03/06/2026: Convenient all-you-can-eat sushi before a 4-hour workshop.
Innovative decor, more modern than other restaurants, it's easy to talk without being overwhelmed by the noise, and the space is very spacious.
Fast and accurate service.
As for the food, I was second to those noobs Gianlu and Virginia, who didn't understand a thing.
The tempura was excellent 🍤
01/06/2026: We're not regulars, and we don't eat sushi often.
The place is nice and quiet, the staff is kind and welcoming.
The food... I don't know, it's tasteless... but that's the problem with many sushi restaurants, perhaps because they try to save a bit on raw materials to keep the price affordable...
Anyway, for what we spent, I'd rather add €10 and eat at a restaurant with better quality fish.

15/02/2026: Zero stars for food quality. Honestly the worst Asian fusion we’ve ever had. Nothing we ordered tasted good. It’s the first time I’ve ever received a “grilled salmon roll” with meat that was clearly from a can. We ate because we were hungry and did not want to waste money, but then took digestives as soon as we returned home. At least the staff was not rude. But save yourself time, disappointment, and expense by driving to Scacchi and going to Amami — the experience and food there is light years ahead.

A small comment about the service, which wasn't top-notch, and the menu wasn't clear, including the missing names of some dishes and the incorrect photos.

13/04/2026: Had lunch there, but something went wrong. The Big Mac was completely stuck to the box, the Crispy was dripping with grease, and the Nuggets were hot but soggy.
Unfortunately, a big NO.
02/04/2026: For lovers of this type of offer it represents a convenient and pleasant point of reference. The environment is pleasant and the neighboring Parco dei Cedri is equally pleasant.

15/05/2026: It's been a long time since we've been to Sushiko in Castenaso. The best of this chain is still the one in Forlì, with much more variety and better quality. Everything here is bland, flavorless, and limited selection. Honestly, we won't be going again. Excellent service, friendly waiters.
21/04/2026: Menu adapted for Europeans. I would have preferred to have had more original raw dishes. Maybe it's not possible or I didn't have the opportunity to taste them, because I was invited and didn't order myself. But, anyway, it's nowhere like it was years ago.

26/12/2025: I went for lunch for the first time. I honestly found the menu limited, and my stomach wasn't feeling very good afterward. I don't know if it was a coincidence. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the place seemed clean, but unfortunately, I'm a careful observer. For example, the windows. If I'd based my opinion on the cleanliness of the place from the outside, I probably wouldn't have chosen this restaurant. And honestly, I don't know if I'll return; overall, I wasn't convinced.
18/12/2025: Tonight I ate at Samma Restaurant. Prices were low, below average, and the menu was extensive, with a wide variety of dishes. The food was excellent, as was the service, as the woman serving it was truly talented and kind.
I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone, as it's one of the best in the area!

05/12/2025: Nothing special, prices are a little above average and the quality of the food is just above the average of the usual €20 all-you-can-eat restaurants. The atmosphere and service are excellent.

The change in direction is currently causing everything to collapse. Go back to the way they were before!
All these sushi restaurants in the city are subpar compared to yours (from years ago). They offer beautiful dishes but lack flavor and taste!!!
I'm very disappointed. Change your marketing and improve. The €30 menu formula needs to be explained well (portions, what's included, limitations, etc.) to avoid unpleasant incidents.
