26/07/2025: Tried several times for special occasions. The atmosphere is elegant and intimate, with perfect acoustics for a quiet evening of conversation. The helpful and knowledgeable staff showcases the dishes and offers recommendations and pairings if desired. Carefully crafted and refined dishes are prepared with top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended. Prices are high, but considering the experience, it's definitely worth the price.

Al di là del pranzo ottimo e del servizio perfetto, sono stati dei gran signori: per un piccolo incolpevole incidente, hanno offerto la cena, malgrado non ci fossimo lamentati e non lo avessimo richiesto e, anzi, avessimo insistito per pagare. Torneremo e lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici!

03/08/2025: A truly pleasant and successful omakase experience. I thoroughly enjoyed both the quality of the food—precise, balanced, and prepared with fresh ingredients—and the attention to detail. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the chef's friendliness: incredibly kind, polite, and instantly put you at ease. I also greatly appreciated the sake and wine pairings, which were well thought out and harmonious with the dishes. The service was attentive and impeccable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

29/08/2025: Good, but not great. At the checkout, however, there's a tray with several attractive Japanese-style keychains. They offer you a free gift if you leave a 5-star review on Google. Terrible, that's never happened to me before. Now we can trust the opinions we freely leave about the places we spend our money on.

24/07/2025: Excellent place: a short menu (which is a plus), but it offers plenty of choice, and each dish is decidedly good and surprisingly light. The food is prepared very quickly: within 10-15 minutes of ordering, we were already eating. My first ramen experience couldn't have gone better! Recommended.

29/05/2025: I had eaten there before but this lunch today was terrible service without a constant change of fish and dishes often only black dishes, that is, the most expensive ones some that have been around for a long time have become inedible so much so that I sent them back including the steamed ravioli that are hard and cold just to say that, for the price they have, the quality should be excellent not to mention the staff, not very polite while I leave the table, I try to collect my things but he intervenes preventing me from leaving I point this out to him, he responds with arrogance and indifference I suggest to the gentlemen owners of Basara to choose the staff more carefully. 90 euros 8 small plates and a bottle of water!!!! THE FOOD IS A SERIOUS THING alas, it's just fluff

30/08/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this Japanese restaurant was disappointing. The service was rude and disorganized, with inattentive and unhelpful staff. Overall, the value for money is very poor. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a true Japanese dining experience.

16/08/2025: A sensory and gustatory experience at the beginning of the month at this splendid, perhaps somewhat hidden, restaurant in Nova Milanese. I opted for the August tasting menu, which I recommend as a complete tasting experience, and I was pleasantly surprised. The service and welcome were truly exceptional; everyone was attentive to the customer's needs and extremely attentive. The delicious dishes are exquisitely prepared and described in detail by those serving them. The sommelier, William, can also suggest and assist you in choosing a wine to accompany your meal. In addition to the tasting menu, there's also the option of combining a wine and pairing experience. The place is truly fabulous; I had a wonderful time, and I plan to return soon. The menu changes every month, so...don't miss it. Superb atmosphere.

23/08/2025: A historic restaurant in the center of Rozzano. In a spacious and clean space, you can choose takeout or dine in. Good Chinese, Japanese, and Thai food is served. The staff is friendly and fast. Wheelchair accessible. Nearby parking. Recommended by a longtime customer.

20/08/2025: I can't say much, since I only ordered takeout, but based on my experience, they deserve 5 stars. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted kindly by the staff. I didn't wait long, and the dishes I ordered were very good, better than other Chinese restaurants I've tried. The dishes are sealed, so there's no risk of spilling food or getting them dirty. This is a plus compared to other places. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Recommended.

11/09/2025: Fantastic experience! We'll be back to try the traditional Japanese evening tasting menu. The food and drinks are top-quality. The cooking methods are complex and truly exquisite. The recipes and drinks are traditional and wonderful. The service is truly kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive. They're available and happy to provide in-depth explanations. We also had the opportunity to speak with the chef, and he was also truly kind. The atmosphere is quite elegant, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

08/09/2025: A slice of Japan in Milan! The care and delicacy in every little detail of the dinner took me straight back to Japan. Every dish we tried was delicious. Chef Satoshi Hazama meticulously selects every ingredient and makes every dish from scratch, like the pumpkin and Piedmontese Fassona croquettes, breaded not in the classic panko, but in sourdough bread. For unagi/una-ju lovers, here you'll find a delicate yet delicious version. Dinner literally flew by to the sounds of Joe Hisashi, accompanied by impeccable and warm service. As I said yesterday, 懐かしい! ありがとうございます

28/08/2025: My partner and I discovered this little gem thanks to The Fork and had a really great time. The staff is young and helpful. The dishes are numerous, with a wide selection, including vegetarian options. The portions are decidedly generous, so much so that we overordered, accustomed to the quantities at other restaurants, and the staff let us take away the (exceptional) eggplant we had left over. Good quality and fast service. I recommend the side dishes and the delicious edamame ravioli! We'll definitely be back! 🌱🤎

26/08/2025: The vegetarian dishes were surprisingly delicious. I wouldn't recommend the chicken rack, as it was too boneless and lacked meat. There was no table charge for lunch, so the value was decent and I'd definitely go back to try other dishes. I just really recommend that if you're into Hunan cuisine, even if you use a tablecloth and a mouth cloth, you should definitely have napkins on the table! Do tablecloths really go with Hunan cuisine? It's so spicy that most people would definitely have a runny nose. Do you have to wipe it with a cloth? It's so inconvenient.

05/09/2025: I ordered online I had a very disappointing experience at this sushi restaurant. The sushi was poorly made, it kept falling apart and completely lost its shape. The quality and presentation were far below expectations when you see the sushi this was you know that the person who made the sushi is not professional at all please work on fixing that thank you
