28/09/2023: dopo parecchio tempo siamo ritornati in questo locale per verificare cosa era cambiato con la nuova gestione. I camerieri son gentili ma devo dire che i piatti non ci hanno entusiasmato molto. abbiamo preso una serie di tapas (già pronte e servite immediatamente, non male) e il polpo alla callega che ci è arrivato dopo 5 minuti dopo che ci avevano servito le tapas e che non avevamo ancora finito e che quindi si è un po' raffredato ma comunque non era molto tenero e con un po'di acqua nel piatto che non si capiva da dove veniva...conto troppo alto...

Her sweetness and attention to detail helped make the experience even more memorable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because the "Al Monastero" restaurant deserves them all for its extraordinary culinary experience, enchanting atmosphere and impeccable service. It is a true jewel in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. I highly recommend it!

05/04/2024: The variety of kisses in the square is exciting, until today I had not yet encountered such a variety, recommended, not to be missed if you are in the area. I recommend booking especially on weekends

01/04/2024: Well located place in Lignano, with ample parking, and large interior. Lots of variety in the food offering. Different from other places, I found the mussels menu: many types of preparation of this dish. We ate pizza with 5-grain dough, good and digestible.

24/03/2024: 24.03.24 ALWAYS AT THE TOP! Prices slightly higher than 2023 05.03.23 It's not the first time I've been but today they outdid themselves. Very crowded day for *the festival of the capes* Queuing outside the door as early as 12.00. I saw the staff working like never before to satisfy everyone as much as possible, while remaining professional, kind, helpful and TOP on the dishes. THANK YOU!!!

30/04/2024: Pietro and Matteo together with their mother carry on the business started by their father in a big way! Amazing cuisine with all homemade dishes! The CORDON BLEU is formidable and together with the side dish and a fresh SUPER UNFILTERED BEER already forms an EXCELLENT lunch or dinner.

03/04/2024: THE REVIEW ONLY CONCERNS THE PIZZERIA AND RESTAURANT PART!!! Local with excellent location, as it is on the state road in the municipality of Venzone (UD). Ample parking and very well lit both outside and inside. You are immediately welcomed in a "familiar" way, the staff immediately makes you feel at ease as if you were one of the family! Large and very well-ordered room, very clean, above all you notice the large space between the tables... Well done! Short waiting times I would say (even if there were few people in the room given the late evening time). I give 4 stars, because THE PIZZA IS STANDARD (NOT REAL) but mainly because, RELUCKINGLY, I SAW THE MORTADELLA COOKED IN THE OVEN (PIZZA MORTADELLA), WHICH MAKES THE PIZZA BECOME SALTY (BECAUSE THE COOKED MORTADELLA REMOVES ALL THE FAT) AND ONCE AFTER HALF A PIZZA, YOU CAN NO LONGER EAT IT, Besides being expensive (10 euros) given that it is not a "special" dough with a high edge (true style)! I RECOMMEND PUTTING ON THE MORTADELLA AT THE END OF COOKING, AND ACCOMPANYING IT WITH SOME BURRATA! For the rest I recommend it! With I will return but, not for pizza, probably fish (given the advice of acquaintances).
