21/04/2025: Basho is a true gem. Over the years, we've returned several times, never disappointed. We have, however, noticed a significant improvement. From the moment we walked in to the bill, every detail is attended to with a passion and professionalism that is clearly evident. The place is welcoming, with a refined atmosphere, but the real added value lies in the people. Special thanks to Mattia's impeccable management, who knows how to combine expertise and customer service in a rare way. It's clear how much he cares, and that truly makes the difference. Kudos also to Giovanni, professional, friendly, and attentive: his service was simply perfect, always present but never intrusive, with a courtesy that deserves to be highlighted. The menu is refined, with the freshest ingredients. We will return every time we return to Cosenza.

14/03/2025: I came here with a friend to try another Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant. The menu is the same for both lunch and dinner, with 62 courses featuring a bit of everything—some raw, some cooked, pasta, appetizers, etc.—but I repeat, 62 dishes are a very limited choice, being a mix of meat, fish, and vegetables, and I only like to eat fish when I go to a Japanese restaurant. What can I say? The quality was decent, nothing exceptional. The only things that stood out from the average were the salmon sashimi and the fried futomaki. Otherwise, nothing exceptional. However, when the wrong uramaki was delivered to the table because it was missing the Philadelphia, it later came back with only a few scoops of Philadelphia, even though the waitress had said, "We'll make it again." Anyway, it's a place like many others. The quality is okay, but I don't think I'll go back.

26/06/2025: Petite cour extérieure très sympa avec une vue sur le clocher de cecina, le patron parle peu français et très a l écoute du client. Le menu extrêmement varié car tout est fait maison . Et sincèrement c'était très très bien. Je le recommande sans hésiter. Pas facile à trouver car dans une petite ruelle. Bon appétit d avance.

01/06/2025: Otttimo cibo, curato anche nella presentazione, cordialità e cortesia. Siamo arrivati per caso durante una sosta per arrivare a Roma. Non potevamo capitare meglio!

26/07/2025: Tutto bene con l’ordine. Inoltre c’era stato un problema tecnico in fase di ordinazione e sono stati gentilissimi e velocissimi.

19/06/2025: Il rider è stato gentilissimo: abbiamo ordinato per fare una sorpresa a ns figlia, in casa con i nonni (che non hanno aperto alla chiamata citofonica). Il rider è arrivato in anticipo, noi non eravamo ancora a casa, quindi ci ha aspettati.
