, tried both on site and at home I hope to return soon!

19/04/2025: Ho provato moltissimi ristoranti giapponesi, all you can eat e alla carta, posti economici e posti top. Non che mi aspettassi un ristorante da Gambero Rosso, ma da almeno quindici anni sento amici dire cose come "per me il Sushi è solo Susi, da quando l'ho scoperto non esiste altro", ed ho voluto provarlo. La delusione è stata grande. Certamente abbiamo ordinato troppa roba inclusa una barca che di solito contiene piatti "base", ma ho trovato tutto molto insipido, con troppo riso e poco pesce, e poco sapore. Forse paragonabile alle vaschette di sushi che si trovano al banco frigo del supermercato, niente di più. Unica nota positiva, la proprietaria molto cordiale. Ma da qui a dire che "da quando ho scoperto Iki non esiste altro", ce ne passa! Ci sono all you can eat in città dove si mangia infinitamente meglio...
