The sushi is of good quality, but I must say that for the price you pay I was definitely expecting something more, especially in the flavor of the uramaki and in the presentation of the sushi "boat". Even in desserts I didn't find them good in flavor. The negroni they make is very good.
15/02/2025: I had dinner at Zushi in Reggio Emilia for Valentine's Day and the experience was overall pleasant, but with some sore points.
The wait at the entrance and between courses was quite long: understandable on such a crowded evening, but still an aspect that affected the experience. The staff, always courteous, were affected by the chaos of the evening, giving the impression of being in difficulty.
As for the food, the special mix boat was really excellent, while the sashimi disappointed expectations, not living up to what I expected. For an à la carte menu, honestly, I would have expected much more.
A positive aspect was the 20% discount obtained by booking with The Fork, which made the bill more balanced compared to the experience experienced.
Overall, a decent experience, but it could have been better, especially considering the level and reputation of the place. Perhaps on a less chaotic evening the service and experience would have been different.

16/02/2025: Reportable service, it felt like we were at 41bis, the baby on the table next to me has grown big over time and now we are celebrating his 16th birthday.
I don't know what world the people who had the courage to give 5 stars to this place live in, for goodness sake the food doesn't make you vomit and the place is also decent, but you can't wait 2 hours for 10 dishes.
The experience was surreal, even though I had booked, my arrival seemed like a surprise, waiters throwing takeaway receipts on the floor, for soy sauce I had to ask the same waiter who was walking around with AirPods 3 times before I managed to get it, after 1 hour of NOTHING arriving, a waiter arrives to tell us "Everything has arrived?"... but what are you doing, are you even kidding me?
The drinks service was very fast, as suggested at the checkout, I highly recommend rebranding to a Bar or Brewery.

Siete un punto di riferimento a cattolica per chi come me ama il sushi.
Sono mesi che ogni volta che compro o ceno li da voi, mangio sempre i stessi pezzi (alcuni senza amore) con salmone ovunque e gambero in tempura… un box misto deve avere pezzi misti e no sempre il salmone in forme diverse!
Altri pesci costano? O aumentate là box mista e fate cose diverse o iniziate a fare sushi di carne!

13/03/2025: We were with my family, the place was great, the food was excellent and the gentleman in the dining room welcomed us and made us feel at ease straight away. The food was excellent and the prices were fair. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back 🙂🙂

14/12/2024: For me it is the best Chinese restaurant in Piacenza. Excellent food, low prices, friendly and helpful staff. I have been going there for many years and I have never had to wait too long to order or receive my order. Easily accessible place with lots of parking. The interior is cozy and with a nice atmosphere. The location is also excellent, along the ancient Roman walls.

Let's start by reporting the presence of very dirty dishes, with even dried food residue on the plate.
The service, then, was lacking from the beginning: after having seated us, the possibility of ordering was not activated and we had to ask, after at least 20 minutes where no one took us into consideration in the slightest.
The big disservice, however, was in various dishes ordered and never received... we also reported that we were waiting for them to 2 different waitresses who wrote them down, but in any case they never arrived to us (on the other hand we received some that were not ordered, probably from other tables, which obviously we immediately reported and gave back). Once it was time for the kitchen to close, and having still not received any of the missing dishes, I got up to go and ask a waitress for the umpteenth time what had happened to them, the answer was that they were sorry for the inconvenience but the kitchen was now closed.
Having worked in the restaurant industry for several years, I can easily understand that there are problems, even though in this case the place was still half empty, but it seems unjustifiable to not even try to remedy them. Unfortunately such management is really bad, therefore I would not recommend this place.
Honestly, however, the dishes received were quite good, but unfortunately they do not compensate for the disservice of various dishes missing from those ordered, especially given the expense (slightly above average and where they don't even round up the 10 cents).

17/03/2025: A kind of former cinema with steep stairs. Inside a sort of buttosù. Absolutely casual service. Pretty good food.
15/03/2025: I won't go back there again, two and a half hours to eat absolutely nothing.
A dish arrived every 10 minutes.
Some dishes never arrived and we had to call the waiter back to let him know, despite this not everything was served.

14/02/2025: The service is extremely slow and they forget orders. We waited an hour and a half for the first courses to arrive, an unacceptable situation. They seem to pay more attention to takeaway orders, penalizing customers present in the room. For what I paid, the service doesn't even come close to meeting expectations. Very bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it.
