04/03/2025: Today, 03.04.2025 we went to the Husti restaurant for lunch and while tasting our dish, a piece of glass approximately 3 cm in size was found in the piece of sushi. Following this we called the waiter, who was visibly clueless and scared given the situation. Nobody took responsibility for what happened even though the girl was bleeding from her mouth, nobody approached to check the situation despite the conditions, and once we got up to go to the cashier immediately after the incident the employee only apologized by stating "maybe the cook broke something". Clearly we left leaving the rest of the order and we were offered lunch, at least. BE CAREFUL!!!

09/02/2025: I would have given five stars, because the quality of the product is exceptional, but I find myself with a poor menu different from the one visible on the restaurant's Internet page. I am told by the waiter in an annoyed manner that it is not possible to order the uramaki, since they don't prepare them for lunch on Sundays (which would not be a problem, but it should be indicated on the page that there is a different menu on Sundays for lunch). Having said this, I ask for a variation and I am offered a series of similar rolls where inside there was an egg omelette ( which here too, wouldn't be a problem because knowing it I wouldn't have ordered it) given that the person at the table with me absolutely doesn't like the Eggs, in order not to pass by uncomfortable people, the person at the table with me had to undo all the rolls to eliminate the omelette and be able to eat something. I conclude by saying that given the level of the restaurant, it would be appropriate to communicate all the changes / additions to the menu.

10/09/2024: Quality fish served impeccably. It's not an all you can eat, so above average prices, excellent sashimi!

They also brought us the dishes all together, like a low quality place, they invaded our table, when I thought it was a proper restaurant...completely failed, trust me

31/01/2025: Honestly, everyone speaks well of it to me and so I wanted to review... but I've never eaten there, perhaps because I live next door :) they also say that the prices are a bit high but you pay for the quality, it's certainly not an ALL YOU CAN EAT where you spend little but eat generally poor quality products

22/02/2025: Ho avuto dei dubbi nel prenotare perché leggevo recensioni del tipo: qualità molto inferiore al passato. Ho voluto comunque tentare. Sono rimasta super soddisfatta. Qualità ottima, grande varietà, prezzi nella norma. Un esempio: uramaki con ombrina, copertura di mango e salsa al maracuja, 8 pezzi (grandi) 12 euro. Locale curatissimo, ben riscaldato, ben arredato, illuminato strategicamente, personale super gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

14/02/2025: Valentine's evening, we booked for 7.15pm, we arrived and the place was still practically empty. The waiter wanted to seat us at a (tiny) table next to the entrance door, which opened continuously due to all the people who came to collect take-away sushi. We ask to change tables, also for a matter of privacy and we are made a fuss even though the place was still empty. The waiter takes us to another table and says out of "courtesy" that we would have to leave the table by 9pm, even though it was only 7.15pm. The proximity between one table and another is "illegal", the term used by the two girls when the waiter showed them the table from which they were supposed to eat, practically attached to ours. At that moment I wanted to get up, I didn't, I just distanced myself as much as possible so as not to ruin the evening. The offer is not bad, but the sushi is not elaborate. The pieces are large but simple. Let's say that compared to the all you can eat offer it is a completely different world. The endless wait between one course and another. I will never go back again.

15/03/2025: Tutto molto buono. Pesce fresco e servizio veloce. Alla fine non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto le porzioni sono abbondanti.

04/03/2025: We entered this place by mistake. We were looking for a sushi with ayce formula. We took a small boat, some tuna uramaki, a tartar and some soba. The food is very fresh, tasty with very generous portions. We will definitely be back. In the end spending less than an ayce and also treating ourselves to dessert. The only flaw is the slightly long waiting times before receiving all the food ordered at once.

13/03/2025: I finally understood why since this place opened I've always seen it empty: the food isn't that great, not because there's anything in particular wrong with it, but because all the other ramen I've tried so far in Bologna were simply better.

23/11/2024: We had dinner here a couple of days ago, great experience. The atmosphere is more intimate and the service is friendlier than other sushi restaurants. The all you can eat menu is a little small but still varied, very high quality in all dishes tasted and the sweet roll included was the icing on the cake. Price more than fair for what we ate. A nice discovery, we will be back!

09/02/2025: Sono andata a mangiare in questo ristorante dato che avevo un impegno a Bologna. Purtroppo non è più ottimo come quando ci ero andata la prima volta diversi anni fa. La prima cosa che mi ha dato una cattiva impressione è l'odore di muffa (o di marcio) che si sentiva scendendo le scale per andare verso i bagni. Prima della porta del bagno c'è una specie di vasca-acquario, probabilmente il cattivo odore è dato proprio da una cattiva manutenzione della vasca? Non saprei. Il servizio lentissimo. Ho fatto caso che i tavoli vicino a me venivano serviti con più assiduità e velocità rispetto a me. E pensare che ero da sola e gli altri tavoli erano di 4/5 persone e inoltre hanno servito prima un tavolo di persone che era arrivato dopo di me. Ho sollecitato la cameriera dicendole che una pietanza che avevo ordinato non era ancora arrivata e che era da mezz'ora che l'avevo ordinata. Dopo due minuti l'ha portata dicendomi che si era scordata.
