13/10/2024: Ieri sera abbiamo deciso di cenare al ristorante Fujiyama. Ubicato a Saluzzo (Cn), lungo Via della Resistenza (zona residenziale/commerciale), a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e in auto (molti parcheggi a disposizione nei dintorni). Il locale è arredato con cura, molti dettagli in stile giapponese, un'illuminazione adeguata, un ambiente confortevole e pulito. Propone un menù molto variegato con piatti tipici della cucina giapponese/cinese; una ricca scelta di portate a base di sushi/sashimi. Noi abbiamo cenato usufruendo della formula All You Can Eat (bevande e dolci esclusivi). Il sushi e il sashimi erano molto buoni, i piatti presentati con cura, vi era molta varietà nella tipologia dei piatti. Il salmone era delizioso. Il personale gentile e professionale (un po' freddo con i clienti all'arrivo). Il servizio invece è sicuramente da migliorare: più volte ci sono stati serviti dei piatti che non avevamo ordinato (almeno tre volte), per poi venire a riprenderli (poco dopo) e portali al tavolo giusto. Non dovrebbe mai accadere una cosa del genere, questi errori non vanno commessi, il personale deve essere istruito meglio. Abbiamo pagato l'equivalente di 61,30€ totale per due persone (due menù all you can eat, due lattine di fanta ed una di sprite) pagando con satispay. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Adatto per cene in famiglia e con amici. Da migliorare il servizio ai tavoli.

17/02/2025: All you can eat nella media, buono e prezzi giusti. Unica pecca ogni cosa fritta è molto pesante, non so se sia stato un caso, per il resto tutto ottimo, anche se a pranzo c'è poca scelta. Servizio molto lento e sarebbe da migliorare la modalità di ordinazione che con dei post-it non è proprio il massimo.

04/05/2025: Ristorante sempre molto affollato, con servizio veloce e cibo di qualità. I camerieri sono sempre molto cordiali e pazienti. I tempi di attesa sono ridotti. Consigliato!

15/03/2025: The staff is friendly. The Thai dishes are good, the raw food is so-so. I'm sorry that the owner charged me 3 euros for 4 rice rolls that I didn't like. My son and I only placed one order and we certainly didn't stuff ourselves... I understand if we had ordered repeatedly and left half the dishes but 4 rolls for nothing else, not even fish, seemed excessive to me. Partly due to the mediocrity of the whole and the treatment I will NOT return again
