The tasting menus that allow a trip outside the comfort zone are decidedly interesting and delicious. We decided to accompany one of the two menus with a sake tasting and we were not disappointed

24/01/2025: Rejected. Overcooked spaghetti in flavorless broth, and vegetables? Apart from supplement? We spent too much. We won't go back and I don't recommend it. I'm sorry but to understand the difference between an excellent Ramen and what you offer you should try RamenGo in Legnano.

Some friends introduced me to this restaurant and I have been there several times over the last year.
The waiter is really helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to sake, in quiet moments he tried to stop for a moment to delve deeper into the topic which I find very interesting.
The ramen is really special, I recently returned from Japan and I've tried several there, but I haven't found anything that was up to par with what they do here.
Really recommended.

La proposta viene descritta con passione e competenza dal servizio, i piatti sono caratterizze i in ogni loro componente, gli abbinamenti con vini o sake abbracciano il cibo sapientemente. L'architettura e l'arredamento rendono l'atmosfera accogliente ed elegante, la mise en place un po' troppo essenziale. Prezzo molto onesto per l'esperienza in toto. Consigliato.

16/02/2025: Da anni cliente di questo posto ogni volta che vogliamo ordinare del buon sushi da mangiare a casa. Pesce fresco e buonissimo, ben preparato, ben presentato con tanto di packaging personalizzato e di alta qualità (la box contenente il sushi era in legno, non compensato ma LEGNO!). Puntualità, prezzi onesti, buona qualità, varietà di scelta e la disponibilità ed estrema gentilezza della signora Neve rendono ancor più piacevole l'esperienza. Consigliatissimo!

28/01/2025: Sembra una piccola trattoria giapponese, autentica nell'offerta e in come si presenta il locale. Vengo qui da qualche anno e non mi ha mai deluso. Ramen, polpette di polpo, frittata giapponese, uramaki giganti, onigiri, ravioli... È tutto davvero buonissimo. E ogni volta che mangio qui è come sentirsi a casa per la gentilezza e l'accoglienza del personale

06/01/2025: The food is magnificent, I love it 110 and praise, excellent service with an excellent family and colleagues who collaborate with each other, a CHILD who also works well! (Not exploitation of minors) ps: very nice owner who if the restaurant is full runs better than being at the New York marathon! The environment is excellent except for the bathroom which cannot be locked, dirty and a 5/5 non-functioning sink. I'm sorry about the bathroom but nevertheless I hope it will never close, HELLO SUSI!
