Monica is an excellent cook and prepares excellent dishes with quality raw materials. High quality sushe. Family atmosphere. Excellent chirashi.

I gave a course to my boyfriend for his birthday and Monica was very nice and helpful in making my request a reality. We spent a good two hours with her preparing and learning all the basics of sushi. From cleaning and cutting the fish, to cooking the rice, to preparing the rolls. I would definitely do it again, highly recommended for an alternative afternoon. There is the option to eat at the restaurant or take away what you prepare. Thanks Monica!!
