25/09/2023: Ordered ramen, half of the ingredients were missing and when you point this out to the staff, you get the answer: "We didn't have all the ingredients because we already sold a lot today." No apology and I still had to pay the full price. If you no longer have the ingredients, then you shouldn't sell the food. This isn't just bad service, it's criminal.

08/09/2023: Hot experience: negative. Mix-sushi listed on the menu at €50 and charged €56 at the cashier because of the sashimi. No one had warned about this price change when booking and, in any case, the price indicated on the menu must ALWAYS be correct. A difference of €6 is not acceptable, especially if not communicated. For the rest, very poor all-you-can-eat quality. All the greasy and fatty pieces, full of gravies and sauces, so much so that they are indistinguishable from each other. Not recommended.

14/02/2025: Ci siamo venuti in passato, la qualità è anche buona, ma il servizio davvero pessimo. Ti fanno passare davanti tutti gli ordini take away, e in due ore di attesa ci sono state servite solo due tartare e ravioli. Nemmeno il sashimi che devi mettere 4 fette di pesce su un piatto. Per lo meno ci si lamentava in compagnia, che purtroppo non è bastata a farci alzare in anticipo. Mai più, manco se offerto.

12/12/2024: Lo frequento da un po’ essendo praticante sotto casa!!! Buona qualità dei piatti ottimo il ramen. Posticino piccolo e molto carino. Ottimo qualità prezzo
