20/09/2025: The service was long, €3 for a small bag of bread for five people. The chicken salad was tasty, but the portions were very small (just three chicken strips). The sandwich was not particularly good. The atmosphere of the place, which is well-kept, is worth saving.

18/09/2025: I visited this restaurant with colleagues, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one for someone like me who is lactose intolerant. Virtually every dish on the menu contained milk, butter, or dairy products, and the only dairy-free options were very few and among the most expensive. I asked for a tartare without butter, but it still came with butter on the side, and the restaurant owner himself told me that almost everything on the menu contains dairy products. I understand that every cuisine has its own characteristics, but I think it would be helpful to offer at least a couple of truly dairy-free options for those with intolerances or other dietary requirements.

16/08/2025: I've never had the opportunity to dine at Taverna dell'Urogallo, but my experience began with an al fresco breakfast where I enjoyed some truly delicious homemade tarts. Since then, every time I visit Piancavallo, this has become a regular stop. The last time I visited, the talented Lorenzo literally won me over with an irresistible array of desserts: I couldn't help but try them all! It's thanks to this experience that I've decided to give the place a well-deserved five-star review. A special thanks to Lorenzo also for the superb tiramisu, made unique by a secret ingredient I won't reveal... but which I invite everyone to discover for themselves.

27/08/2025: Original. A one-man show, or rather, a one-girl show, where Giulia is the star. She's the chef, manager, and manager of this truly unique osteria. The menu is concise and carefully crafted, with dishes each unique, drawing on traditional ingredients and reinterpretations. Octopus is Giulia's signature dish. The food is good, reasonably priced. A few things could be improved, but overall, it's a pleasant place, a bit hip and lighthearted. There's a lot of passion. I recommend it for anyone looking for an evening that's different from the usual osteria.

14/08/2025: Unique, for its vintage atmosphere and management. It's a place rich in details to be discovered little by little, where a single woman serves as host, cook, and waitress. The menu is unique, with the signature dish being the highlight. Very generous portions. Highly recommended; reservations required.

31/08/2025: Over a half-hour wait for three very good tartares, but with very small portions (like an appetizer), and a plate of gnocchi (delicious). Terrible service: ten minutes for bread...we asked for it given the wait. Ordered two coffees: the first arrived cold, the second arrived ten minutes later. It's a shame because the food was very good, but the wait ruined the meal (the number of people wasn't enough to justify it anyway).

24/08/2025: So much potential, poorly exploited. I avoided writing reviews for breakfast, a birthday party, and various coffee breaks/aperitifs, always hoping for improvement and trusting that it was just a matter of getting used to it. But after the brunch experience, a review—one that seeks not to criticize but rather to encourage improvement—is both necessary and proper. Many of the dishes on the brunch menu include avocado, and, halfway through the service, it's inconceivable to be left without it while still charging the full price for the dish. It would have been appropriate and appreciated to offer an alternative to the avocado, or to have more of the other ingredients, or to be kind enough to offer a coffee. If you charge a cover charge and both juice and water are ordered, I expect a glass for the former and a glass for the latter. It's unacceptable to have run out of clean glasses (a professional dishwasher takes 3 minutes per wash), and you can't ask to use the same cutlery as the savory dish for dessert. Orders are taken via a handheld device and the tables are numbered, yet there's confusion when it comes to delivering dishes and counting whether they've all been taken out. The wait times, as pleasant as being in the park is, are absurd, and the dishes are uncoordinated. The place is very cute, the setting is extremely pleasant, and the bistro's service is youthful and sophisticated (different from the neighboring options), but there are some things that simply cannot be missed! The place will certainly continue to attract customers, given its offerings and its location, but there's a big difference between wanting to do something and knowing how to do it! It requires a little more effort and organization.

17/09/2025: Personally, the best kebab in the area, and not just two meat fingers, both very good. The owner is very kind and, despite having many customers, always maintains a fresh, high-quality product. My favorite!

24/08/2025: This kebab shop has been going strong for many years. The staff is friendly and attentive (even down to the smallest details), and the kebab is good. The prices are good. I don't go anywhere else anymore; I don't have the same level of trust. You can order from the screen and wait your turn.
