27/05/2025: Beautiful place with all the sakes on display, very kind and friendly staff, tasting menu. All the food was delicious especially the dessert but something that made me fly😍.

23/05/2025: La cena da Sakeya è stata un’esperienza decisamente particolare, diversa dalle classiche uscite nei ristoranti giapponesi più “pop” di Milano. L’ambiente è molto raccolto, curato nei dettagli, con luci basse e un’atmosfera quasi meditativa. Non è un posto dove vai per fare baldoria, ma piuttosto per goderti una serata tranquilla, magari in coppia o con un amico con cui parlare a bassa voce. Il servizio è stato uno dei punti forti: attento, gentile e molto discreto. Nessuno ti mette fretta, nessuno è invadente, e questa calma si riflette anche nel ritmo della cena – a volte un po’ troppo lento, se vogliamo essere onesti. Ci sono stati momenti in cui abbiamo aspettato un po’ tra una portata e l’altra, ma il contesto rilassato ha aiutato a non viverlo come un vero problema. Abbiamo iniziato con lo Yaki Tako 3.0, un antipasto a base di polpo cotto in tre modi diversi. Interessante, anche se la crema di zucca al masala era forse un po’ troppo intensa rispetto al resto. Il Kan Okoge, invece, ci è piaciuto molto di più: granchio reale, riso croccante e un equilibrio di sapori davvero riuscito. Le porzioni non sono abbondanti, questo va detto, e i prezzi sono un po’ alti rispetto a quanto si mangia. Però è anche vero che qui non vieni solo per “riempirti la pancia”, ma per vivere un certo tipo di esperienza: calma, curata, senza rumore. Nel complesso, Sakeya ci è piaciuto. Non è perfetto, ma ha qualcosa di autentico e pensato. 4 pallini su 5: ci tornerei, magari in un momento in cui ho voglia di una serata tranquilla e un po’ fuori dal solito schema.

29/05/2025: I had eaten there before but this lunch today was terrible service without a constant change of fish and dishes often only black dishes, that is, the most expensive ones some that have been around for a long time have become inedible so much so that I sent them back including the steamed ravioli that are hard and cold just to say that, for the price they have, the quality should be excellent not to mention the staff, not very polite while I leave the table, I try to collect my things but he intervenes preventing me from leaving I point this out to him, he responds with arrogance and indifference I suggest to the gentlemen owners of Basara to choose the staff more carefully. 90 euros 8 small plates and a bottle of water!!!! THE FOOD IS A SERIOUS THING alas, it's just fluff

28/05/2025: I tried this place recently and, for a celiac like me, it was a revolution. I had never eaten ramen before. And not even the famous ravioli. And I have to say, everything is really delicious and it's incredible that they have a separate menu all gluten-free! I've already been back and I've already gorged myself😋 Ps. There is no cover charge for lunch during the week.

23/05/2025: taeko ramen is a small reality that differs from the usual canons of "Japanese restaurant" you will not find sushi, you will not find an all you can eat! if you are looking for this is not the place for you. Here you will try dishes that in the common restaurants passed off as Japanese are not there! takoyaki, okonomiyaki, gyoza, nikuman and the list is long, but the ramen are truly delicious! The very nice environment, the prepared staff and taeko who with her smile and kindness and the icing on the cake, or rather the katsuobushi on the takoyaki!. The menu is varied especially if you consider that we are talking about particular dishes and with complex preparations.
