11/08/2024: First time in this place, after many years of holiday in Cattolica. I would say satisfied, fresh and good quality food, pasta cooking, grilled fish (excellent), and mixed frying, perfect. baked potatoes and sweet potatoes are also good! The 23 piece mixed sushi is also good. Perhaps the only small complaint is a little more fish in the frying. If the opportunity arises, we will be back anyway!

Friendly, helpful staff and a truly attentive chef. Recommended for those who love good dishes. The choice is not huge but what they have is a good choice.

21/02/2024: Ci siamo andati venerdì scorso e siamo davvero rimasti colpiti positivamente sia dalla scelta del cibo che è varia soprattutto per chi non ama il pesce come il mio compagno, che dalla qualità dei piatti tipici e del pesce crudo che io adoro. Personale gentilissimo, sorridente e preparato. Locale pulito e con una bella atmosfera . Ci torneremo presto!

15/02/2024: Ci sono stato per ben due volte, la prima con amici perché mi era arrivata voce dell’ottima qualità del locale e la seconda con la ragazza perché, molto soddisfatto della prima esperienza, ho deciso di portarla pur essendo di Modena. La prima cosa che salta all’occhio è la particolarità della location, un misto tra stile italiano e giapponese molto ben curato. Servizio davvero eccellente, l’educazione e l’atteggiamento del cameriere lasciano intendere grande passione e gioia per ciò che fa. Punto forte ovviamente la cucina, trovando piatti di sushi che personalmente non ho mai trovato in nessun altro all you can eat, molto sperimentali e molto apprezzati. Da grande appassionato di sushi posso affermare con certezza che è nella top 5 di tutti gli all you can eat di Modena e provincia.

17/07/2024: Definitely one of the best interpretations of Japanese cuisine I've ever tried in Italy....whoever cooks knows what they're doing! Good, good, good. Whoever reviews badly, I can assure you that he deserves all the "all you can eat" in the world. If you pass through here, stop and taste it, it's worth it. Fair price for what you eat. Excellent service (whoever serves you knows what he's selling!). Recommended for a Japanese-Mediterranean sushi experience. Traveling with dad. Me and my son. We'll be back. Long live tuna tataki. 13/07/2024: We ordered some sushi to take away, really bad service! I'm giving one star because you can't do less! We order our dinner on the site, we take it 5 nigiri that were free on the site not only make us pay €6 more but they actually give us fewer nigiri than requested. When we arrived at the restaurant the girl at the counter had little patience because we didn't have any change and started rummaging through the cash register as if the change money might appear (when it was clearly empty)! When asked for an extra pair of chopsticks, the girl appears annoyed, when the quantity of sushi was obviously for more than one person. But I say: IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS?????!!!!!!!!! For the rest, good and fairly high quality fish, I will not return to this restaurant.

28/07/2024: Local in the heart of Modena, intimate and welcoming, perfect for couples! Exquisite sushi (for me the best in Modena) and friendly staff attentive to your needs. A la carte menu! We will happily return! Lots of vegan options.

But unfortunately the rest was not up to the cost Waitress who insisted a lot on the choice of food as if she had to sell by force From the service until the moment in which the receipt and after paying I left the restaurant and found 4 items that I hadn't asked about and that the waitress had said she would eliminate for me. 06/08/2024: I recently visited the Uni Restaurant in Cervia and, unfortunately, my experience did not live up to expectations. Let's start with the food: although the presentation of the dishes is taken care of down to the smallest detail, what is missing is the quality of the content. The flavors do not justify the exorbitant prices asked at all. The general feeling is that costs are inflated, supported more by the theater of presentation than by true culinary excellence. Presentation, however important, cannot replace the substance of the food. A restaurant of this caliber should offer a complete gastronomic experience, where the aesthetics of the dishes are accompanied by extraordinary flavours. Unfortunately, Uni di Cervia is unable to maintain this balance. The environment also leaves something to be desired. The spaces are poorly managed and the style of the restaurant does not reflect the elegance that the prices of the dishes would suggest. There is a lack of coherence between the attempt to offer a luxury experience and the reality of the physical space and furnishings. In summary, although the intention to offer a refined experience is clear, Ristorante Uni di Cervia fails to meet expectations. Good presentation should be accompanied by high quality food, which unfortunately I did not experience. Considering the offer, the quality-price ratio is unsatisfactory.

29/07/2024: Came here after reading good reviews. We ordered the largest sushi set to take away... Firstly, the staff did not seem too friendly, quite the contrary. Although the order was prepared quite quickly. Secondly, the sushi is absolutely nothing special. Small and primitive. For four people they gave us only 4 small packets of soy sauce...

09/05/2024: Consegna a domicilio impeccabile ! Ho chiesto gentilmente se era possibile anticipare l’orario di consegna e nonostante io abiti fuori zona mi sono riusciti ad accontentare, cosa non scontata che ho apprezzato tantissimo Super gentili veramente Tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato era buonissimo e a mio parere abbondante, il prezzo è giusto per la qualità e il servizio effettuato !

09/06/2024: Cibo discreto, ambiente carino (niente di spettacolare, comunque), prezzi assurdi (7 euro un calice di Trento, 3,5 euro una bottiglia d'acqua, 3 euro il coperto). Abbiamo speso 79 euro (scontati poi a 75), ma avremmo dovuto spenderne 60. Dulcis in fundo, lo scontrino "va richiesto"....
