02/12/2024: Buonissimo ramen di qualità e porzioni molto abbondanti e molto varietà. Peccato per il locale un po piccolo e fanno doppio turno la sera del week end. Consigliatissimo.

18/11/2024: Ottimo ramen, personale gentile e disponibile, ottime le polpette e il dessert. Locale essenziale nell'arredamento, pulito e atmosfera rilassante. Prezzo appena sopra la media ma giusto per le porzioni (non scarse) e la qualità dei piatti.

27/08/2024: We went for dinner one evening and tried the tasting menu. The menu changes every month, the dishes are varied and they have all been delicious, with also unusual and interesting combinations. The price of the tasting is excellent for the quality and care of the dishes. The place inside is very beautiful and spacious, the tables are well spaced and the furnishings are elegant. The staff is very kind and nice. We will definitely be back

26/08/2024: I was here for lunch and I have to say that the quality of the food is high, the flavors are memorable and the service is excellent. Attention to every detail. It's a shame about the wait between the starter and the other courses, and it's a shame about the small size of the portions, the roll with eel and foie gras made me fly to heaven for a few minutes🤤❤️ the chairs are slightly uncomfortable but the environment is really very refined and welcoming. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for the essence of quality. Proportionate quality-price ratio.

26/08/2024: We stayed at the Larice hotel and were really enthusiastic. Really friendly, helpful and friendly staff. Hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, excellent. Welcoming and elegant environment. The hotel offers restaurant service which I really recommend especially regarding the choice of à la carte sushi which is excellent. Much better than many "you can it" it's worth it all. Experience to be repeated

26/08/2024: This place is in an excellent location in the center and we had a room with a mountain view, the breakfast was excellent with high quality products, the restaurant for those who love suchi was a real culinary pleasure, the rooms were large and spotless with bar service free. The in-room home massage was very pleasant. Finally, the kindness of the owners was the highlight of the holiday, very kind people who were attentive to every need. top ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

16/07/2024: Food is excellent, service is outstanding and luxury eating experience. You will enjoy for sure, but you have to be a lover for sea food and raw fish 🐠🍣. You will try different types of sushi and dishes from Japan. The place will simply take you to Japan and back in two hours. Make sure to book your table at least 2 weeks before hand as the place has long waiting list.

14/07/2024: Fantastic experience! The place is small and intimate, and seeing the chef cooking before our eyes was mesmerizing! The service was impeccable and the chef very nice! Absolutely worth doing again!!

25/11/2024: Un piccolo lacale intimo, con cucina a vista per chiunque voglia immergersi nella cultura giapponese. Il sommelier ci ha fatto assaggiare tantissimi tipi di sake diversi, uno per ogni pietanza, spiegandoci dettagliatamente la storia di ognuno dei calici assaggiati. Il cibo è di qualità elevatissima. Per dessert gelato al gorgonzola, buonissimo. Da provare assolutamente, io non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

14/11/2024: Esistono ristoranti che passeranno alla storia e Sakeya è uno di questi. Al di là del fatto che la cucina supera ogni aspettativa, il servizio è impeccabile e l'atmosfera è sufficientemente accogliente anche per la clientela più esigente, Sakeya è probabilmente l'unico ristorante giapponese al mondo (perchè una cosa simile non esiste neppure in Giappone) a proporre una degustazione ragionata di quel delizioso alcolico fermentato noto anche come sakè. Ci voleva un sommelier italiano con lo spirito dell'avventura per raccogliere centinaia di bottiglie provenienti da tutte le zone del Giappone e riunirle in un unico luogo. Ci voleva un sommelier italiano con un gusto raffinato per offrire alla clientela di questo piccolo ma favoloso ristorante quella che è a tutti gli effetti un'esperienza unica. Imprescindibile se abitate questo misero pianeta alla periferia della galassia.

11/11/2024: I went for lunch with my boyfriend, we had already been here but with the old management and we had a very good time both times, good quality food, only the tuna I didn't find fresh and very pale in colour.. . otherwise everything was ok, the staff were also very kind and attentive, they even offered us coffee when paying the bill, we will definitely be back ❤️

02/12/2024: Credo che questo sia in assoluto uno dei migliori ristoranti in cui abbia mai mangiato cucina giapponese. Il proprietario del locale è molto attento ai suoi clienti e si vede che ci tiene a presentare i piatti e i sapori della sua cucina. Cibo fresco e preparato con gran cura in tutti i minimi particolari, un'esperienza davvero unica. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

19/10/2024: La cameriera era davvero poco preparata e molto poco disponibile . Servizio davvero pessimo. Peccato perché frequento da tanto questo ristorante e mi piaceva molto.

15/12/2024: Locale abbastanza piccolo e molto affollato, ma il servizio è stato eccellente (nessun “strabordare” di ordini sul tavolo, i piatti venivano attentamente sostituiti mano a mano che venivano consumati) e il cibo semplicemente delizioso: poco riso e pesce fresco e buonissimo.
