15/02/2025: Giorno di San Valentino, mando una richiesta di prenotazione 20.30, (l'idea era una serata in un locale elegante e riservato con del buon cibo, avevamo avuto una buona impressione qualche anno prima) mi ricontattano dicendomi che avrebbero preso la prenotazione per le 21.30, ok. Una volta lì, ci siamo subito resi conto che avevano accettato moooolte più prenotazioni dei coperti disponibili. Ci siamo ritrovati con altre 6 o 7 coppie all'ingresso minuscolo, con il personale in totale confusione che oltre a far sedere la coppia successiva senza un criterio, serviva pure ai tavoli. Ci siamo seduti dopo 20-25 minuti d'attesa solo perché ho riferito ad uno staff di avere una prenotazione alle 21.30 (spero di non avere scavalcato nessuno), la sala si presentava molto diversa da quello che ricordavamo: avevano piazzato tavolini in ogni angolo e addio atmosfera romantica e riservata. Una volta seduti e aver deciso i piatti, ho dovuto far segno al cameriere come all'osteria per riuscire a farmi notare dal personale per la comanda, personale di servizio decisamente insufficiente. Ci hanno portato i due calici di vino e 2 gamberetti fritti freddi nel coperto. Dovo aver aspettato 3 quarti d'ora, si erano fatte quasi le 23, chiedo ad una cameriera a che punto fosse la nostra ordinazione, risponde: "si, si" con fare sbrigativo e si dilegua ignorando totalmente la richiesta. Chiediamo ad un altro staff, sollecitando l'ordine. Attendiamo altri 20 minuti, nulla. Finiamo il vino e ci avviciniamo alla cassa. Alle nostre lamentele, loro rispondono che noi eravamo il "terzo turno" (avete letto bene, terzo!) e che l'attesa media anche degli altri clienti era la stessa (ma serio?!!?! Ahahah). Ciliegina sulla torta: il personale ci dice che siccome uno dei piatti ordinati era stato preparato, avremmo dovuto portarcelo d' asporto e pagarlo nel conto. Allibito da questo atteggiamento, non solo di totale disinteresse per il cliente, ma direi anche di strafottenza, paghiamo coperto, vino e acqua e lasciamo il ristorante. 10/02/2025: One of the best sushi restaurants in Bologna. The counter at the entrance is very glamorous, nothing to envy of the venues in large metropolises. Place with attention to the smallest details, open kitchen, soft lights, excellent service, excellent music with DJ sets, excellent food and cocktails. Nice people! Definitely a place I will frequent often. I recommend it.

10/02/2025: Place in a fairly convenient area to reach, we went for an event on Saturday evening. Let's say definitely not one of the busiest evenings from what we understand. Excellent service from all the staff and excellent sushi, certainly one of the most expensive à la carte sushi in Bologna.

25/02/2025: Place located inside a shopping center. Our experience in Riccione was not up to the one we had at the Rimini office. The sushi, unfortunately, did not convince us: we ordered an à la carte menu with a selection of particular sushi, but the dishes all seemed similar and too uniform in flavour. We also tried the sweet sushi, which consisted of fried rice rolls with half a strawberry on top, nothing special. The service was also disappointing. We ordered a bottle of wine that was listed on the menu, but were told it wasn't available. We chose another one upon suggestion, but when it came time to open it the waitress had difficulty and, instead of doing it at our table, said she would open it in the kitchen. When he finally brought us a wine cooler, we noticed that it was leaking ice water, creating a puddle on the table and on the floor. Upon our observation, the response was simply: “Yes, in fact we had noticed it.” (Why didn't they replace it?). The final bill, for two people, €102 for a mixed sushi of 30 pieces, 5 sweet rolls and a bottle of wine, seemed excessive compared to the quality and service received. We won't be going back.

24/02/2025: I had dinner with friends last weekend and even though they do all you can eat we were surprised by the quality of the fish, it's really excellent, lots of choice and really delicious dishes, both sushi but also udon and soba... the staff is friendly and helpful, the place is very nice and clean! We will definitely be back!! I recommend it the best in Riccione Very convenient underground covered parking!

15/02/2025: Greetings. I went on Valentine's Day for dinner with my girlfriend. Let me start by saying that I imagined there had been a bit of confusion and waiting but never how much there actually was. Entered at 7.30pm and immediately ordered 12 dishes, two skewers of shrimp arrived at 8.10pm. At 8.30pm two more dishes which I had selected together with the first, so after an hour my partner had drank two glasses of water! Meanwhile, at every table people were complaining about the wait, so much so that in an hour three couples got up and left, one loudly demanding not to pay for anything apart from the drinks. I had to call the waiter several times, who unfortunately didn't understand the language well, to find out the status of the dishes ordered and it emerged from him himself that the problem was the shocking quantity of takeaways from last night. Well yes we got up to leave and there was the counter full of bags to take away with people cursing for the delay. It was around 10pm. After a few minutes there was even a wait to pay the bill of those like me who had consumed in the restaurant, so I arrive at the cash register and hear the classic ritual phrase: "everything okay gentlemen"? I'll let you imagine my face. It's not for the money, but for the total indifference towards the customer, towards those tables with children and parents who perhaps go out every now and then and spend an evening like this! One word, embarrassing.

13/09/2024: Un bel localino, una gradevole veranda, tavoli apparecchiati con l'indispensabile ma con molto gusto. Staff preparato, giovane, sorridente. Piatti veramente molto molto buoni, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la proposta sushi. Prezzi corretti. Bravi

14/03/2025: Classic sushi eat as much as you want. The food is not of high quality...but the price is very competitive. I suggest it for a simple reason: being a chain present in almost all of northern Italy, greater control is required in hygiene and product safety standards. Staff always friendly and helpful
