31/01/2026: This stop on our Pizza Tour led us to discover a place that immediately strikes us as cozy and family-friendly. The ease of booking for a large group like ours was a great asset, allowing us to start the evening off on the right foot in a well-air-conditioned, odor-free environment. Exploring the menu, we appreciated the remarkable variety. The tasting confirmed our expectations: the flavor and quality of the ingredients won over the diner, both scoring 3.73 out of 5. We noted a pleasing attention to aesthetics (3.64 out of 5), with carefully presented pizzas and vibrant colors. The dough, which some of us tried in the charcoal version, was light; however, the thin rolling caused the temperature to drop a little too quickly, making the dough sometimes less fragrant towards the end. The cooking still stands at 3.64 out of 5. The "Ambience and Service" section (3.00 out of 5) deserves some constructive reflection. Table space was rather limited, requiring a certain spirit of adaptation. The real positive note was the management of the dining room: the waiter was empathetic, friendly, and very helpful, even patiently handling our request for separate bills, a big plus for us. However, wait times were a bit long, and the service was a bit hesitant, such as the arrival of drinks after the appetizer. One technical detail worth mentioning concerns the table setting: the choice to use dull knives, even though it was motivated by child safety, made cutting the pizza a bit laborious. (It's a shame that, looking around that evening, there weren't even a trace of children in the dining room.) The quality/price ratio remains fair (3.64 out of 5). As for "Would you eat it again tomorrow?" (3.45 out of 5) Our verdict is cautious: it was a peaceful evening thanks to the friendly staff, but overall it lacked that spark that makes you want to return immediately. 27/12/2025: I had fond memories of this place in the past, especially for its attention to children and the playground. Unfortunately, this time, the experience definitely fell short of expectations. The pizza didn't particularly impress me, nothing special compared to previous visits. But the real disappointment came when we got the bill: an extra €25 for entry to the playground (€5 per child). We were there for about an hour in total, including eating time, and the children must have played for just under half an hour. The thing I found most unfair was that I didn't find any clear indication of the cost of the playground, neither on the signs nor anywhere else. In fact, the menu lists a children's menu with the words "playground included," which is why I absolutely didn't expect a separate charge since I ordered adult-sized pizzas. I understand the service and management of the space, but the lack of transparency regarding such a cost is unacceptable. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but this experience really leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

25/12/2025: Great place to go for kids to have fun and play. We enjoy the food here and drinks! Also ideal for a birthday party!

09/02/2026: So I've been there twice, once in January and once in February. The pizza is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Both times I ate wearing a jacket because it was cold. I ordered the wrong pizzas, and when we ordered the bitters, they didn't arrive. I had to go and tell them. In the middle of winter, you can't eat in the cold. The pizzas were good, but at least they could have offered coffee to make up for the mix-ups. I don't recommend it in winter.

29/12/2025: Updated December 2025. The place has been renovated and is now very bright. The pizza is very good, one of the best in the area. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

03/03/2026: The owners are incredibly kind, always making you feel at ease, and a chat is always a pleasure. We tried four pizzas with gluten-free dough and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the pizza, which was just the right amount of flavor and very easy to digest! We also really appreciated the choice to deliver the pizzas in an aluminum tray, avoiding direct contact with the cardboard. Excellent idea. We will definitely choose Tuttopizza again! Congratulations :)

29/01/2026: The atmosphere is dated and could definitely use a good refresh, although this place's character perhaps also comes from its timelessness. Friendly staff, quick service even when crowded, decent pizzas. A place to spend a quiet evening and eat at a reasonable price.

19/07/2025: One of our favorite spots while on vacation in Italy! We absolutely love the pastries. Coming from America, we find that European croissants are so much better—flaky, buttery, light, and just delicious. The krapfen and ciambelle are especially tasty! That said, the customer service could use some improvement. We often feel rushed to place our order, even when the place isn’t busy. The staff sometimes seem irritated if we take a few moments to decide, which can be challenging for visitors and tourists unfamiliar with the menu and its wide variety. A bit more kindness and patience would go a long way. Still, this remains our #3 favorite bakery—and we keep coming back for the amazing treats!

02/03/2026: A welcoming place with attentive and meticulous service. The young lady at the counter is an artist, decorating each coffee cup individually with refined colors and nuances. The owners are always friendly and generous with their attention to everyone. You feel right at home.

21/01/2026: A very negative experience due to the attitude of a rather frustrated employee. I was with my father, who has a broken knee and walks with a crutch. After lunch, we lined up at the register as usual. The employee charged the two people in front of us and, despite seeing us in line, ignored us, leaving us standing there (with the restaurant empty). After about ten minutes, she started serving other customers who had arrived well after us. My father politely pointed out that it was our turn and that he was struggling to stand. The employee reacted in an annoyed and arrogant manner, huffing and puffing, addressing the other customers in a sarcastic and derisive tone ("Oh, it's his turn"), and responding rudely. My father, however, didn't react at all to the lady's behavior; we left, saying goodbye and thanking her, without even receiving a response. Disgraceful and insensitive behavior.

16/01/2026: There are no polite or neutral words to describe the rudeness of the clerks at the bakery and in the dining room, as well as the little, if any, attention paid to the customer. I waited 20 minutes sitting down, repeatedly calling the clerks' attention at the counter. I even approached what should be the bar section.... Nothing. They ignore you because for them, only the counter staff matters, and the counter is made up of those who buy bakery products. Remove the bar/breakfast section if you can't give the right attention to the customer waiting for breakfast. Not a single sign of courtesy. Terrible.
